Gigantic resort on a gigantic beach”
Beautiful resort with an enormous swimming pool. Full of geckos everywhere on every walls of every corridors . Breakfast is very good with rich choices of thai and asian foods and a lot of tropical fruits . Room is beautifully decorated . Sunset each day is always spectacular . But the large area of dark and not quite soft and white sand of the beach before you get to the water lacks the charm of a tropical beach . It looks a little bit like the not very nice Daytona Beach in Florida .

The One for us in Khao Lak.”
After we found this hotel, we've never chosen the other again. This hotel was great and very enjoy for us with the huge pool around the hotel, gym, squash court and tennis court. There were 3 best restaurants, Italian, Japanese and Thai restaurants. The service was 5 stars every staffs was well train. Italian chefs were the most impressed. They were friendly and nice people. Italian food here was the most attractive thing.

The Best! ”
The hotel is in a really good location. Perfect beach and quiet. Food is delicious. We love it there so much so we ended up extend our stay. The staffs are amazing, we enjoyed our morning stretching and Tai Chi classes with K. Bao, our housekeeping lady that makes sure we have a clean room and enough water, the parking staffs that always have a smile on. I had a bad stomach on the last day, the staffs go above and beyond bring me in room breakfast and even call to check if I am ok. We cannot thank you enough for this kind gesture. Cannot wait to be back there and enjoy our holiday again.

Love every piece of this place. Nice and clean room, beautiful beach, well managed pool and facilities, and friendly staff, especially the breakfast team, they are all wonderful and helpful. :) Just a bit far from the airport, but the transportation is arranged well so had no problem. Love to visit this place again. had absolutely beautiful time with my friends.

The best hotel in Khao Lak”
We are a family of 4 adults including my parent me and my younger brother, we all had a really good time stay here, the room are very nice and practical especially the one with pool access. The staff of this hotel are the best; they’re friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and very polite. The beach is very beautiful with only 3-5 minutes walk from our room. The bar are nice and good price with “happy hour” promotion. If you want to find a place to stay in Khao Lak I recommend this hotel.

Our third visit here. This time to celebrate my 60th. I was a little unwell and the staff were very kind and helpful. The food is really excellent. The rroms are very comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious.. very nice pool and beach front area. Huge empty beach. Great for early morning walks and wimming..

We stayed here for a few days before heading down to Railei Beach in Krabi. What we liked most: possibly the best breakfast buffet we have had anywhere, the restaurants that are open in the evenings are also of a very high standard. We also loved the huge swimming pool and being able to swim around the entire resort after dinner. Rooms are very well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. What we didn’t like so much: Location…it’s a beautiful resort but there’s not so much else around here other than the resort so you miss the feeling of being part of a broader and more diverse Thai community. We arrived at around 11am, tired and jet lagged after a long flight from Switzerland via Singapore. Check in officially isn’t until 3pm and we really did have to wait u til then for either of our rooms to be ready. Receptionist was super nice and offered us a free drink but it was nonetheless a super long time to wait with kids who barely slept on the way here.
