Spacious and comfy for groups and families”
Stayed at this place for 2 nights with my friends. The owner is very friendly and responsive with my requests. Check in instructions were clearly given thru whatsapp with video and pics. The room is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated for families with young children. Internet was fast. Ample public parking spaces. Deposit required before check in is RM 100 through bank in or e Wallet, and promptly returned before 6pm on check out day. A few things that i can suggest, a bigger dustbin at the pantry area. And for those checking in, try to come late afternoon if you want to park in front of the entrance, Because its at the first floor if a shophouse, So, it might be hard to get parking exactly in front. For Muslims, prayer mat is provided at the ironing area. No convenient store nearby, So, i suggest that you bring your snacks and drinks before hand if you need to snack late night. But there’s always grab or foodpanda to deliver. Overall, its a very Nice place, not too far from city center and all the attractions, very clean, and very affordable. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling in group or family 👍😁

This homestay is located on a 1st floor shoplot. The shoplot area is quite busy during morning but very quiet at night and no convenient store/malay restaurant nearby the shoplot since it's most shoplots are operated by chinese. Check in process is easy. The kitchen is very basic with pod coffee machine & water heater since cooking isn't encourage here. Bed is really comfortable, room is air-conditioned properly. Free wifi & netflix available. Owner charge for deposit but the deposit is returned on the same day of checkout. Suitable for Malay family like us :)
Short trip with 2 friends”
Ipoh Zing Vale Family room was perfect for my trip with 2 of my friends as it had 3 separate beds (best during covid time). The place is very clean and cosy. Location was good too as it was quiet area, we managed to get a good night sleep. Host was friendly, and updated us when the room was ready for check-in earlier than expected. Highly recommend for those travelling with friends and would like to have own space during the night.

Our recent stay at Ipoh Zing Vale in Ipoh town was truly a delightful experience. As a family of four, with two tween daughters, finding a suitable accommodation that caters to the needs of all family members can sometimes be a challenge, but Ipoh Zing Vale met our expectations beautifully. The homestay is immaculately clean and well-equipped with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location, which provided easy access to nearby attractions and dining options, making our trip enjoyable and hassle-free. The space inside the homestay is thoughtfully arranged, ensuring that everyone had enough room to relax after a day of exploring Ipoh. While our overall experience was very positive, there is room for improvement in the bathroom facilities. The drainage and tiling in the toilet could be enhanced to match the high standards of the rest of the homestay. An upgrade in this area would make Ipoh Zing Vale the perfect spot for family stays. We recommend Ipoh Zing Vale to any family looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ipoh.
Good location”
Room size & location was good. Easy to get to places. The room only has Aircond, so it tends to get cold after a while. It would be better if there was also a ceiling fan. Also only one small window, so you don’t get much sunlight. Cleanliness is alright. Toilet bowl was not very clean & there was no toilet paper. No fridge. Overall, a good stay for 2 nights.
