Location is super but fridge was very smelly, dishes very dirty and it was not vaccumed at all, shower dripping and just very very dated. If you only want a bed for a night in the middle of town, it's perfect but we would not come again. Not even for one night 😕 to end on a positive though... Staff is very friendly and helpful 👍
Good place to stay, in middle of town. No alarm needed the local seagulls will wake you up, squawking just outside your window. Staff friendly and helpful. Found other people's rubbish in couch and dust around skirting on carpet, only annoying as I have a crawler

Good location, clean room, good quality bed, but tatty walls (swelling/cracked wallpaper) and the windows were like sieves - the wind was blowing straight through. Additionally, some of the "fresh" towels had dirt smudges on them.

We showed up within the stated business hours and this place was abandoned. I phoned the number provided and was told they had closed early. He then hung up and didn't answer his phone again. He then text me to say "please book another motel". I assume nothing will be charged to my card for this. I popped in the next day just to ensure that wouldn't be charging me but it was still closed. Luckily the Top 10 in Vanguard St had units available, amazing staff and superior facilities for a very similar price. I recommend you go to the Top 10 instead.
