Property policies

1) No illegal activity (including drug use/sales, prostitution, and underage drinking) is allowed in the homestay. If such activity is suspected, the management will notify the police and ask guests to leave the property, without a refund. 2) It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the homestay. 3) Smoking is prohibited in the homestay. 4) No pets of any kind allowed inthe homestay. A RM500.00 cleaning fee will be accessed. Plus guest must remove pet from property immediately upon request. 5) No barbecues or charcoal grills are allowed in the property. 6) Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and refrain from loud music and noise after 11pm. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM. to 8:00 AM. 7) The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. 8) When leaving the property, guest is asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the television, close windows, take out the garbage and return the property key when check out. Lost keys will be charged at RM100. 9) Check in time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check out time is 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. 10) The property management is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in the property. 11) Bath towel is not provided due to personal hygiene concern.

“Nice place but lack of maintenace and manpower”
The stay is located at a new housing area which very near to night market. Location wise, it's a very good place. Check-in and out was swift. But problem solving and response was slow. The balcony door was unable to lock and WiFi was faulty. The cellular signal at this area was weak, so in-house WiFi is quite necessary. They promised will come and check, since the balcony door was unable to lock, it brings discomfortability to us. But end up they didn't came, and not replying our message since then. Facilities wise, house was clean and comes with necessary kitchen utensils.

“Affordable, Confortable and Worth it! ”
Alhamdulillah, manage to secure the booking through Agoda despite last minute plan. Very comfy homestay, my family members of 9 pax are all very satisfied with the house condition. I would like to honestly thank Mr. & Mrs. Chau who let us checked in early due to our elder would like to rest after the stressful driving from Spg Pulai. I would like to recommend this place for any family with big pax whom would like the hassle-free experience especially involving Brinchang Night Market.

清洁方面，虽然是有点不理想，但是还可以接受，位置地点很接近晚上的菜市场，有热水，清洁用品也有，盘碗也有。
