That was my second time staying in this hotel; stayed here few years ago when they were newly opened. The maintenance is still good, room was clean, bed was firm and comfortable, one of the pillows was a bit smelly, bed sheet has slight stain which was still acceptable to me. The decor is simple, modern and comfortable. Wolley Food Centre and Stadium food court are in the vicinity, 7-10 min walk. There were also other eateries and cafe nearby. The soundproof of the room was bad, I could hear the traffics from the street, kids running and talking outside the corridor, next room’s doorbell, running water, etc. Fortunately, it was a peaceful night, very light traffic at night. Bathroom was spacious but the water pressure and heater were very unstable, I couldn’t enjoy my shower after a long day out. Room was equipped with hair dryer and iron. Check-in was efficient, the staff was friendly and called to inform when the room was ready as I checked in very early in the morning and dropped my luggage at the counter. Overall it was still a pleasant stay, giving a 4 stars due to those negative points mentioned.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. The location was incredibly convenient, close to key attractions and transport. Staff were professional and helpful. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
First time visiting Ipoh with the family and came across this hotel. Good location, hassle-free check-in, and check-out, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The room is clean and well-maintained, super spacious toilet with bright lights. The room we picked was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The pool is a bit small but it's comfortable and super clean! I love the view from the pool and gym area on the 12th floor. As for the room, our feedback is that the toilet sink is clogged, took a long time for the water to drain. A bit lacking in storage compartment because there are no drawers at all in the room, except for the cupboard. No empty power point so every time we want to charge our devices we had to pull out the lamp shades plugs, the fridge is a very small fridge that can fit about 4 bottles of 500ml mineral water only. Also, if you're driving, do take note that the parking is outdoors. But overall it was a good experience, we would stay again the next time we are in Ipoh!

Hotel is located in a good location and close accessibility to city center. In fact the hotel location is very convenient to go anywhere in Ipoh. Parking is convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is neat and clean and room size is also reasonably large. I will definitely stay there again
