We were really happy with our visit to both Le Vimarn and Ao Prao. The resort had everything you wish for with nice cottages in cozy surroundings and the best beach at Koh samet. Great restaurants and kind and service minded staff. We would really like to recommend this place.

Superb place”

We just got back from a week Le Vimarn and are already missing it. The beach is lovely, the rooms are fantastic and clean, the pool and facilities are all well looked after. All the staff are great too. Khun Payap and his team looked after us well and always ensured I was full of coffee each morning. I'm a writer and had to work a bit, and the internet was always strong and reliable. In all, a great place and as it's only 3 hours away, we will be back soon! Thanks!

Fantastic ”

What a great hotel and resort. From the beach to the rooms to the Breakfast I do not have one complaint. The beach is one of the best and cleanest beaches I have seen in Thailand. The water is incredibly clean. We had a hiltop room and it was good. Was clean and tidy and cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff are some of the best I have seen in Thailand. They all knew there role and were very attentive. I will be returning here on all my visits to koh samed

Amazing ”

What a gorgeous place to stay. The cabin was spacious, comfortable and clean, with lots of storage. The pool is stunning and the food at both restaurants (Italian and Thai) was excellent. Lovely staff. Cannot fault this place and will stay here again for sure.

Would stay again”

Very nice hotel, great staff, great pool. The beach is not the powdery white sands like Sai Kaew, but it is quiet and private and quite nice in its own right. The food was excellent, and we were impressed that the Thai food was actually real Thai food, and not "hotel Thai food" for foreigners. If there was anything to complain about, the beach had a slightly stinky fishy smell on the first day, which we assumed was due to it being rainy season and there being some storms washing up marine life on the beach.

Great hide-away sunset view and less chance to expose to covid spreading.”

We choose this place again for trips during covid situation in BKK . the resort offer private Pier and speedboat ( less crowded) . Kids can enjoy fishes at the shallow area of the beach,sand are softer than phuket or Samui island. Its a peaceful place to lay down on the beach and relax, this is a small but warm and great resort. Khun Payab the manager at the breakfast restaurant at the resort always remember guests in every room. K.Therng ,the chef of the restaurant is very caring ,preparing food for allergy kids. We feel like home every time we visit ( 2nd visit) and plan to go back again every year.

Great Hotel Excellent Staff”

The only problem was not caused by Vimarn The local council imposed Covid restrictions that meant you had to have an ATK test before going to the island and then you’re ferried to the public terminal

Our favorite hotel in Thailand”

Since we live in Bangkok this is a hotel that we keep coming back to over and over... Only 2 1/2 hours drive from home + a short boat trip and you are in paradise. Great rooms, wonderful staff and perfect for children to run back and forward from swimming pool to ocean (20 meters distance). We love it and will come back soon! :-)

Amazing”

Great hotel great staff. Mr Payap is a great concierge hard working and very accommodating and friendly. The beach is amazing clearest tropical waters on Samet the rooms are enchanting, staff are all excellent and our stay was very memorable we will aldehyde stay at this hotel every time we come to samet

Exceptional”

This place is as close to paradise that i have been. Resort is straight out of a postcard with crystal clear water. Snorkelling, kayaking and scooter rental all available all at a great price. Poolside massages and three great restaurants to choose from. Staff were so friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. It was the highlight of our trip and will definitely go back next year!

if you are looking for some place with private beach and peaceful . This place is recommended. The staffs have good service mind especially Mr. Payab a senior guy who willing to service us during the breakfast time along 3D2N for this trip...Thank you

Best hotel on the island”

We had a phenomenal stay at Le Vimarn, the location is perfect, at the most beautiful and quiet beach of Koh Samet (the other beaches can be quite crowded), staff super nice, the cottages are super cosy and overall our whole experience was wonderful - thanks so much!

Nice Room nice beach”

Very beautiful hotel and the beach is also very nice. Nothing much o do at night and not that many menu to choose. But what would you expect, it is on in island.
