we got VIP room for this group almost it clean but we found cockroach on the floor (it's dead) and there're staff can go in our room while we still in the room with lock the door !!!!!! it's not safe for us. for BF it have to select and require as you want not buffet.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the city centre. Nothing at all to complain about and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nan. I was a lone female traveller of Thai nationality. Very good for me!

Short stay in the middle of Nan province”
If you want to be in the centre of the city. Easy to travel to everywhere, this hotel is ok. It is quite small. The room is small with simple decoration. The lobby is modern with just a counter with a bench. We rent a car, there is a parking right behind the hotel. Breakfast, walk cross the road to another hotel (same owner). We stayed only for a night just to explore the city.

Everything was good. Except 2 things: 1. Bed is HARD like a rock. Hotel should change it ASAP. and 2) Hotel has no lift. If you have big luggage make sure to request room on first floor.
