"Pros: At the beach and close proximity to Walking Street. Nice, large pool. Kind staff. Con's: A bit expensive for what you get. Cheapest huts (1500/night) are worn down, mattresses are extremely hard(you can feel the springs when lying on it), old vent worked but very noisy and didn't turn position. DONT chose this because breakfast is included as the people in the restaurant hve no clue on how to keep a buffet. Breakfast is from 7-10. We went there 4 mornings, at 9:00, at 8:10, at 7:50, and at 7:00 and at no time we were able to get a warm fried egg, pancake or roti:-( They were prepared before 7:00 and left in open trays without lid or heating. Also the different hot dishes were cold as the heating to keep it warm was not turned on:-( Only hot item was sausages which rotated on heating rolls."

"Staff very helpful, always support with the smile, room nice, hotel located at Pattaya Beach, better than sunrise or sunset. For see I would recommend to go to north of sunrise beach. Swimming pool very nice. Yes, resort need focus on maintenance, but for the price we were satisfied. Restaurant is okay and if needed many others are on the beach or in walking street few minutes from hotel. We have booked private boat for snorkeling directly from the hotel, very good organized. It was nice."

"We visited Koh Lipe on the first week of the low season, May 15-18. We felt like we have the island and the hotel all for ourselves. It is situated at the end of the beach by the Navy's radar post and walking distance to Walk Street where a lot of restaurants, bars, and food stands are located. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We enjoy the best breakfast with a wide array of foods from egg hot station, dumpling, 4-5 dishes, Thai rice soups, pastry, and tropical fruits and juices. We ended up having dinner by the beach here as well. During the day, we book the oil massage (550 bahts) for 1-2 hours and relax by the pool and beach with the icy drinks in our hands. The snorkeling day tour is available for booking through the hotel or by the beach or Walk Street. They are all the same prices. You can also take the little taxi wagon to the other side of the island to check out other beaches. "

"I was dissapointed at first when I discovered that the rooms that we (7 adults & 1 child) booked earlier were actually situated at the end of the resort facing the staff's hostel and a construction site at the back. This is because we booked the promotion rate which turned out to be the new building on yop of the hill and very far away from the beach. We managed to get an upgrade by paying the difference and thank you to the Front Office Manager, Mr Pom for finfing us 3 units of the deluxe pool view and the room was lovely and very near to the lobby with strong internet connection and right in front of the pool. The swimming pool is very clean and well lit at night and we can even swim in it. Definitely will recommend this resort to anyone but the only downside for us Muslims is that they serve pork so the breakfast for us is basically eggs, salads and bread but no complaint here. Pattaya Beach is surprisingly a better place for me as compared to Sunrise as it is more happening and nearby to Walking Street which we absolutely adore. Will come to this resort again but I may want to try another 2 resorts there name Akira Lipe and Mali Resort which looked so beautiful and clean from the beach area."

"When we arrived we directly extended. For a hostel it has a lot of nice facilities as they allow you to use the pool and provide beach bags, refill-waterbottles, shampoo, towels and (in the morning) Toast, Marmelade and coffee. It is also located right next to the beach and on the walking street, which is very practical. Other than that every bed has it’s own safe and enough space to store also big backpacks easily. The only thing that can be annoying is that there is only one bathroom in the big dorms. Because of that it could take a while until you get to shower. Other than that it really is a great hostel, which gives you a lot for your money."
