Excellent hotel”
This hotel looks very old and has dark passage but Rooms are big and showerd is very good. It's walkable distance to Surya Mall LRT etc. I would recommend to not book with breakfast because it's served at ground floor restaurant with only one item to eat. Better hv bf in Surya Mall. Otherwise it's very good hotel at cheap rate.

Families with younger children can easily cross to Suria KLCC through the underground pass of Avenue K mall. Our late check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were attentive even at that hour. The room was clean and our stay went well. Housekeeping staff were also attentive. The only downside perhaps is the vegetarian bfast. It was tasty and has some good options but vegetarian wasn't for my group. Although, I'm at fault for not knowing prior that they serve vegetarian bfast. Otherwise, would still like to book again, w/o bfast and have bfast at their roti and briyani shop. :)

Loved everything about my stay here. My room was ready when I arrived, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The included iron and board is absolutely convenient, and so is the 7-11 convenience store on the ground floor. I especially appreciated that the hotel’s basement car park also catered to motorcyclists like myself, and that hotel guests get to park for a very, very reasonable rate. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Close to klcc. just a 5 minute walk. The room is very clean and has many facilities such as television, iron, kettle and toiletries. highly recommended.

Pleasant Experience”
We stayed there for one night and it was such a nice experience for us. We came all the way from Penang and somehow arrived early in KL, the security at the front door assisted us with the parking and the receptionist was so polite and nice. Feel so welcomed. They let us to check-in early which we really appreciate. 7-Eleven is right there at the lobby, and also connected to Jamal Restaurant. The hotel also is right next to Avenue-K where you can walk to KLCC through it. All in all will definitely stay here again.

Boutique hotel with great location”
Room is well proportioned and very clean. Bed and pillow were good quality, had a really good rest. Next to hotel there’s Avenue K mall with an indoor theme park, a food court, and amazing selection of restaurants eg Natalina Italian, Min Ren Xuan chinese restaurant, Samba with Brazilian Buffet, H&M, Village Grocer a karaoke. In front of hotel there’s also a durian stall selling good durian. All in, am happy I chose here to stay. Oh and the staff are extremely friendly.

1) walking distance to Avenue k which is right Infront of the hotel (LRT is below avenue) 2) staff is very friendly 3) there is parking spot available but if peak season it will be pack but u may validate your card with the hotel to get RM 5 for 1 day (if not mistaken) 4) room is really clean hair drier, toothpaste and toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo and ironing board available. Lot of power source/ socket, the bathroom is clean and spacious 5) 7Eleven on the ground floor 6) recommend for staycation with friends, family and couple.

Couldn't believe the location. Right in the middle of everything. So easy to explore city and attractions. Restaurants, convient stores, pharmacy just downstairs. Great room. Statbucks a few feet away. Subway across street. Easy pickup/dropoff grab spot . A perfect stay in the city

Hotel is closed by to KLCC, Tapak Urban Street Dining and Avenue K Shopping Mall where more restaurants are available. There are also 7-11 and mamak food stall attached to the hotel. Plus durian lovers gets to eat quality durian just outside the hotel lobby.

Excellent experience of staying in KL”
Wonderful, comfortable, and secured stay with comprehensive facilities needed by a traveller (Room equipments, TV programmes, easily accessible Wifi, breakfast inclusion during stay). The price is much cheaper considering the quality of service provided. Can enjoy nice view of skyscrapers from room window. Highly recommended for anyone!!!

Very conveniently located next to Avenue K mall and KLCC. Simple no frills hotel. Clean, comfortable. Can be a bit noisy at night due to proximity to main road. Very effective blackout curtains. Good water pressure but bathroom mirror needs much brighter lighting. Have stayed multiple times and will continue to stay.

we were a bit skeptical at first because our immigration officer (upon arriving in malaysia) and our grab driver weren't familiar with the name of the hotel. but after staying there for 2 nights, we can confidently say it was more than worth it! great room, great staff, even better location (right beside avenue k where klcc station and petronas towers are conveniently located)!

Worst hotel in my life”
No soundproof. How it has such good reviews I have no idea. Maybe fake. No sleep in thisbhotel. You will be as if you are on a Formula 1 speedway outside. Breakfast horrible we just went to the mall to eat. In the hot they make coffee for 3 from 1 bag of 3 in 1 just add more water to it. Omlet horrible taste and no sausages. They tasted very bad. Would never stay here again.
