Comfortable hotel ”
I always choose this hotel over Marriott next door because it feels more intimate. The room is clean, bed comfortable. But this time I feel the pillow was a bit hard. And the water pressure was low too. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay as always.

The room is clean and beds are comfy, just that the furnitures look kinda seasoned. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast soread is nice. The hotel is near to ioi city mall, 5mins drive only.

Overall goods, asking for higher floor and get booking on 2nd floor only. Hotel have spacious space. For muslim hotel do have a sejadah for praying.

The facilities and rooms are pretty good, with big bed, nice buffet, welcome drink, swimming pool, 5mins walks to IOI City Mall. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need improvement.

We had an event nearby over the weekend and Palm Garden was convenient, location wise. IOI City Mall is just a 10mins walk and there are ample of parking spaces if you happen to drive. It was our first time staying in Putrajaya and loved the feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of KL. The resort is family friendly but it's old and dated. Did not have time for the pool, or try the room service. Bathtub did not look inviting as well with cracks here and there, and looks rather yellow-ish. They're currently upgrading it since Marriott took over, so expect construction work noises.
