overall is well,comfortable, clean, very suitable for family trip with yoing children or babies. Toilet water seems like stuck, maybe can have some repairment. checkin procedure is quite easy. security is good in these residence.

All you need for a family stay”
All rooms are provided with enough facilities (fully air conditioned) and even the beds are comfy enough to sleep. House is very clean and in great condition. Facilities is good enough for my family to enjoy at the pool side and my son to play at the playground. The only slight down side is you need to park your car at the higher level. And owner needs to provide mirror for each room because only bathroom have one. Hopefully owner to maintain the quality of his house in the future times also.

This place is so new with few occupants. Clean with very simple basic furnishings. Easy check-in and check-out. Think its worth for the price I'm paying for a new 3 bedroom apartment.

일단 위치가 도심지에서 좀 떨어져있어요 밤에 도착하시는분은 외진데로가서 당황하실수도 있어요 체크인 방식이 집 주인 분이 문자로 보내준 ppt파일? 같은거 보고 키수령해서 들어가는방식이라 영어 읽으실 수 있는 분이 있으셔야 좋아요 방3개에 다 침대있고 각방마다 에어컨도 있어요 굉장히 깨끗하고 수건도 엄청 많이있어요 화장실 바닦 배수가 좀 안되는 편이라 빨리 씻고 나오셔야해요 호텔이 아니라 오피스텔? 같은 느낌입니다. 부엌 있어서 간단히 뭐 해먹을수 있어요 헬스장이랑 수영장은 굉장히 좋아요 특히 수영장!!! 큰 규모는 아닌데 엄청 깔끔하고 좋아요 도심지 외곽이라 야경이 꽤 좋은편입니다. 구글맵으로 주변 검색 해보시면 근처에 좋은 브런치 카페도 많아요. 아무래도 현지인들 주거하는 동네같아요 걸어서 1분거리에 주유소편의점 있고, 걸어서 3분거리에 엄청 핫한 술집도 몇개 있습니다. 전체적으로 만족!!
