OYO 538 Hotel is a one unit shop lot Hotel, located at Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya. Hotel room is fairly clean, with working Shower & attached bath room. Hotel staff are friendly, with 24 hrs reception counter. It is walking distance to the STERLING MALL. Foods are convenient at behind the hotel, some food stores open till late night with one or two 24 hrs openning. Car Parking is inconvenient in the day time, but available at late night. Room air-conditioner is not cold but working. Room amenities are old. Bath room door needs to repair for proper closing.

No iron, hot tumbler to boil the water for drinks/maggi. You have to climb by stairs since it was a lil bit old hotel. And the charges is quite expensive but maybe cuz it was UPTOWN DAMASARA🤷🏿♀️ ion know. But the staffs were friendly.

Got stain all over the pillow.. eww if you said why choose our motel if you’re discussed well your picture doesn’t show the stain area if yes we wouldn’t choose to sleep in there.. clean it or buy a new one..

i can accept every deficiency because its was the cheapest hotel there. But after add another 20 percent while check in, i can get better hotel with the same price. Feel cheated. Another thing you should consider is the view is just direct to the back of the building, means nothing. No kattle, no housekeeping, and a bit creepy at night. The reception attitude also need to improve. I booked single room, but he twice warn me not to bring another person. Why twice? Enough is just say the room is just for 1 person. No need to warn guest like a school boys. Oh yes, there are no reserved parking for hotel guest. And the public parking never available till midnight. Never come again. Never.

Smelly room, dirty bed sheets dirty pillows, dirty floor and somemore cockroach running here and there. Staying here was the biggest nightmare in my life. I’ll rather pay extra bucks to somewhere else which provide better room at least I can sleep at night. SAY NO TO THIS HOTEL.
