The staff helped me with many issues. I had to leave my luggage to fly light to Malaysia and they kept it for free until my return. When we left, we asked for a late check out and they agreed to help us, all that for free. The staff is a pleasure to deal with and always smiling. Shuttle to beach a couple of times per day. Everything one may want for breakfast. Swimming pool very clean. The rooms can connect if you have children. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely stay there again if going to Ao Nang.

The best pet friendly hotel in my life! 🤗”
There was a super clean room with the amazing view! We traveled with a small dog and they allowed her to be near the pool with us, also there were very friendly staff, they tried to help us in all our questions. Oh, and we were checked in us 5 hours before 2pm.

Great cozy place to stay”
Beautiful location with majestic Mountain View in the back and Masjid view in the front. We arrived with our cat. Ibis team provided us a fast checking in and a great assistance. We booked double room and they upgraded our room to pool and Mountain View. Quiet location, 15 mins walk to Ao nang or take private shatter service provided by the hotel for free of charge. Pity that we had only one night in Ao nang. I would definitely go back there again and totally recommend it.

I love the view from my room(facing the greenery artificial grass) and the swimming pool (facing the mountain). Both are peaceful. The breakfast is delicious(the omellete is yummy). The bed is very big. It is soft. The staff are reliable. I also book a ferry to phiphi from the tourdesk on the ground floor. There is a free transport to/back from the beach. But you can walk to the beach while enjoying a stroll along the road.

We would like to thank all the Ibis staff for such a wonderful stay. First of all, value for money. For just 700-800 baht a night, it’s superb! The rooms are quite small but very clean and the bed is like sleeping on a giant fluffy pillow. So comfortable and we had great nights sleep. The staff were all so polite, kind and helpful. They also let us take our 2 fur babies who were very well behaved were able to stay in the room when me and my husband wanted some time out. Thanks again and we’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! Room was prepared and they surprised us with the honeymoon arrangement and also birthday surprise. So thoughtful. Also the room was a basic need but looked very modern. I was travelling by myself and this was my first trip to Krabi. I chose to stay in Ao Nang because I wanted to be able to walk places. This location was great for being able to walk around. The area is very touristy though. The hotel was great. Very clean, value price, AC, nice shower and nice pool. The staff was very helpful and you can book tours and motorbike rental directly from hotel, which I did.

I stayed at ibis for 2 nights. It's such a beautiful hotel with superb facilities. The staff also helpful and friendly. The hotel also located at the strategic spot..its nearby the aonang mosque and just a walking distance if you want to find halal food.

We traveled with our seven years old daughter. The value for money is excellent. Breakfast is very good. The hotel has a very neat and clean swimming pool. The Ao Nang beach is ten minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has hourly free shuttle service to the beach. Most importantly, we have found that staffs are quite jolly and amicable. Overall it was a quite decent stay. We would recommend the hotel to any traveler, who is looking for value for money.
