Stayed 24/2 – 26/2 (3days 2nights) I went with my family members (with elderly and children). We stayed at D4 (block D, 4th floor) 3bedrooms type (with lift access). The apartment is very spacious and clean. All bedrooms are clean (although some dust gathered at the bed headboard but not too bad) and have individual toilet. Kitchen is spacious but too bad, no kitchenette supplied (only water boiling kettle, cups and coffee maker jug). Overall, it was supposed to be very happy and satisfied stay, but unwanted incident happened on 3rd day around 6am+ early in the morning. There was a very loud explosive sound which woke all of us out traumatically. We rushed out from own bedroom and found out the 2nd room toilet full of hot steam. We were very scared and luckily 2 elderlies managed to escape out from the room immediately. My husband quickly switched off the water heater switch (which 1 of the elderly ON the switch at about 5am+ to get ready hot water supply. There is a notice from management stick on the wall to recommend the visitor to ON the water heater switch 15-20mins before use to get hot water supply due to cold weather). We dialed 0 (operator) but no one answer the call. My husband even rushed down to lobby reception, but nobody is there. We are very frustrated on this. The hot water is too hot to handle and the room full of hot steam we can’t even see what is going on inside the toilet. Later, after the steam subsided, we found out the basin’s hot water supply pipe was broken and the broken fitting was lying on the floor. We saw the burst-out water stain was everywhere (mirror, basin, toilet bowl, wall, etc.). We called 0 again but still no one pick up. We realized there is another number 100 and this time 1 of the staff answered the call and went to the room to check. It is confirmed the pipe is burst out that caused the loud explosive sound. But he can’t do anything to repair the fitting and broken. It is very dangerous and we cannot imagine what if some

Pros: 1. Good location – near the city center. Without traffic, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach Pasar Malam or Centrum. 2. Reasonable price – the unit has two bedrooms, suitable for 3–4 people. There's also a sofa in the living room that can accommodate one more person. 3. Self check-in – convenient and saves time. Cons: 1. The unit was not clean – there were leftover packaging bags on the sofa, hair on the bed, stained bedsheets with black spots, and the floor felt sticky. 2. Inconsistent water pressure and the water temperature was not hot enough. 3. The room did not provide enough trash bag. There were trash bins, but no enough bag inside. Neutral: 1. A water dispenser, cups, bowls, and plates are provided, but there are located at common area, so need to leave room to access them.

Having a day in here~ The stuff was friendly and willing to solve problem. The room was beautiful and just like the picture shown. Mini kitchen that having water machine and tableware, and picture area provided outside the room~ Only thing that not that satisfied was the decorative pillow having dust and hair on them but the pillowcase was fine. Overall recommended!
