clean, great location and friendly staff ”
We spend in corner resort hotel 5 nights and we felt like home. Tarn and Khemmy, the owner made us feel like if we were in home, both of them they are wonderful people, they help you with everything, thank you girls :-) The room was, fresh, new and the bed is very comfortable double bed. It's located two minutes walking to the walking street but it's quiet. If we ever come back to Koh lipe, definitely this will be our hotel.

Good hotel for its money. Room is clean, personnel is friendly and polite. Hotel is situated in the middle of Koh Lipe, that's make it comfortable to achieve beaches and Walking Street in a little time. But it's in the corner of lively roads, so it's become noisy sometimes especially when window was opened.

Great value for the money”
I had a great stay at Corner Resort! Khemmy and her staff are amazing and will help you with whatever you need. Located 2 minutes from Walking Street and between Pattaya and Sunrise beaches it is not far from anything. No breakfast or other food available but there is plenty of resturants close by. The room I had was small but clean and well suited for my needs. Also free from mosquitos and other insects.

This building is very new and only has basic facilities. No restaurant but it’s not a problem. Since there are plenty of restaurants in walking street. Room was very clean and tidy. No mosquito and insect. Quiet at night.

The best thing regarding this hotel is the staff.....sunny and friendly people......you will love them! The room is clean and bed is comfortable. My stay was good. Little bit overpriced in my opinion.

The only real con was that ther was always a walk to the beach, but if you'd rather be a bit away from it, or would like to be in a general location - it's great, same distance to all 3 beaches

Noisy Corner”
Our room was in the most (maybe the only) noisy Corner of Lipe, we cant sleep, the motorbikes sounds in the windows. Terrible place, doesnt feel like an island.

Pros: location and cleanliness, allow us to check in early. Staff is friendly Cons: no hot water for shower, no kettle to boil water, no tv. Overall, this room only supply basic amenities. But it is value for money. 👍

Pleasant stay”
The guest house is very simple and located quite conveniently for the town. It is on a main route for taxis and motorbikes however so got noisy at about 5.30 am. There was no drinking water provided which is unusual and a bit mean. We were there during the Chinese New Year so it was relatively expensive at about 2400 THB per night, so it was not very good value really. The beds were also incredibly hard! The hardest we've had in our 6 weeks travelling in Malaysia and Thailand.

Price quite expensive. No TV, kettle, cups and internet wi-fi tooooooo slow! Room got ant & mosquitoes. Expect them to clean the room the next day but they didn't do anything. Only good is location is near to sunrise beach & walking street.

Clean room and good location. However, the wifi was useless, the toilet got drowned by water when using the shower, the AC was really weird and the staff couldn't speak English. Fine IF it would have been cheap, but we payed way to much comparing to what we got...

Basic accommodation ”
Nice and welcoming personnel, they speak English so it's easy to communicate with them, always available if you need anything. Very basic room, NO hot water, clean room and comfy bed. Expensive for what is offer. Very noisy location, with a bar in front so loud music at all times. Located about 2 blocks from the walking street and bars and restaurants. There is no gate between the hotel and the public street, so anyone can access to your door at any time. We wake up in the middle of the night with a man knocking intensely and trying to open our door. Obviously, mistake our hotel room with someone else and apologize when we open the door. But nevertheless scary and make us felt a bit insecure.

Jolie petit hôtel, propre et bien entretenu , au calme mais à 1 mn de la grande rue principale, ménage fait tout les jours, personnel souriant, le seul bémol peu de rangement dans les chambres et les 20m2 annoncé il ne doit pas avoir les mêmes mètres en France lol mais bon c'est pas grave car on est pas la pour rester enfermé

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis...”
Positiv: Sehr nettes und hilfbereites Personal, gute Lage zu allen Stränden und Walking Street. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Frühstück ist soweit in Ordnung. Negativ: sehr teuer für das was man bekommt: das Zimmer ist sehr klein, man hat kaum Platz für Koffer, die Tür zum Bad ist extrem niedrig (man schlägt sich ständig den Kopf an), die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe da das Wasser nur ganz leicht rauströpfelt und man daher ewig zum Duschen braucht. Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Wäre die Nacht günstiger gewesen, wäre das alles in Ordnung, jedoch war es völlig überteuert. Man bekommt für das gleiche Geld woanders deuuutlich mehr zu bieten.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut und ist zu allen Stränden nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Nettes freundliches Personal, welches auch ein Fahrservice unternimmt.
