Amazing stay ”
Location was great not too far not to close from party scene. Rooms are clean and specious. The only thing I didn’t like was a smell of tab and shower water, it smelled like corps I been asking reception what is it but they didn’t know everyday I asked them to do something about it , they were smiling and saying “ sure we will send a technician “ and technician never showed up, for 3 days we were using bottled water. I honestly was in Holliday mode and made no drama . Other then that I’m happy. I hope they would fix water smell issue

Professional and Excellent Service ”
I would highly recommend this hotel as all staffs are really helpful and professional , clean 2 times a day, provide fruits and water in the room. The room are well designed and equipped! Location is convenience , next to the beach and market. You can find many shops there and also taxi. The staffs also help us about your plan and prepare luggage when the driver came . Impressive!

Boutique hotel with great location”
Rooms decorated beautifully with great beds and amazing bathrooms. It’s small but still king bed with plenty of space. The pool is a special place and it’s right on the beach. Staff first class. I can’t recommend highly enough.

What a great find, wonderfull small hotel, Staff were amazing, frendly, helpful and considerate”
I was thoroughly impressed, ive stayed at many of the top hotels around the world, and most of the good hotels in Koh Samui, and this keeps me coming back time after time. Its a smaller boutique hotel, but don't let that fool you, the have all you need from standard deluxe room to a more swishy duplex. Breakfast was reasonable, offering the standard fares, but particularly of interest to long-stay guests, they change several dishes to give variety. Location is still on the main beach strip, but at the other end, i never found it a problem and i stayed 2 weeks. transport around the area is plentyful. Facilities are better than the 4 stars i gave, as i didn't want to set the wrong impression it has a gym etc. but it has beach access, pool, massage salas, tanning lounges etc. The thing that sets this ahead is the staff, they are amazing, professional, always genuinely friendly, ever so helpful and considerate. A Winner in my books, is when the make your stay better ;-)

Very lush garden with a beautiful pool and lovely beach outside with probably the best sand on Chaweng and perfect for children. Good breakfast and service minded staff. Outside there are a few restaurants with good food like Noi. Pirate Bar opposite the hotel is a different type of relaxed and service minded owner. We have prolonged our stay👍

Small Boutique Hotel Nice and Unique Design”
Like the room design in this small boutique hotel. beach outside hotel is shallow with fine sand, good for swimming. Nice ala carte warm breakfast with unlimited order. Staff is very friendly

This hotel was our wrong choice. They have very nice swimming pool. Great beach. Clean and nice rooms with spacious bathroom. But! No dark in room at night at all because of they do not use normal curtains and have so much lights outside The entrance and pathway to hotel is rly difficult, not good for older persons, not easy to go so many stairs and take your luggage. Breakfast was joke.. better if they do not do it and make cheaper rooms.

Did not enjoy our stay”
Stayed here at the tail-end of our honeymoon for two nights. It was the only bad hotel experience we had over two weeks in Thailand. Overall the actual room was nice but could not make up for the overall vibe of the hotel and area. The atmosphere of the hotel from the check in to the grounds has an unmistakable dark and depressing feeling. The hotel is located in the southern part of Chaweng beach which is a little run down as every other property seems to be either abandoned and/or under construction. Having said that, it is not the hotel’s fault for their surroundings. What left us with an especially bad taste was the customer service at check-out. When we arrived we were given a tour of our room and told, from what we could understand, that waters were complimentary. When checking out we learned that there was a mix up and they meant waters outside the fridge were complimentary and inside were not which was an understandable and should have been simple misunderstanding. However at check out, regardless of this the manager was insistent on collecting their $288 baht (about $10) for 2 water bottles, clearly more concerned about being right than the comfort of the guests. Money was not an issue, we were just really confused and weirded out that a property that puts themselves out as a luxury resort was so concerned collecting their money for water two water bottles over the comfort and experience of their guests. I can’t imagine any other hotel or resort that wouldn’t have just simply stated sorry for the mix up, comp the waters and move on. We would not recommend anybody to stay here.

georgeous new boutique property”
We always enjoy holidaying in Koh Samui and look for new places to stay, and through Agoda found the georgeous 4* Kirikayan Boutique Resort. On arrivl at the resort we were greeted with big smiles and easy and quick check-in and escorted to our deluxe double room. The decore is hip and slick and the dressing room come bathroon area was huge. The location on South Chaweng beach is perfect, away from the rocky waters on North Chaweng Beach. Buffet breakfast daily was included in our Agoda rate and was more than adequate spread. We will definately return to the Kirikayan Boutique Resort.

Fantastic hotel, great location, fantastic service”
i stayed a couple of nights at kirikayan boutique resort, and i must say that i'm glad i splurged the money on such a nice place. for one, chaweng is a pretty touristy area, and it is indeed nice to have the hotel located at the southern end of central chaweng, with a less crowded strip of sand to enjoy. the rooms are tastefully decorated, toilet is clean, new, and spacious. love the hollywood style bed - it's huge. it's about the size of two queen size beds! the service is undoubtedly thai. never overbearing, just the right amount of attention and hospitality. will definitely stay here again if i do come back to koh samui

Excellent motel great location amazing service”
The motel is located at the quieter end of the beach perfect for my wife and I to unwind as we had just spent 7 days in the hectic Phuket. the beauty about the location is that you can access the beach with out being hassled by street sales people. Although the hassling very low compared to Phuket. The motel kept clean fronts onto the beach with pool frontage onto the beach. The motel provides professional friendly massuers (at a good price) and free inhouse entertainment a couple of times per week. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Internet is provided free in the lobby area. I would not hesitate in recommending the Kirikayan Boutique Resort as a place to stay. We thoroghly ebjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel”
the kirikayan boutique resort is at the quieter end of chaweng beach. there is still plenty of shops in walking distance. the room was a great size, liked the bathroom nice for space and decoration. having the plasma tv was a bonus including being able to borrow dvds to watch was fantastic if the weather was no so great. food at the restaurant was also good.

Review actually for Kirikayan Luxury Pool Villas, *NOT* Kirikayan Boutique Resort We actually booked at the other Kirikayan location on the beach but Agoda or the hotel screwed up and double booked us... so they moved us to the villas The villas are very nice The breakfast is very good NOT near the beach or the downtown area -- you can rent a scooter from the hotel though

A lovely boutique hotel on the beach”
The Kirikayan Boutique Resort is on the quieter southern end of Chaweng Beach which is nice. The rooms are beautifully decorated and with lovely facilities. The pool area is very nice looking out on the sea and the beach is right next to it. The staff are very friendly and helpful including the airport pick up driver. The breakfast was a good quality and also eating in the evening the food was delicious. Everything was perfect and I would recommend this hotel.

lovely resort with great staff, right on beach”
kirikayan was a great stay. if you are looking for peace and quiet, rest and relaxation, and a comfortable room, then this a great choice. my wife and i were greeted by friendly staff and stayed in the duplex suite. the suite was wonderful, clean and comfortable. we loved it here! the pool area was looking over chaweng beach. located at a more quieter section of chaweng beach, good for couples and relaxation. restaurant was a bit pricey, but had a good breakfast. the bed was excellent. staff cleaned the room and then checked again in the evening to organize the bed and bathrooms. the suite was beautiful and romantic. had a nice decor and outside the rooms you were able to see a wonderful garden. pool overlooked the ocean and just above the beach. beach towels were provided. decent happy hour. great for relaxation and quiet from the northern part of chaweng beach. resort provided beds and mats for the beach as well as the pool. loved it!!

Lovely hotel”
we stayed at both the kirikayan boutique resort at chaweng beach and maenam beach. the one at maenam beach was a villa with 2 bedrooms (one king size bed and two twin beds). it was a nice hotel but the shower being inside a bathtub was a bit odd. and the key slot was lose so electric died twice. the pool was nice but small especially for a hotel thats not close to town. the chaweng beach one was a lot nice and more useful. this one was right at the end of the town; which was great because it wasn't right in the middle of all the craziness but still close enough for food and shops. the rooms are nice and clean. showers are strong, powerful and had sufficient hot water. (unlike most boutique resorts in sea) beds were comfy. i will receommend it to others.
