Great location heart of Bangkok shopping ”
We chose park view room with breakfast. Very comfortable room. Bed and pillows excellent. Very nice bathroom with rain shower. Breakfast was very good with a massive choice and good coffee. Lots of street food and restaurants below. Will stay here again. Siam BTS not very far and can be accessed through central world.

Center of all attraction ”
Stay with family from 24-27 November. It’s a perfect place for trips around Bangkok. 10-15mins walk from Ratcha-parop station with airport link mrt. Convenient walk to the siam BTS and chit lom BTS. The breakfast is great especially the pancakes. The lobby staff is very patient in answering my question and told me what time to come back for check in. The cleaning staff is also very kind to provide me 2 more bottles of water and extra pair of slippers.

Awesome location and sizeable room”
Had the family suite for 3 pax and it was very spacious. It was a decent size room where we can open all 3 luggages with spaces to walk around. There is gym and swimming pool facilities, it’s clean and usable condition. The view from the swimming pool is good (facing centralworld and big c). Night view is good as well. Location is right next to platinum malll - although it’s no longer linked to the platinum mall as mall 3 is permanently closed. It’s a good place to stay if you are intending to shop at platinum mall - can always unload the shopping before heading else where.

Best location if you like to go platinum mall”
Location is just right beside platinum mall. Good if you plan to go there to shop a few times throughout your trip. 7-10 min walk to CentralWorld and BigC through bridge which is very convenient. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly. Will definitely stay there every time I go bangkok.

Best place to stay when traveling with girl friends!”
The hotel is right beside Platinum Mall (like the Greenhills tiangge or bazaar where you can haggle and buy stuff wholesale, like discounts for 5 or more items). Breakfast buffet was good. Such good value for money because we had to add just a little in our Agoda booking to get buffet breakfast every morning. It's also just a few steps away from the Skywalk where you can walk to CentralWorld and other big malls without getting wet even if it's raining heavily. I would stay here again!

Convenient Location, Clean and Spacious Room”
We are super happy for our stay at Novotel Platinum Pratunam. Helpful staff, great location, room was clean and spacious and at high floor with good view. My only complaint will be that the gym equipment were not as well maintained, handles a tad sticky to touch - but this may not matter to those who don't use the gym so all is good!

Lovely room and the beds/pillows are superior to most. A few disappointments, due to COVID/Pandemic recovery (or whatever). The door directly to the skyway is closed, requiring going to ground level, walking in the rain and back up to get to the skywalk that allows one to walk to the various malls and BTS. The buffet is closed, as of the time of this review. The room itself was beautiful and the view on our side of the building, grand. The staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. The only flaw in the room itself was the handset on the telephone was not functional and was not fixed despite being reported during the short time we were there. I would definitely stay again.

Good location with walking distance to pratunam market, Big C and Central World. There are street food just conveniently located just outside platinum mall. Room is big and clean. Beds are comfy too. Worth the price and highly recommended.

Very comfortable and nice staff!”
I only stayed here for a night with two of my friends but will definitely come back again!! The staff were really nice, I had an accident in swimming pool caused me a bruise on my knee but the staff attended really quick and the manager showed up to talk to us and make sure If I am okay! The price of the room is already cheap enough but got 300 Baht free for minibar etc. on top of it which is amazing and make the experience even better! The shower is amazing and the breakfast is yummy :) location of the place is right in the centre so it’s very easy to go anywhere!

The hotel's location is excellent. At the street level is a small walkway leading to Platinum Mall. You will pasa Starbucks, McDonalds and Krispy Kreme. There is also a fruit juice stand and a 711 convenient store on the Platinum Mall side. You cant beat that!

Definitely a place to stay if shopping at platinum mall”
Will stay again and again and again. Place looks ok even after the covid pandemic broke out. Place is super convenient although the direct escalator to the mall is now closed. Breakfast is excellent and spread is up to standard. No bath tub in room but the hotel spa makes up for it. Loved the spa and the mango sticky rice

My flight got delayed from 4pm to 12am so I needed to book a room to put my stuff, rest and freshen up for the day before the flight. Checked with the hotel receptionist on the spot(cause the hotel is only right on top of the shopping mall) to see if there is any room and I was checked in almost immediately. The ample rest really gave me the energy for my flight. Thanks!

The hotel located at Central of shopping malls, like Platinum Fashion Mall, CentralWorld and BigC Supermaket. The room and bathroom is spacious. Aircon good but still cold even increase temperature and lower Fan speed. Probably to improve on position of the shower stand which directly opposite of the bathroom door, as after shower the floor outside of bathroom will be wet. Best location for Platinum Mall shoppers”
Although the access to the hotel is limited to the 1st floor conceirge entrance currently, it's location is still the best for Platinum Mall shoppers. Breakfast is good as usual but no variation for the many days we stayed. Check in is slow and should be improved, as the number of guests have increased, now that travellers are back. Executive lounge access is a plus, esp for kids, to get a break thru out the day.
