We had amazing experience during our stay in the hotel. I booked last minute room for my beloved wife to celebrate her birthday & I couldnt get view that facing main road on our first day. Staff Ellie did extra miles by showing us another room on that day but it was lower floor so we decided to just remain our room which facing another building. But Ellie did not forget about us, the next day, she called & had change our room which facing main road on the 19th floor! What amazing effort ! We love Ellie so much! We reached hotel at night & when we entered our new room, theres a cake & welcoming Happy Birthday on the bed! My wife so happy & nothing bring me happier than to see my wife happiness. Like they said “Happy wife Happy life!”! I would recommend Novotel Sukhumvit to my other friends not just because the hotel is new, the location is great, but what makes the hotel special is the staff that really sincere to serve the guest. Great location and has everything you need.”
The rooms are big and clean and well laid out with usb ports , universal plug sockets , great bathrooms , large windows and air con. The roof has an awesome pool and lounge area , the breakfast in the morning is gorgeous and the chef will gladly cook you the egg style you want in front of you with a smile. The location is great and is close to the nightlife and still has bus and rail access to everywhere within an hour. The only thing that can beat all of that is the staff who are friendly and helpful in every single aspect and go above and beyond at every opportunity.

Overall the hotel is good, it is clean, the room is nice and good size, staff are great and helpful and facilities such as swimming pool and the gym are great. Buffet breakfast was good for this hotel prize, one thing it can be improved on the fruit which have been prepared already such as the papaya was sliced and stick each other which showed they are not freshly cut. Yes there are many bars in the surrounding area however, they never bother me. I will certainly look for this hotel again when I visit Bangkok.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location was only 4 mins to the BTS with hourly shuttle service to the station. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The highlight though was that the service was impeccable! The staff were very thoughtful and proactive- everyone from the concierge, technician, front desk, housekeeping deserves the highest praise. Special mention to TY, the concierge staff who went out of the way to ensure that our needs were met.

I have been traveling throughout Asia for 3 years and this is my top stay no doubt. My fiancé and I recently got engaged and decided to come to Bangkok for a little spoil ourselves weekend. I debated about staying here because I thought for such a great price It would be run down - but man I am so glad we chose this hotel! From our arriving, Kook & Kan welcomed us so wonderfully and every single staff member went over and beyond for us. We were chosen as ‘special guests’ and were spoilt. We felt very special, especially as it was a special weekend for us. If you’re hesitating to stay here, book! It’s amazing value for money, the view & pool magical, drinks at the bar delicious and super close to BTS. Would 100% stay here again!!

Great room ( took the best one ) , great facilities , comfy and clean. The staff didn't gave me a parking ticket when I arrived by car, so it was a little discussion when I wanted to leave the hotel with my car . They asked me for the ticket, I explained that I never recieved one and their English skills were not really good . After 4 minutes I made my way out . So far a great hotel ! Will come back for sure

What a good pick for my family trip, the staffs were v helpful n polite, the hotel is v new n the room were cleaned, the location only takes 5-8mins by walk from Nana, if u not on foot, hotel provided Tuk-Tuk every half an hour (but after 16:00 was every one hr). Coz of environmental; no sleepers n toothbrush set to b provided unless u ask The breakkie is v variety, the rooftop swimming pool is a high-light, also the bar was chilled. Highly recommend to frds

Just completed my 3 night stay. Not normally one to weed rite reviews, but, I will make an exception. This is by far, the nicest hotel that I have stayed in Bangkok.from the facilities,to the location.But the best feature of this review is the front desk personel. Whatever my question or my need they were very courteous and attended to my needs. I was very worried about getting a covid test within 24 hrs of travel. No problem. They had someone come to my room within 2 hrs and take my test. Results in a matter of hrs. Thankfully, negative results. Finally, to the manager. You should be very thankful of your staff. From the front desk to the dining area. They are the reason that I will be returning in a few month. Thank you, for a wonderful stay at your hotel.

Pros: cleanliness & well-run operation with great selection of dishes for breakfast and lunch. Rooftop pool gets most sun around 11-4 pm. Beautiful views of the city from the pool. Internet connection was strong and fast most times. 7th floor gym had new equipment with stationary bike, two treadmills dumbbells and bathrooms. Cons: couldn’t find a trash bin in lobby or in front of hotel, left me searching unnecessarily for someplace to dispose of trash; hotel management directed me to a smokers corner around the building for an ashtray to discard my refuse. Rooftop pool a little small for the hundreds of guests at any given time, forcing me to camp out at the covered bar area or a table. Pool towels ran out quickly. Bathrooms were modern with dual shower heads, but lighting was dim and couldn’t see myself too well to shave properly. Otherwise, I truly enjoyed the hotel’s location and relatively quiet guest room with black-out curtains. Staff extremely courteous and professional.

Good location to recommend”
Stayed 3 nights in this hotel which is located only 5 mins from Nana station. There are lots of pubs around this hotel. Somebody wrote that this hotel is too close to pubs and bars which are too noisy. think that location is just good for travelers to enjoy and could not see any accident or bad things. I really enjoyed nice breakfast with fresh vegetables and good service from the staff. Air conditioner does work really well which was one of my concern due to reviews, but I was so satisfied.

The Novotel Sukhumvit 4 hotel was a great little hotel to stay at for the test & go package. It was a very straight forward and easy process and the hotel staff were very accomodating with any questions/queries we had prior to checking in. The room service whilst we awaited our results was excellent, food was very tasty and fresh. Location was great with the train station being very close by as well as Nana plaza. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommend!

Ideal location to explore the Sukhumvit Road areas”
Great very new hotel. Nice area to explore from - close and in the middle of everything without it being in your face. Didn't like that concierge negotiated a flat rate of 500 Baht with the taxi driver to the airport - metered rides are almost always cheaper. I didn't argue only because I didn't want to get delayed waiting for another taxi.

Good convenient Hotel on Soi 4”
I visited for two days to catch up with friends. good hotel with friendly staff. Do not be concerned with staying in Soi 4 it is fine. Once inside the hotel you can be anywhere you like. Plus some good pubs and restaurants in Soin 4. Recommended

Amazing through and through”
One issue I've had with this hotel is the fact that many rooms have a door to the adjacent room (like family type rooms), and if you end up in one of those you have no privacy and can hear a needle drop in the other room. Still, the staff is most accommodating in terms of getting you a different room, so this will only be an issue when they're fully booked.
