Clean & Near To Recreational Park”

Clean, nice apartment. Near to Taman D.R. Senivesagam, which is peoples recreational park. Frontage is facing kinta riverbank.

The place wasn’t clean to expectation with fungus filled toilets and air conditions. ”

We encountered 2 emergencies where we needed immediate attention. However, we were left stranded with hardly any response.

Unpleasant stay”

We booked this place because of the good reviews but our stay at the apartment left much to be desired; the toilets' sinks, tub & shower were unclean, the lights in 1 room was constantly blinking, tv reception was bad, the extra pillows didn't come with pillowcases, the 2nd & 3rd room looked out into the dark airwell. The saving grace was it's location

Not Value For Money”

On my 2night stay, there were no TV channels at all. When I enquired with the owner, she said "Ipoh no satelite tv" - such a cheeky lady! The apartment was ok in terms of location and facilities except that the frying pan was dirty and the shower cubicle wall tiles were mouldy. But the floor, beddings and towels were all clean though. For the price, can get better value elsewhere if you have a choice.

Bad Experience”

Firstly they have asked for a high deposit several days before check in which I obliged. Secondly there is no TV service in the apartment despite their detailed instructions which include TV Box service. Third, the parking attendant hassles us for parking fees everyday despite being told - 1 free carpark! The unit is old, has ants infestation and swimming pool is DIRTY. I won't go back.
