Exceptional”
We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel Rayong. The hotel is easily accessible by car, but located in a quiet area and therefore suitable for relaxing. The beach is directly adjacent and there are several swimming pools. There is a fitness room, as well as badminton and table tennis facilities. We ate in the restaurant and coffee shop and everything was fine, and the happy hour is also interesting. The room was nice and clean, however, although the soundproofing with the other rooms is good, the soundproofing with the corridor is bad and therefore you can hear the noises echoing in front of the door. Finally, the breakfast buffet was fine for us. We would be happy to come back.

Family of 3 seniors, 3 adults, 3 teenager and 1 young kid. Family had a great time. Hotel is at the beach front so kids love the beach and pool activities. Room and restaurants are clean, staff very nice.

The hotel is really clean and well maintained. The traditional massage at the beach is well recommended. Kids have many activities such as badminton , swimming, table tennis for them to have bonding with parents. The view at the beach has a healing touch and tranquil.

Noise and drunk guests”
Please do not allowed guests to play music the public area. I love music but not at the garden where it should be quiet. We also found some guests drinking algohol at the hall way looking at us so strange. We were scared of them. Worst comes to worst, on the next day in the morning we found they lie on the couch at the restaurant where the breakfast is served. The algohol bottles were all under the table. Very disappointed.

All staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel has private beach but there is no room with sea view. Breakfast has several kind of food. Overalls are great hotel for vacation in Kleang, Rayong.
