Poor service from staff and poor maintenance in room”
1. It’s very slow process in checking in. 2. No help for luggage to the room but it’s still fine as some hotels didn’t offer this kind of service. But, the staff very badly looked at us and seemed to ask why we walked so slow. 3. Electricity in the room shut down itself twice. When I asked the technician if this has ever happened, he answered ‘yes’ but he did nothing because when it happened, he could come to solve immediately time by time. What???? 4. Finally, we had to change a room because they could not fix electricity problem. No help from staff in moving things or even provided us torch or lights. We needed to move our belongings with our iphone torch. This was very poor service mind from staff. 5. No even ‘sorry’ from those staff. We will never revisit this hotel and definitely post on my social media on this poor service so my friends perceive on this and not spend high money for poor management from this hotel.

ข้อดี ห้องพักสะอาด มีสระว่ายน้ำหลายจุด ลูกชอบมาก วิวสวย ที่พักบรรยากาศดี เจ้าหน้าที่ในโรงแรมน่ารัก ข้อเสีย ผ้าเช็ดเท้ามีผืนเดียวเวลาขึ้นจากสระพื้นห้องจะเปียกแฉะไปหมด อาจจะทำให้ลื่นล้มได้

ที่นี่ไปพัก 2 ครั้งแล้ว การบริการดีมาก โดยรวมดีทุกอย่าง ลูกชอบสระน้ำมาก ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหารที่มีให้เลือกน้อยและไม่สมราคา หาเนื้อสัตว์ไม่ค่อยเจอ ไว้รอปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้แล้วจะไปเที่ยวใหม่นะครับ

- ใช้โครงการเราเที่ยวด้วยกันแล้วก็ยังถือว่าแพงไป ตัวรีสอร์ทดูเก่า ห้องธรรมดามากๆ สระว่ายน้ำธรรมดา อาหารเช้าคือแย่เพราะน้อยและไม่อร่อยใช้ของไม่มีคุณภาพ ควรลดราคาลงมาครึ่งนึง even with the government covid subsidy, the price is still not justified. Room was very basic. No facilities except for small, basic swimming pools. Breakfast was lacking, taste and amount wise. - มีปัญหาเรื่องเสียงรบกวน ทั้งจากผู้เข้าพัก(คนไทย)เองทีาเปิดเพลงกังรบกวนห้องอื่นๆโดยที่พนักงานก็ไม่ไปตักเตือน และรีสอร์ทข้างๆ ที่มีทีมเอ้าท์ติ้งและเปิดเสียงลำโพงดังมากจนถึงดึก Noise issues. The place next door housed a corporate party with speakers facing this resort with the loudest music that’s unpleasant. Some rooms in the property are also quite ill-mannered with their own music on speakers. - พนักงานสุภาพดี staff are polite and helpful (but not with the music and noises)

ราคาสูงไปนิดนึงค่ะ ห้องพัก4ห้องจากริมทะเลเข้ามา แทบไม่ต่างกันเลย แต่ราคาต่างกัน ถ้าจะอัพราคาให้สูงกว่าควรมีอะไรเพิ่มเติมให้รู้สึกคุ้มค่ามากกว่านี้ เพราะห่างกันแค่เดินไม่กี่ก้าว หน้าห้องก็หันมาทางสระเหมือนกัน ในห้องพักน่าจะมีรองเท้าแตะให้เปลี่ยนใช้สำหรับเดินข้างนอกหรือลวไปเดินชายหาดนะคะ และอาหารเช้าน่าจะมีมากกว่านี้ แต่คนเข้าพักยังไม่มากเข้าใจได้ค่ะว่าคงไม่เหมาะกับการทำเป็นบุฟเฟต์ แต่ถ้าต่อไปมีลูกค้ามากขึ้นควรเปลี่ยนนะคะ พนักงานที่ฟร้อนท์น่ารักมากจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะพี่ผู้หญิงคนนึง ผอมๆตัวเล็กๆ พูดจาฉะฉานชัดเจน ยิ้มเก่ง ยิ้มสวยมากเลย 😊

位置是村里面 没有开车有点不方便哦 我们租了车 所以还好。夜里开进去怕怕的哈。服务很热情 但理解能力有偏差 入住办了一个来小时才成功。沙滩还是一般了 享受宁静是不错的选择 早餐是选好第二天一整盘端上来的 不是自助。
