This hotel is undergoing renovation now and once done, it will be perfect. So for now, bear with thd renovation noise or a sudden trip in the room. Great service from the security guards. Concierge, front office, technicians, housekeeping, F&B and front office. Basic Toiletries are provided and can request for hair dryer and slippers too. Perhaps time to change the towels soon cos rather worn out, install a.handle bar at the bath tub for safety, have the shower curtain a little longer to prevent water from flowing onto the bathroom and to have the hand-wash gel installed a little closer to the basin. Overall, happy with the stay and look forward to the revamped look someday. 2 thumbs up to the management and staff at Impiana hotel Ipoh.

We stayed at Impiana Hotel Ipoh for 2 nights with our young children and had a pleasant experience overall. The family room was clean, spacious, and child-friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was great for keeping everyone cool. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Location-wise, you need to drive to get to nearby eateries / shops. We also appreciated the quiet environment at night, allowing everyone to rest well. The breakfast spread was awesome. One thing to note — parking is quite limited and is shared with the UMNO building next door, so finding a spot can be a bit challenging at times. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional, with perfect smiles that make you feel welcome right away. The bell staff are helpful and attentive, assisting with luggage during check-in and check-out — very thoughtful! What really touched me this time was a surprise birthday cake from the hotel staff. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture — a truly memorable moment in 2025! I love staying in the Premier Room – clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The team always does their best to make sure all your needs are met. The set lunch was absolutely delicious, and the convenience of room delivery service made it even better. As someone who’s stayed here many days, I can say the breakfast buffet has plenty of choices and tastes great every time. I’ve tried both the Deluxe and Premier rooms — Premier is more recommended for the best experience!
