3D2N stay during Merdeka 2020”
1. Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is nice, just above of EkoCheras Mall and near to many malls such as Sunway Velocity and IKEA Cheras. 2. Unit / room ⭐ a. Check in was delayed eventhough we were there at 6pm (note that agoda mentioned check in time is 3pm) as the cleaner claimed that they are still cleaning the room. b. The room was full of smoking smell eventhough in their page was mentioned non smoking room - Owner apologies for that and offer to provide air freshener service and mentioned its the previous tenant who broke the rules of no smoking. 3. EkoCheras Residence Management ⭐⭐ a. The parking card was unable to use for the first time and the guards pointed us to the wrong way. We spent another 15 minutes just to go to the correct gate (there is 2 entrance but was not mentioned which is usable and which is not). b. The parking area has only one small direction plate for lift. We were walking in the whole parking area looking for lift for 15 minutes until we made a call to the owner only we managed to find the lift. 4. Owner ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Owner was very responsive through phone and were honest and apologise on the disappointment we had. He even offer to provide us with a discount for the next visit.

you can see the kl city skyline from the top floor infinity pool and it is superb! Room is nice and clean with reasonable price. Like it!

The host are just so nice and answer all my enquiry patiently. And the rooms are so stylish. Love it ! Taking MRT to the city center is very convenient as there is a sky bridge connected to the mall below. Will come again!

Very good”
Room was okay but not satisfied with the service. A hanging lamp broke and fell suddenly. We were lucky it didn’t fall directly on our heads but after that we were quite worried if the other lamps would fall so we sat somewhere else. I notified the owner but was just told to put it aside for them to repair after checking out. Would appreciate an apology during that time. Other than that, beds were enough for 6 people and air conds were functioning well.

Uncomplete kitchenware and not punctual ”
After contacting them for the spartal, took about 1 hour to send to my doorstep, while I was using fork and spoon to cook. No scissor no knife, how to cook well but the way. Customer service also moderate only. Not a good choice if u wanna cook in there.

Great location poor maintenance”
The unit was not really ready for occupants even we check in on the 10pm at night. basic facilties in the room however damaged toilet locks, broken toilet mirror, fused light bulbs and sofa with dust mite... after complaining the next day they repaired some on the next day. Hopefully they can check the unit before issue to next customer.

Very poor experience”
The stay experience is very bad! Hygiene is very bad! The first time I stayed in the hotel, I opened the door and there were a lot of cockroaches on the ground. There were still live cockroaches running around. There were cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed. Very disappointed!

Bad attitude of owners”
We arrived at there for doing check in around 8pm and we started to contact the owner according to the security guard’s help. However, the owner rejected our phone call and replied our Whatsapp message after 15minutes. The owner said let them check our booking record (I have done the booking and payment process about one month ago). After an hour, a worker represented the owner came along with the key and access card. We received the instructions from the owner at the same time, which should be sent earlier before we checked in, since the check in time given is started from 3pm until 11pm. The hotel is comfortable to stay and clean. But I hope the owner could be more responsible and quick response to tenants.
