“Great Hotel, Friendly Staff & No Ghosts! 😄”
A very attractive and comfortable hotel to stay in. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very strategic, situated between Brinchang and Tanah Rata, making it convenient to travel to either side. The food was delicious as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Most importantly, the atmosphere was peaceful and no ghostly surprises 😄. If I visit Cameron Highlands again, I would definitely stay here again!

“Exceptional”
Overall Experience I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would confidently recommend it to future guests looking for accommodation that is comfortable, clean, and good value for money. In terms of comfort, cleanliness, location, facilities, breakfast, and staff service, the hotel provided a highly satisfying experience. Room The room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, with a beautiful and relaxing view of the golf course. The room was also clean and well maintained throughout my stay, making it a pleasant place to rest. Facilities The in-room facilities were complete and practical, including an iron and ironing board, electric kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, safe, and an additional fan. All the facilities were in good condition and helped make my stay more comfortable. Breakfast Breakfast was one of the hotel’s highlights. There was a wide variety of delicious food available. The nasi lemak was especially tasty, while the teh tarik was also delicious and a perfect accompaniment to breakfast. Staff The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made the stay more pleasant and made me feel valued as a guest. Location The hotel is strategically located, providing convenient access to various attractions and nearby amenities. It is suitable for family holidays, relaxing getaways, and business trips. Suggestion for Improvement The only minor issue I noticed was that the room door made quite a loud noise when closing. At first, I thought the sound was coming from guests in nearby rooms. However, after leaving and entering the room several times, I realized that the noise might have been caused by the door mechanism itself. Although this did not affect my overall experience, the hotel may wish to consider inspecting or adjusting the door mechanism to reduce the noise and further improve guest comfort. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable, well-equipped, and pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
