For me, this is the best hostel in KL. I stayed here for about three weeks. ❤️ The owner is very kind, honest, and helpful. The bedrooms are 4-bed or 6-bed dorms with bunk beds, and they were clean enough. It's a great bonus to have a kitchen and a refrigerator, so you can cook your own meals. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies within walking distance, which is very convenient. There's a separate building with a pool and a park, which guests can use for free. Although the hostel is a bit outside of KL's city center, I actually liked that it meant fewer passersby. It's also conveniently located near a subway station, making access to the city center easy. 💔 My only minor weak points were that the Wi-Fi sometimes became spotty at night and the water pressure in the showers was a bit weak. However, these weren't significant issues for me, and I will definitely stay at MonkeyMansion again when I come to KL next time❤️ Thank you, owner Mrs. Del and her great husband!!😁

Thank you Kuala Lumpur for the lovely vacation. I made amazing friends from Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt, Turkmenistan, lovely Arabic environment and men shared food, taught be few words in Arabic, late night conversations, sharing coffee and tea together. This place feels like home away from home, with much bonding and friendship between travellers sharing their life, food, tea. Only thing is that, please don’t shout at people asking for fresh towels. If someone stay for 1 night also, they get 1 towel and for 4 nights also 1 towel - that’s weird as everyone want fresh towels. Keep maagi, coffee, green tea for sell also for travellers. I have stayed in many hostels around the world/South-east Asia, please switch off ac for 2/4 hours max, let it run from 6pm till 10am/12pm as people are on holiday and will have late nights, sleep until afternoon. I love the swim pool, made a friend from Iraq who was my roommate, and made another friend from Pakistan. Lovely memories but also please make wifi strong, there was no wifi in the room and in apartment was so slow, no mobile network also in the room, so wifi should be there in the room too. Also, put side tables beside beds for keeping things. Also, do urgently change the beds and put wooden beds or better ones as it’s so noisy, even when you turn around, it makes creepy noise - stayed in so many hostels around Asia, never has such noisy ones - change them for better comfort. Otherwise, it was lovely holiday with lots of lovely memories, has nice Nasi Lemak from the street boy’s shop which was better than the cafes, overall just one of the best memories. Love Kuala Lumpur & see you soon KL :))
