I recently stayed at The Cool Home in Cameron Highlands with my family and we had a wonderful time. The attention to detail in the apartment was impressive - from the stylish decor to the fully-equipped kitchen, we felt right at home. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. The location of The Cool Home is also great - it's within walking distance to various restaurants and cafes, and just a short drive away from popular attractions like the tea plantations and strawberry farms. The host was very helpful and responsive, and provided us with useful tips and recommendations on things to do in the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at The Cool Home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation in Cameron Highlands.

Visited Cameron Highland between 17-20 August and chose this apartment due to the good reviews. The owners provide detailed instructions on the self check in which even includes videos for easy navigation. They are also very friendly and answers all your enquiries! Apartment was clean and cosy. The place is spacious and fits 5 people comfortably. They provide indoor slippers as the floors are cold, they also have hangers and hairdryer as well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. There are shops nearby and you can get food; daily necessities and even souvenirs around the area. You can also walk about 10minutes to find cafes and convenient stores. It is also near most of the attractions such as Big Red Strawberry Farm and Cameron Centrum. Overall it was a great stay and my family really enjoyed themselves! Will definitely book this apartment again if I visit Cameron Highland again!

The location of the place was excellent, and it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6-7 people. The cleanliness was also notable. However, I did encounter a couple of issues: the security guard had difficulty understanding English, which made communication challenging. Additionally, finding the parking lot and lift was not easy. Overall, a good experience, but these aspects could be improved.

Very spacious, well equipped and maintained.. very accessible location.. easy to move.. smooth check in not hassle... Responsive host.. cleanliness is ok still some spot of the house is dusty.. all the equipment, kitchen wear and utensils provided .. love the most about the house is kids friendly.. been given baby chair, baby tub and baby cot..really recommend for family with baby like me.. just one minuse i could tell is the bathroom .. we did not like it at all..both bathroom smell like sewage.. the sink water not flowing and stuck.. not pleasant to use the bathroom.. overall little bit improvement..and definitely i would recommend

Very Good for this property, love it so much Especially we have toodles because got Cuckoo Water filters, Good Facilities what we want all meet our requirements big TVs to enjoy movie but not so updated Netflix Very quite environment but noisy neighbors ( I’m not racist ) got one neighbor Indian families chit chat at Balcony very loudly from night until morning 5/6AM they can choose to chit chat inside… Can advice to put map and directory on Wall ( this ideas I get it from Johor Kluang HomeStay [airbnb] ) they put a wall map and directory in it very nice, easy and friendly ways to us for getting the place we wanted to go Can add on scissors also haha 🤣, for the cleanness may need to improve more Lastly will be back soon 👍
