Room was located at a walking distance to Little India and few minutes drive to KTM and Concubine Lane. Wifi was available and the room was clean. Water pressure was okay but sometimes it's too low. TV has only TV1 and TV2, so they may just remove the TV. Staff were very friendly. Recommend this for budget travellers. Room was clean and tidy. Air-conditioning can get super cold.

We stayed at family room. Very convenient at ground level. No hassle at all. Very affordable for one big family room. Easy access as the hotel is in Ipoh town itself.

The location is near to concubine lane and other landmark spot. The staff we called aunty is a very nice person. She gave us a towel per person. The cleanliness of the room is ok. The bed is comfortable to sleep. About the facilities, since it is a budget hotel then it would be fine as they provide the very basic facilities. The air-condition was functioning well. It has a TV but the signal was not so good but it is okay because nowadays we don't watch TV. The WiFi, very slow connection but not a big deal for me because I just wanted to relax and sleep as I came to Ipoh to visit their attractive places and did many activities. Besides that, they also provide iron but you need to go downstairs which is a bit inconvenient. So I wouls suggest you bring your own iron, you can just iron your clothes in your room. Other than that, they also provide mineral waters and soap only but would be better if you bring your own toiletries. Last but not least, I hope that the hotel will take note about all these reviews, fix the WiFi connection and TV signals. Overall is worth the money.

This hotel first of all is located right in the old town of Ipoh, where you can visit most of the city attractions within 15min of driving. However, this hotel is located just right behind so call "little india" so there is alot of noise all around the hotel till very late night. Further more the hotel got zero sound proofing. You can virtually listen to very single sound from walkwak, the windows, the streets and etc. The room cleaniless is acceptable and location is almost perfect. I will recommend to people who is travelling solo, and those who dont mind some noise, but not for family travel.

the staff don't know how to adjust the aircond the timer keep on turning off at night the water heater not working properly water not hot unable to sleep well and due to sleepy and spilled something on the bedsheet which I have paid but they keep on repeating a few times you should have taken plastic and throw when your rubbish are full never do housekeeping yesterday but I already put all the food plastic and container in lotus plastic but they expect me to do housekeeping work as their receptionist doing housekeeping today I am a brain cyst patient and I sprained my back that we left some bublewrap on the floor but the way they talk as if they room dirty why should I pay that much to be treated like this last year also had a bad experience there. I won't stay in that hotel after this. it was really hurting to be treated like this. I didn't asked to be a brain cyst patient. they make me feel useless. other hotel never treat us like.
