Please turn off all lights and air conditioning before leaving the unit. Together we protect our mother earth for our next generation. - Only light cooking allowed - Kindly keep the unit tidy and clean & make the unit in original condition before check out. Dishes, plates & cutlery to be cleaned and put back to original place after used. - Loss of keys/access card will incur a replacement fee at RM250.00 - We do not provide late check out and early check in services as our cleaner has very tight schedule to get the place ready for our next guest.

“Very efficient and cosy”
If you are a business traveler, you would love this place. It is super efficiency in every angle. It is located just above a shopping mall with good restaurants. The first thing you see right out of your elevator to the mall's entrance is the grocery (super convenient right?) The gym and pool are open early morning and late night, with security guards always around to make you feel safe (even by those facilities) The host was superb, i had a very smooth hassle-free check-in and check-out. The host was super responsive too via WhatsApp. For the house itself, I always look for 4 things in my business trips: clean towels, toilet paper, hi-speed wifi and water filter and this house fulfills all 4. The bed and pillow is comfortable, the enitre house smells nice too. Very relaxing especially after a long day at work.
