Let me know your check-in(3.00PM~) & out(~11.00AM) time in advance at least one day before your arrival. It doesn't need to be too exact. ( Baggage Drop off at 3 PM Check-In Only / Baggage CANNOT be left after Check Out) #House rule# 1. Do not smoke, not only in my room but anywhere in the apartment building. (You can smoke in front of the building.) 2. No Other guest. Only Booked Guest Can Use My House 3. When you Book, age over 24 months must be selected as a child or Adult. not infant 4. Try not to make any noise such as speaking loudly, having a big party, or slamming a wall. especially at night. 5. Take off your shoes at the entrance of my room. 6.After beach, take off sand. 7. Not allowed. BBQ, fish cook 8.Please separate garbage. Paper / food waste / cans / plastic / glass 9. Make sure to keep the room as clean as possible. If you broken it, I ask you to pay. ※ Sorry for asking to you many things, I will do my best to making your stay comfortable and refreshing, so I'm really glad if you understand this.

어르신 들 모시고 간 곳이였는데 룸상태도 너무좋고 넓고 쾌적한 내 집같은 분위기에 모든 분들 만족한 곳이였습니다~ 다음 가족여행때 또 찾을 예정입니다~ㅎ

급하게 찾았지만 가성비 최고의 숙박이었습니다.”

신축에 위치도 해수욕장에서 2 분거리라 정말 좋았습니다. 이불 수건 등에서 향기로운 냄새까지 처음 이용한 아파트 렌탈 경험이 좋은 경험으로 남았습니다. 다음에 양양에 또 가게되면 다시 가고 싶네요^^

속초 바다와 설악산 조망~”

신축이라 깔끔하고 인테리어도 아기자기한게 사진이랑 똑같습니다. 집밖으로 나오면 바로 속초해변이 있고 주위에 레스토랑도 많고 위치도 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 가족여행이었는데 방3개에 침대도 넉넉해서 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 아주 높은층이라 거실에서는 바다가 보이고 방에서는 설악산과 청초호을 같이 조망할수있어서 정말좋았습니다. 호텔보다 좋았습니다.
