We stayed 1 night to break up the trip and let the kids rest up before the next leg of our journey. The location is perfect being right next to KL Sentral station. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helped us get to our room swiftly. The rooms are more suited for business travel, but we were very comfortable with 3 adults and 2 young children (under 3) in 2 adjoining rooms. The large bathrooms allowed us to easily get the kids washed and ready for bed without fuss. We ordered room service for dinner and it arrived quickly and the food was hot and tasty. The next morning, we had breakfast in the restaurant and it is one of the best selections of various foods I have had. All the food was tasty and left us wanting to try everything, however full tummies prevented us sampling every station. The staff could not have been more helpful for check out and helped us navigate back to KL Sentral with kids and luggage. The staff really made our stay special.

I stayed on night in the hotel for a stopover in KL. I e-mailed the hotel beforehand asking whether I could freshen up (after check out) before going to the aiport in the evening. They responded very professionally and very fast and came up with the idea to prep a shower room before leaving. What a service! When I arrived at the hotel I got a free upgrade to a suite in the old part of the hotel. Absolutely amazing suite, with a nice spacious very clean living room, bedroom and bathroom. We arrived late after dinner, so also had a good room-service. Breakfast was also very good, like you can expect of a 5-star hotel in KL. after check-out their shuttle bus dropped us of at Mid-Valley and from their we did some shopping all over the city. When we returned at the hotel they brought us to the shower room before going to the airport. Hotel is located near KL Sentral and you can use their free shuttle service. You can't just walk out the hotel that's the only minus. Fantastic experience in not of the best hotels I stayed in. Especially looking at the value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice, recommended for second stay. I like to stay in ALOFT hotel KL, my 7 years old son and my wife also like staying here because we can go everywhere from KL Sentral and go back for good rest in this hotel, nice and excellent location. Fast internet access is the best thing for me as I need to work in KL. Location is near KL Sentral where we can find food until late night. For me, please give more variety food on breakfast and give speciality food so people can enjoy having breakfast here. Convenience store located in KL Sentral is 24 hours. We can go back to airport by taking fast train from KL Sentral station or even can take bus for only RM10.

5-star service. All the staff were attentive and eager to assist. Location is perfect. Just cross the road and you are at NU Sentral Mall. A few feet away is KL Sentral Monorail. Cleanliness of the room is very good. Being a new hotel, everything is spick and span. Towels are new and fluffy. They diligently clean the room everyday (if staying more than a night) and replace all beddings, towels and toiletries everyday. Space is adequate. Small but that is a standard even in most hotels in the area. Bathroom is also tiny. However it is really pristine, no sign of molds and that is what is more important. There is a mini fridge and clothes rack. Cable only had local channels. Breakfast, though limited, is very tasty! They allow luggage storage if you plan to visit other places for a night or two. No complaints with this hotel. Highly recommended and we sure will be back.

It was a great 3 days staying at sentral Hotel. The location was really near to the KL sentral station (10 minutes walk) which the train can bring you directly to the airport and less than a minute walk (across the street) to the monorail station which can bring you anywhere you want to. There is ABC restaurant near the monorail station so you can have your food easily, pharmacy (if needed) maybe 100 meters away, and also a small store near the hotel to buy your needs. Our Taxi driver said that Hotel Sentral Area was Kuala lumpur Little India. The hotel was good although it has old air conditioner system. It has a very clean bathroom with amenities (except tooth brush and tooth paste)and also hot and cold water on their shower. their are also an electric water boiler with coffee, tea, and 2 bottles of water as a compliment every day. Also they have safety deposit box if you need to safe your stuffs. But most of all staying at this hotel for a low budget (like me) was a very pleasant day in Kuala Lumpur. I checked in early Dec 2016. It's a little hidden behind 1 block of shop rows so for those wanting to stay there jus tell your taxi drivers to bring you to KL Sentral. If you take a bus which I find is cheaper,it will bring you straight to KL Sentral. From there you can go thru the NU Sentral mall where you can get all branded items and chained restaurants, fast food are available too. Talking about NU Hotel...the price is good, room is space and comfy...cosy bed...with a mini fridge n well maintained coz it's a new renovated building. It's just 5mins walk to NU sentral Mall and connected to KL sentral..a train station to connect you anywhere you wanna go..to Bintang Warisan...KLCC...Midvalley..Sogo..Genting world Resorts and many many more. Behind the hotel there's 1 Indian fast food which opens 24/7...clean n tasty for me. I will stay at NU Hotel again the next time I visit Kuala Lumpur.

This hotel has a really good location as it is next to KL Sentral Monorail station, close to KL Sentral station, and easy access to food. I chose this hotel because we needed to catch our flight the next morning. The bus to the airport is in KL Sentral station location. The hotel location made it easy for my family to travel. Unfortunately, when we stayed there we didn't get a room with windows. I thought our room would have windows as shown here in agoda, but I was wrong. My suggestion if you want to get a room with windows, probably make sure first then book it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was kind enough not to charge me when their soap dispenser was broken (The shower hose got tangled and my mom decided to untangle it, but the hose bumped the dispenser that sat really close to the hose, so the dispenser fell and broke. Suggestion to the hotel maybe you can make some room between the hose and the soap and shampoo dispensers). We would want to stay there again if we decide to stay in KL and need to get hurry to the airport. My family and I really LOVE the hotel location ❤️❤️ The best.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at KL Bangsar Suites EST and when we arrived we were surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. There was even a sofa bed and a single bed on the loft. The apartment is able to accommodate at least 6 to 7 adults. The place was clean and everything was neat and in order. We requested for the apartment on a high floor and the view was spectacular. The location of the suite is connected to an LRT station which is one station away from KL Sentral that proved a convenience for travel. Across the suite is Bangsar town where there are restaurants and cafes for food. The apartment is also very near to Mid Valley and you can get there easily by Grab. Security at the apartment was tight and the staff were helpful to meet our requests and even whatsapped before the day we arrived to check our check in which most lodgings do not practice. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We hope to return and stay in the same apartment again if we ever come to KL again.

This was our second stay at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and we will go back! The hotel is just across the pedestrian crossing from KL Sentral. We just got off the fast train from the airport and within 5 minutes we were being checked in. This hotel is an older property but this is not in evidence on the inside. We stayed in a Club Room which is amazing value for money as breakfast and drinks/dinner etc are included in the price. The Club is on Level 33 and the views, the service and the food are all 5*. The rooms are not huge but have an entrance hall which provides a cupboard and stands for luggage. The beds are super comfortable as are the linens and the towels. The bath products are beautiful and very generous. The higher rooms have amazing night and day views. Our room had a small outdoor area with 2 sun lounges. The pool is fantastic! It's on 8th floor and has full bar and food service. The amenities at the pool, in keeping with the rest of the hotel, are spotless. There is a huge mall just in KL Sentral and the Monorail is also accessed from there. We took the monorail to a few malls - fabulous shopping and it's right at your door. Check-in and check-out was very friendly and efficient. At check-out we said we were catching the fast train to the Airport. Immediately a porter put our luggage on a trolley and took us to the platform. I don't recall ever seeing this level of service!

Only five-minute walk from KL Sentral. We arrived in KL at 1am, ride the Skybus from KLIA2 to KL sentral. It wasn't hard to look for the hotel. Just ask directions to Brickfield and you can easily find Metro. It is also safe to walk from KL Sentral to Brickfield even at 4am! The receptionist when we arrived, Isaac, was very accommodating and friendly. Since check-in was at 2Pm, he suggested that we book another room first for us to rest for a while before going around the city, and he gave us big discount! When we got to our room at 2pm, it was really comfortable , clean and spacious. The comfort room is clean and spacious too! It was really a pleasant stay and really affordable! worth every penny. Around the hotel you can find different restaurants, open for 24 hours.

Summer view is an ideal hotel to stay at if you want to go around and see the major tourist attractions in KL. Its a 5 minute walk from the hotel to KL sentral which is the major train/bus station connecting various places in KL. Even if you would like to go to places like Genting Highlands or Cameron Highlands,you can easily use the bus services fron KL Sentral. There are good hotels like Saravana Bhavan, Anjappar etc and lot of vegetarian restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, there is the KLIA express, the fast train connecting the city from KL international airport. This train stopsat KL Sentral. Likewise, if you are flying by Malaysian airlines, you can check in your luggage at their counter in KL Sentral and dont need to carry it with you to the airport. So in many ways, staying in Summer View will havea lot of benefits.

We stayed at the Prescott Hotel for 5 days in total in a standard room for four nights and deluxe queen for one night. The location is brilliant, a five minute walk from KL Sentral station from which you can take the KTM and LRT monorails straight into the city, and more importantly the bus direct to the airport. The hotel, unlike other budget hotels in the area, is located away from the busy and apparently slightly dodgy area of Brickfields and is set up on the main road leading into KL Sentral. This makes it a bit noise to stay in if you're in a room facing the road, but the convenience and added safety are worth it. Rooms are clean, well-designed, and the cleaning staff are efficient and very friendly.We found the staff are the best thing about the hotel, they are incredibly committed to making your stay comfortable and will look after you extremely well. Late (and we're talking 4-5am) check-ins were ok, and they put us in the largest standard room available when the hotel was quiet ( request room 8401 if you can, the floor plan makes it very large). There were lots of other small things staff did to make the stay better, such as free breakfast tokens after a small problem in the bookings, or lending an umbrella free of charge for the day because we'd forgotten ours. Really made such a big difference to the stay. So if you're looking for budget accommodation with easy access to sight-seeing, I highly recommend this. Warning though, it does get very busy on the weekends and less of the good rooms may be available.

This hotel located very strategic in KL Sentral area, very near to Monorail station, Nu Sentral mall, KL Sentral station and airport bus station. The hotel was very clean, both bedroom and bathroom altough rather small. The staff was also very friendly, kind and polite, both when I checked in and checked out. Everything was fine so overall I really very satisfied stay at this hotel.

KL Sentral area - a place where people will stay-over before going to the airport to catch a flight on the next morning, or waiting for an outstation train or merely a transit before continuing the journey to the next destination. Located somewhere in KL Sentral, the hotel is new and offers decent facilities and bed-bunk that worths the money. It is half of your normal hotel (room is smaller), but it has its own shower/bathroom and certainly some privacy if you need one. No breakfast, but there are plenty of food options (including the 24-hour eateries) nearby. It is also close to Nu Sentral mall.

Although confused of My Hotel ( phone is dead) I went to 3 different My Hotels in KL Sentral area Found out that this is being YMCA, few steps to KL Sentral stn. We arrived from Sri Lanka very early morning although I requested for early check in still not possible unless you pay extra. Receptionist Ayu is the sweetest Malay I ever met at the reception she handled my request very professionally communicating with the rest of the staffs to get ready for early check in. I have my elderly aunt that needed the bed desperately after the flight. I thank you Ayu for your kind gesture. Keep up the good works!

i stayed in st regis bali also singapore previously .. and i think i should try this also in kuala lumpur , i just realized there are new st regis open so last day i stay here before going back to jakarta . service are top notch as st regis standard concierge , bellboy, the reception also the buttler also at the pool bar preperties are new and very clean nely open few months before they gave us free shuttle to KL sentral station, also service pickup if we need. i have no time to try spa services due to limited time but i tought it was excellent great service also for staff at the pool bar restaurant i bet st regis will be next destinantion when people know it and become famous one, i suggest they give also shuttle services for other area, such as gardens mall maybe

I stay here during all my trip to KL due to its strategic location at KL Sentral. The hotel is just below the monorail station and easy access to KL sentral. Clean and hygienic with comfortable bed. Good facilities with hot shower, cupboard, LCD TV, writing table and chair, coffee making facilities, even with free coffee and tooth brush/paste. Best of all, they also have Coway water purifier and dispenser at ground floor for free refill of drinking water. However, there are no lift but it's ok to walk up to 1st or 2nd floor with helpful staffs to help you carry the luggage. Do take note, they only have queen size bed and no twin sharing, so if you are thinking of sharing room, you may have to share the bed too! Finally, really like the friendly front office staffs especially Mr. Rubel who is very helpful and nice! Good value for money for business traveler!

This is a fairly new hotel which started to operate in 2018. Well maintained and clean altho the size of the room is a bit small but for me it's good enough. It's only a 5 mins walk to Nu Sentral n KL Sentral. The only down side is that the soundproof between rooms is not that satisfactory. The second night we were there, we had next door occupants who were very noisy and it went on until after 3am. Despite complaining to the receptionist, nothing much can be done. I think they did their part to tell them to lower down their voices but what happened was the occupants become aggresive and was cursing loudy next door. After that it was obvious that they did it on purpose. What i learnt later was they are regular clients in the hotel consisting of a whole family; father, mother, daughter and son. It was a family room. Really uncivilised family. But you will only be lucky if your next door occupants are polite and civilised ppl.

Located just 10 minutes' walk from KL Sentral, it is very convenient for travellers to go to any place within Kuala Lumpur. Besides, the serviced residence offers shuffle service for guests going to or from KL Sentral, once per day, saving me a lot of time and energy to walk a long way with my luggage. The hotel room is also very well equipped. I am especially impressed with the kitchenware. Inside the cupboards are knives, can opener, cups, plates, kettle and pots of different sizes. There are also a fridge and an microwave oven. Very superb if you wanna cook inside the apartment or just reheat some wrapped up food. The only defect I have to say is the cleanliness of the bedding. Impeccable as it seems, I still feel a bit itchy when I snuggle in bed. Hopefully they can enhance disinfection of the bedding to keep up optimal conditions.

From the moment we were welcomed to the property by Ken and his team, we couldn't have been happier. The unit was extremely clean and exactly as described. We were in KL for a week of downtime in our long term travel so the gym and pool suited our needs really well. We enjoyed the TV and all the film channels too! Having the use of a washing machine was also really great for us Location wise, one stop from KL Sentral and maybe 5 from KLCC. So easy to use the MRT, just across the link bridge and you are there. Special mention to Ken, he is a fantastic bloke. Easy to talk to and he was contactable when we needed to ask a question. Many thanks for being a smiling face and coming round at an unsociable hour to return our deposit.

We are from Tamilnadu, India. We are a traditional south Indian family of four. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It is easily accessible to Monorails, Metrorails, KTM and busses to airport and genting high lands. Since the hotel is located opposite to KL sentral, We don't need to take taxi. We can use the public transport to all the tourist places in KL. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Daily room was cleaned and the basic amenities such as towels and water bottles were replaced. There are lot of south Indian restaurants like Saravana Bhavan, Anjappar and also can get north India food. Totally the area is made for Indians to feel at home. The hotel is surely recommended for a family stay near the KL sentral.

We stayed at the YMCA for just one night between flights in and out of Kuala Lumpur. We initially chose the hotel simply for its convenience to KL Sentral (we could walk with our cases) and the very reasonable price. What we learned was the hotel is very clean, with good sized rooms, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, a simple but tasty included breakfast, and has great security through an on site guard, CCTV, and secured hotel room floors. The hotel is located in the Brickfields Little India so is convenient to plenty of local dining options, quite a number of blind massage centres, public transport options, the new Nu Sentral shopping mall, and lots of smaller Indian style shops (fabrics, saris etc). There is a 7Eleven nearby for cold drinks or snacks, and an Old Town White Coffee opposite for delicious coffee (also serving meals). The Kopitiam on site is open 24 hours, and offers free WiFi. Due to flight changes we arrived much earlier than originally planned (at around 9:30am), we emailed the hotel in advance to confirm they could hold our cases until check-in which they did in a locked room accessed by the security guard. The hotel is fairly strict on their 2pm check-in time, however we were advised that if we came back at around 1pm they would allow us to check in early. We would absolutely stay again without hesitation.

Hotel location is strategic. just 100 meters to Monorail Station and 400 meters to KL Sentral Station which you can catch KTM Komuter, LRT Kelana Jaya, KL express&Transit, Go Genting, and airport bus . This hotel located in Brickfields area as known as little India of Kuala Lumpur. Cleanliness is awesome. Coffee and tea maker works good. At the end of the alley there is an iron. electronic plug inside room work properly. shower and water heater works good. Television channel is worth with what you paid. Air conditioner works good and cool. I stayed in Deluxe Triple Room with city view and window. I choose room without breakfast so I could not give rates for breakfast. Staff is helpful with my request.There are many choices of breakfast near the hotel. Facilities is basic which is matched with this hotel concept. Lift works good. You will not confuse to stay at this hotel because it worth for your money.

We (a couple, 31 and 40 years old) stayed at PODs for 5 nights and were very happy with the accomodation. Our room was very simple (mattress on the floor, no window) and the facilities were okay (2 toilets and 3 showers on our floor). Entry is secured by keycard. The location is great in a busy but quiet street just 2 minutes walk from KL Sentral. Lots of tasty and cheap Indian food all around. The Hostel has a nice café where you can hang out, as well as a rooftop bar which is sometimes open for events on the weekend. Staff was always friendly and the whole atmosphere is very relaxed. Definitely a good place to stay if you prefer KL Sentral to the backpacker areas in Chinatown or Bukit Bintang.

I was checked in for 3 nights and it was great. I don't have any complains. There's free drinking water, free shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping everyday. One thing I noticed before booking this hotel is that people complained about the noise, sure. The walls are definitely thin, I could hear my neighbors fighting in the next room but, its fair for the price they offer. I have had my fair share of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars hotels so don't look for luxury when you're paying for a budget hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was imagining that I saw on the pictures, they gave me something better. It was spacious. Security-wise it is pretty safe. They have the key card that specifically takes you to your floor and no where else. So if say, you want to go to another floor, you can't. It's gonna be your floor then the lobby. That's pretty safe to avoid anyone breaking in. Location-wise, it's right in front of NU sentral mall which is also connected to the KL Sentral station. We took a train from JB to KL Sentral and walked to the hotel. 10 minutes. Or maybe less. I went to Petronas Tower thru KL Sentral so it's pretty convenient when you're a solo traveller because the mrt is right there. Going to the airport is no problem as well. The bus that will take you directly to KLIA/KLIA2 is right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street via the skywalk then walk in front, 5 minutes. I guess that's where you will drop off as well if you enter KL via plane. One thing, I'd like to have though is food service. At least have chips or microwavable food available. There's a 7/11 down the street but at 3am when you get hungry, it would be much better if you can just call and order from them. So that's it, loved my stay there, I don't know yet if KL is on my travel plans in the next years but i will definitely recommend Hotel Westree to friends and family and if ever I come back, will definitely stay here.

i was scared when reading those low rating reviews on this hotel. But after i stayed, everything is ok. You are getting better then what you pay. The admin are friendly, the person in charge Mr. Sumo are helpful and nice. The room are clean and spacious enough for 4 adults in the room and a small office room. I do loves the location which is with 15min walk to Petaling street. Just happy to enjoy as tourist in KL centre. Sure will come back again
