I booked a family with 2 queen beds recently here. The hotel is located nicely outside the city centre so the traffic to and away of the hotel is less congested. The hotel do not have their own carpark but there are plenty of open parking spaces around the hotel. There are also many eateries nearby in case you're feeling lazy to go far away from the hotel. For the hotel itself, the reception is on the first floor after a flight of stairs. There's also an elevator for ease of access to higher floors but it broke down on the day we checked out haha... The room we booked is adequately clean but the bathroom door lock is broken so that's unfortunate for us. All in all the hotel is kinda nice to stay if you have business in KL or anywhere near it.
Quite spacious for queen bed with no windows , has a space for study table but sadly no heater or aircond control remote . Iron available for each floor . Cleanliness can be improved as i still can see the toilet tiles is not properly clean . But afterall still a good stay
This is a budget hotel. I stayed in deluxe queen. Definitely not for a light sleeper. Location is strategic but next to main road. So you will hear vehicles passing by all day long (including after midnight till early morning). Cleanliness of toilet is poor. Toilet door no lock & troublesome if you come with friends/family.Leaking from shower & hot shower not working. Tiles not really clean and slippery. Door lock is just with one turn, you can accidentally unlock if you pull down the handle. Main reason i stayed is because closest to uitm & need to check out early.
For a 2-star hotel, quite decent. But could be better. Costed 270 for 2 nights in a Twin bedroom. Cleanliness is ok. Have: AC, kettle, cups, 2 bottled drinking water (not mineral), hairdryer, soap (only a quarter-bottle filled, 1 soap for all), towels, universal electrical sockets at the desk and by the bed, a desk with a rattan chair, TV, hangers on a rail at the wall right in front the bathroom, hot shower (not separated from the toilet so will get the floor wet all over), mirror only in the bathroom. Shared iron available in the corridor. Don't have: fridge, shampoo, shower kit, stirrer/spoon for drinks, latch lock for door, door eyehole, doorbell, wardrobe. !!!!!dangerously lowered floor at the shower area in the bathroom, as the floor is black and no yellow tape for warning over the edges. Sink drainage is leaking.

I stayed at this hotel and found the room to be very spacious, which made the stay comfortable. There’s no dedicated parking, but I didn’t mind since I was able to find an empty spot on the street when I arrived. I’m not sure if payment is required on weekdays since I stayed during the weekend. For my room, there was a small set of stairs right in front of the bathroom door, which might be inconvenient for anyone using a wheelchair or with mobility issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working well when I arrived—the room didn’t feel cool even after turning it on. I ended up opening the filter and cleaning it myself, which helped. There was quite a bit of dust, so they might want to service the air conditioning units more regularly. It wasn’t a big issue for me, though. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of facilities and shops nearby. A mamak restaurant, Ayam Gepuk, Marrybrown, and a 7-Eleven are all right downstairs. The hotel is also conveniently close to the toll exit, which is a big plus for travelers. The bathroom was decent and functional—much better compared to some other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with a few minor inconveniences.
