Beautiful bungalow”
Lovely family run bungalows, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Set in a great location, walking distance to walking street so still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Aircon works well and shower pressure is great with hot water if you wish. Tea/coffee & water all provided. Would definitely stay here again, very good value for money on Koh Lipe.

Perfect in any way”
We loved this location, away from the touristy area, central and walkable to anywhere in the island, steps away from some popular authentic local eateries. Room is clean and has everything we ever need. The porch area has a hammock and a seating area to chill out. The owner and staff are easy going and very helpful. It's our second time to the beautiful Koh Lipe. Despite so many fun things to do here but Koh Lipe Homestay was the highlight of our trip. If we ever return, will be sure to book with Koh Lipe Homestay.

Great value for money, 2mins walk to Walking Street. Everything you need and beautifully cleaned daily. Lovely staff who drove us to the pier at the end of our stay and had also offered to drive us to see the sunset.

Best budget choice in Koh Lipe ”
Books 2 rooms for 4 night here. This is our second times stay in this lovely homestay. The little chalet got balcony with day bed and hammock, inside the room is a extra large king size bed and a sofa bed. Surrounding the homestay got many nice restaurants and local street food.

This is my second time stay in Koh Lipe Homestay, last time was in 2018 and now in 2023. Resort still maintain in good condition. Many local eateries nearby and walking distance to all beaches.

Clean, good value option inland on Lipe”
Excellent value. I had the bungalow furthest from the street and no problem with traffic noises that some have mentioned. Bathroom is basic, and not covered by the A/C, but works fine. Location is good, but not standout - it's near the inland end of Walking Street, about a block away from the second 7-11. 5 or 10 minutes' walk to Sunrise Beach, 10 or 15 to Pattaya Beach, 10 or 15 to the northern tip of the island (for sunset watching). No power sockets next to the bed, so you may want an extension lead (or use power banks) if you want to charge stuff up next to you overnight.

I would definitely recommend this place, the location is fantastic! You can reach all t he beaches in 10 minutes walk. The bungallow is lovely and very clean. Wish the staff would speak a bit more English :) But otherwise everything was perfect! We didn't have water for a few hours one day, which was a bit uncomfortable, but they solved the problem shortly, it was no big issue :) I would come back!!

A small yet nice house to rest. The place is a bit old, but it's clean. There's a 'house in jungle' feel to the place. Location is near to the walking street, about the middle of the island, which also means you are a bit further from the beaches. Overall, for the price, it's good enough

Things I like about this homestay: 1. Easy check in and check out 2. Easy to locate - can walk from the beach via The Walking Street 3. Friendly staff 4. Friendly pet that will greet you at your door - they got few cats and dogs 5. Easy access to the beach 6. A lot of places to eat around the area

The place itself is basic but clean and you decide if u want it cleaned every day or not. Tea and coffee amd free water everyday too. The bed was really hard but we got used to it. Walking distance to everything 2 min to walking street 6 min to sunrise beach 10-15 to sunset beach. For what you pay and the time spent in it its worth the money

It was perfect. Staff was extremely attentive and even gave me ride to the boat. It is close to everything you want to go to on the island, but very quiet and private. Only 4 bungalows.
