Cheap hotel in Kuah with basic amenities, but my room was clean and everything was working well. Nice staff, no problem at all. Overall good value against money in Langkawi main town. If you stay only for nights, then is more than sufficient.

Not hotel like home. Near by Kuah city and Eagle Bay. You could walk around to find Malaysian foods. The peoples are very frindly and they serve with smile. The night time is not adviseablle to go arount.

Small hotel on road side located near to Kuah”
Good stay. If the only thing to improve is the hotel's signboard. Definitely you cannot find the hotel if based on signboard since totally faded. I just joke with my wife to help re-paint the signboard to ease for others to find the hotel.

Horrible experience!”
The worst "hotel" experience I've had, expect a cold shower! Fist impression of the room was okay, basic - but we knew that! There was no linen provided (wasn't aware that we were required to bring it?) As soon as we started using the facilities trouble started! The toilet didn't flush and the sink only worked by turning on a pipeline tap. The lady was understanding and moved us into the room next door, which was even worse! No air con, still no working toilet! So we move back into the orginal room. Which had now become somewhat flooded due to a the pipeline leaking. Upong this I requested to use a mop to dry it up but was refused and told I must remain in the flooded room! We had another person in the room next door who seemed to have no issues and location was good for us however, would not stay here again or recommend others to do so.

Rooms small but condusive enough BUT bathroom/toilet need to improve the condition. Facilities such as water heater and water juck necessary for family. House-keeping for every morning is needed

the hotel and the rooms are quite trashy: not very clean, old half-broken beds, no sheets to cover or towels. personnel is nice and helpful though.. but turns on karaoke all the time very loudly.

The hotel should be improved much in cleanliness. Please bring along your towel and soap since they are not provided. The most important part is please...please improved cleanliness of surau since it is the place to pray.

nothing interesting here.. Very bad hotel.. Smelly... not clean.. With the dirty toilet... No water heater.. No pantry... Small room.. Luckily i just stay hedre 4 one night... I will never booked this hotel again..

Low cost hotes(hostel) with normal room with old bed. You can listen everything from other rooms and toilet have marks of muslims users... We are bacpeckers with low budget, but in this area is lot of better bungalows. This hostel is without WiFi..

So so only.. The power plug too high on wall. The power plug beside bed cannot use. Promised a double deck but NIL - Given another flat sheet??? Toilet takes time too flush... and to flush 3 time to clear all xxxx.

Air conditional has no remote control! No towel or shampoo provided! Neither mattress nor blanket provided! Bath with fresh cool shower! Fan cannot be use (switch removed)! Electrical plug damaged (no plug for charging hand-phone or computer)! No electricity, fuse breakdown (whole night no electricity, hot+mosquito) went to reception but no people, they even off the phone when we call them!!! They ignore the customer and ignore to repair the electricity!!! Very bad!!!

Il me fallait un peu de piquant pour ce séjour en Malaisie ,avec cet hôtel c'est fait. Loin de tout,près de rien,des chambres qui n'ont de chambres que le nom. Rien a dire de plus . Si ce n'est : à éviter absolument !!

Le prila nuit etetant d une grosse quinzaine d euro e lt les photos charmante, nous pensions arrivés dans un endroit sympa. Le tout est payé via le site biensure. Arrivé devant " l'hotel" nous nous sommes dis c est pas possible on s est trompé d endroit. Meme le taxian disait "not good". Bred le truc tombe en ruine , salle. On nous conduit a notre chambre : d une salletè peu commune murs salle , sdb sait mm pas si ca deja ete nettpyer dans le passé. Lit king size a mon avis a du etre coupé en 2 car rien de king size , la tele enchainee au mur mise a l entree de la salle de bain de sorte a ce que une fois installé sur le lit on ne sache mm pas la voir. Bref deçu nous decidons de partir et allons demandé a etre remboursé au moins une des deux nuit qui nous on dek ja ete debité biensure. Seul reponse de notre hotesse : "c est pas possible". Enfin nous sommes repartis deçus et avzc le sentiment d avoir ete dupés. Je ne le recommande a personne.
