good place for a stay for short course in kl. easy access to KLCC, chow kit plaza, tasik titiwangsa, istana budaya and monorail. enjoy a good meal at kampong baru restaurant. easy to get taxi to nearby places. good experiance for me who always been travelling to multiple places because this hotel will give you a comfortable stay as it also have beautiful panaromic view of capital of malaysia.

Without a doubt it is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed. My family and I stayed at this hotel for almost 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience. Not only the hotel location are convenient and great (near access to shopping mall) but also the room is very spacious,comfortable and clean. I also have to say we enjoyed the food here esp the "Tandoori Chicken with paratha or biryani." it is VERY delicious and I highly recommend it! Even if im not staying at the hotel i would definitely come back for the Tandoori :D as for the japanese food, it was tasty but i think the menu need a little variety. The in room dining service was good, food arrived on appropriate time but I have to say for the supper order the food was not freshly made! I think any hotel, 5 star or not should NOT be serving their guest reheated food at any time. The fries is always soggy at night! I got nothing to complain about housekeeping, i always come back to a clean room and my laundry is properly handled. As for the facility area such as Gym and outdoor pool? Its very clean and the gym equipment are all in good conditioned n properly maintained. Due to this I always feel good working out there and had a great family time by the pool. But what makes my stay so great here is mostly because of the hotel staff. From the manager, front desk, concierge, Facility staff (Gym & Pool), housekeepers, technician and even the security are the most friendliest, HELPFUL n warmest people/hotel staff I've ever met. They all have made my family n my stay n presence feels so special n extremely welcoming. I wish I remember all of their names. They deserve good praise, for doing such a great job! But some of the staff that I do remember would be Mr.Ruben, Mr.Rusel, Mr.Shankar, Madam Hamidah, Mr. Kumar and Mr. Pirabu. Thank you so much for everyting! seri pacific is the best value-for-money hotel. i booked through agoda through a very cheap rate even though breakfast not provided, no problem lots of shops nearby. room is excellent, with all the amenities that you would expect from 5 star. room is modern, simple yet luxurious. i love the bed and the pillow are firm n soft. what i love most is the shower!separate shower and bath tub, the shower is great even though your are in upper floor.they provide bathrobe and hair dryer. location wise is superb, infront of sunway putra mall you can go shopping and cold storage to get your supplies. check-n was a breeze. through my experience, i would recommend to book via agoda or any other website for faster check-in as they will immediately issue you he key rather to book via their website they need to do the admin work. e.g. check your credit card, etc. i would definitely book this hotel again when i'm in kl.

Enjoy sgt dtg menginap di Dynasty Hotel bersama suami & anak2 kecil 3org(5 tahun & kebawah) Yg lagi menarik kolam renang yg sgt besar! Puas kami anak beranak berendam bersama. Meja & kerusi rehat pun byk tersedi. Sempat juga kami potong kek kat rooftop tu sempena birthday anak. Cuma, susah nk jumpa tong sampah kat depan lif xde. Kat lobby pun xde. Berdekatan dgn station LRT Titiwangsa. Kami berjalan kaki saja naek train utk ke masjid Jamek, Jalan Tar Kedai runcit & kedai mkn kat bwh je. Ada 7eleven,k-mart & kedai makanan mamak. Anak lapar mlm2 bole turun jap g ngeteh. Keseluruhannya mmg puas hati! Dh ckp dgn suami nextime bole stay sini lagi kalau ada event di KL. Dynasty Hotel mmg terbaek laaa!! Thumb up👍👍👏👏 tq Agoda!

this was my first trip outside country, and i have found a complete peace of mind during my stay here. if you want to roam around whole the day and come back tired back to your room, this is guaranteed that your stay wil be relaxing and without worries. staff are very friendly and prompt. i was staying in tower a, which does not have a view of petronas or kl tower, but that did not matter. just outside hotel are great and cheap food stalls you might want to try.

I was very impressed with this hotel especially as it is only two star.I found the receptionist very friendly and extremely helpful.He gave me a lot of information about the railway system and how to get to different places.The room was clean and ample for my three night stay.The large bed was very comfortable with really soft sheets.Aircon worked well,has fridge with mini-bar and snacks, coffee making facilities with free coffee.Buffet breakfast was okay,starts at 7:30am.Five minutes walk to either PWTC or Titiwangsa stations,with about 15 minute journey to KLCC or Chinatown.I had to check out at 5:30am to catch an early flight, check out took only 2 minutes.Allround excellent value for money,and would stay there anytime I came to Kuala Lumpur.

I booked three days with separate bookings and type of room to experience myself at Tamu Hotel. And out of my 10 years staying , reviewing famous hotel in KL, I truly fall in love with Tamu & Suites Hotel. The staff very kind, polite and always smile like an angle suits with image and value behind the name of Tamu (Respected Guest). The food mmmuah so delicious. You’ll be treated like a Malaysian Warmess culture if you are also respecting and not exaggerating in demand. I do like this place very much till I signed to be vacation club without second thought. Strongly recommended to all tourist from all over the world. And I can say its far away better from Pullman KL, Grand Millenium, The Chorus, The 4 Season , Impiana KL, Mandarin KL Hotels. All of these luxury hotel is expenses , dusty room and the food are so lame

The hotel very near with LRT station, PWTC. Just walk within 5 minutes only. From the hotel, we can go to Sunway Putra Mall, PWTC easily. KFC also walk within 10 minutes from the hotel. However, it is quite noisy because it is at town where you can hear the lrt sound, people using engine, and others transportation sound. The bed sheet is a little bit of dirty where you can see at one glance. But the room that I booked is big for two people. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, the hotel is good. I give four star out of five star to the hotel. Thank you for your services.

Pros : - Room clean, new and comfortable as well. - They provide water heater and iron each level on that floor. So, can drink hot and cold water all the time. I like this... :-D Bonus : The rooftop view is awesome!!! Cons : - Room is not sound prove. I can hear my neighbor talking and laughing very loud from my room. - The staff talking a bit laud outside the room when ever they pass the my room. Feel a bit disturb for someone wants to have a rest. Overall, price super cheap for the hotel like that in kuala lumpur and good service specially the counter staff lady. served customer with smile and profesional.

Nice room with daily room cleaning service, rooms have hot water kettle with coffee and tea and 2 waters daily, air conditioner blows cold but the shower head could use an upgrade. It’s an old style hand held that’s very difficult to position on the shower wall and is pretty grungy, the hot water heater also makes a ton of noise when it’s in use, it’s the only disappointment of our stay. Hotel staff was wonderful, there’s a front door man that will open the door for you every time you arrive or depart the hotel. The breakfast buffet is terrific with a couple meat dishes, usually a Malay chicken curry and a deep fried chicken egg roll, there’s noodle soup that you assemble yourself and rice soup with condiments, there’s an omelet bar, pastries and fruits, orange juice and very good coffee, the buffet was the best part about our stay, we looked forward to it every morning. Location is half decent, a 7-11 and KFC 2 blocks away, 6 blocks away is a large shopping mall

Being a low budget hotel, there is nothing much we can comment. Everything were so fine. The only drawback is water dispenser not working at all at all floor. Can't make myself a good breakfast although I had brought own cup and 3 in 1 coffee satchel. Good location, walking distance to shopping malls, Jalan TAR, monorail station, bus station etc. Cleanliness is above satisfactory. Staff is ok. Parking available in front of the hotel.

Unless for the hot water at shower, the water has something like steel dust and normal water tap at shower cannot be use. We only use shower. Hair dryer also not function and unable to replace as the wire is stick to the wall. Need some repair for that thing. pillow also maybe need to change after a long time use. Carpet may need to consider to change for a new one(if still has budget) Lastly, the smell from the opposite market is quite strong until itreach the lobby. It is so frustrating for first impression. Maybe you can design something at the entrance, like an aesthetic feature wall so that the smell unable to reach directly at the lobby. You can seek for interior architect/designer how to overcome it. For bedroom is clean, ample size and comfortable. Remind me the day when I check in to 4/5 star hotel 10years ago. The ambience is good. Overall, I have a good sleep there and worth the money with that kind of ambience. I like the price a lot! Thanks Agoda and Regency!

We book a triple room. The room is spacious and clean with decent size bathroom. The water pressure for the hot shower is a bit low though. Complimentary coffee, drinking water and jug cattle is provided. There are also iron and iron board in the room, together with mini fridge and a safe. Towels and Muslim praying mat (sejadah) is also provided. WiFi is free but the signal is not strong in our room and the speed is about 4-6 Mbps when connected. TV has a lot of channels but the picture is not clear. Car park is a bit far (a cross the road) but in a designated area with their own guard on watch, also the parking is free.

Felt more like a 3 star hotel. Walking distance from Sultan Ismail LRT. but a little hidden. Wish the staffs at the reception could be more friendly and cheerful. Almost twice it happened that the staff blurted that the hotel is fully booked before i even started clarifying my situation. The staffs at swimming pool level were extremely friendly though, me and my partner requested towels for bath as we had to attend a cosplay convention at PWTC at 10am and there was no room available for early check in, the swimming pool/breakfast staffs delightfully borrowed us two towels, an accommodating attitude worth praising. We only checked in at 9.30pm on the day due to our busy schedule but it was a good sleep. Room was clean, beware that no toothbrush or toothpaste supplied, no telephone in the room, something is making the room not cold despite the air from aircon is slightly cold. Also wish the spa and massage centre looks more professional and legit , we did not try it due to first impression of the atmosphere. Overall comfortable stay, felt that price is a little on the high side and many things could be improved :)

Tune hotel is always my choice for budget hotel.. for me it is quite good, clean and affordable.. As for this PWTC tune, it was a good stay for me.. walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall! 👍 and also public transport: LRT Titiwangsa line and KTM... Many restaurants nearby which was very good! There’s only 1 thing lack: this hotel doesnt have their own parking sites.. so you have to park your cars nearby, just across the street: RM14 overnight!

Apart from a few small cockroaches I have seen in the bathroom , my room was nice l Large with comfortable beds .The TV only had free Malaysia channels -2 of them blur...When I asked at reception a few minute later someone came up and fixed the problem . Wifi was VERY good . Drinking water was provided .For additional hot and cold drinking water there was a dispenser. Eating in the area is good and cheap-try the big hotel across the road .The Free GOKL buses stop 50 meters away from the hotel-Monorail 5 minutes walk For the price I paid -a bargain :-D

I had stayed for the first time for one night in this hotel. Greeted warmly by Mr.Calvin at the reception counter. I initially booked a single bed room for my short business trip here in KL, I had my room upgraded for free to a king-sized bed which I highly appreciate. My room was on the 14th floor, the view from my room was magnificent overlooking Kg.Baru area and KLCC. The room was squeaky clean, equipped with a mini fridge, a large LED TV, ironing facility. and other useful amenities apart from the very soft and comfortable bed. The room is equipped with a shower with a strong water pressure despite being at the 14th floor. Air conditioning was functioning well. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with very helpful staff. All-in-all, I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. I will certainly stay in this hotel in the future, perhaps for my holiday with my family. Kudos to the staff and management team. - Dr.Manaf

First off, this hotel is located SO close to chow kit monorail station. The monorail is the best way to connect to most places in KL and the proximity to transit was the #1 reason I picked this hotel. To arrive at the hotel, take the KL express train (35RM) and get a budget taxi from the counter at the top of the KL sentral station (should be 18RM before 12am). I see that there is a 15RM KL Sentral transfer service but I wasn't able to book it with my booking...)There's a nice little local food market outside the hotel and a few 7/11 if you need some odds and ends (ie. Ice cream, slurpies and water haha). Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind, even offering to send someone with me if I wanted to go out after dark to get food and felt scared. Breakfast in the am was nice and a great idea if you wanna head out exploring right away. The server mehdi was so kind and friendly. He met me with a smile every morning and made me feel right at home. Breakfast consists of coffee/tea, eggs (fried, omelette, scrambled) watermelon, cereal, bread to toast and orange juice. The room was average, no window but that makes for a better sleep I suppose. Clean bed, tv with movie channels if you need some white noise and reliable wifi. Oh, and air conditioning so when you're having a hot flash, you don't end up dying. The halls were super loud and echo-y when I stayed there, but again, all travellers should bring ear plugs. I enjoyed the close proximity to KL sentral station and bukit nanas station (pentronas twin towers, KLCC Centre etc.) and was super easy getting back to the airport when it was unfortunately time to leave. I'd stay here again :)

Hotel is ideal for tourist visiting the Western olden portion of KL. Near to amenities : shopping complex - Quill, Maju Junction, SOGO, Sunway Mall. Public transport : Bus stop right infront of hotel, Star LRT - 3 minutes walk, Taxi - a lot plying the main road (Jalan Raja Laut). Convenience Stores - 3 24 Hrs stores located within 1 mins ; 7Eleven, KK , 1 Malaysia outlets .

As per I book from Agoda and when check in to the room is totally different. when we request back the room we book through Agoda and the staff told us we book the room they don't have. After that we open their company website and show to the staff there to verify again. And the staff tell us the same thing even the official website room also not available in the hotel and we like huh ??? huh ??? huh??? this is the official website we open to you is under your company... we don't let you go through Agoda picture also ... come on ... don't cheat customer please !!!after that the staff let us to visit all the room and then we found the room we want and same as the picture in the Agoda. and then thing happen we need to 'TOP up' !!! What the ... And we have made a police report ... Because we feel like been cheated from this hotel ...

The hotel has great location in the heart of the city with very nice view on the twin towers. In front is the Syrian restaurant with very nice food. Room is very clean and comfortable. Only small things they need to take care for improving: rooms supplies like shampoo and water you may need to ask then they will give, drinkinig water out of stock for two days, some light not working and so on the mirror and the balance, wifi very slow. But overall these are minor things, i still liked it so much and plan to come back again especially for its great condition and location. As an Arab the Syrian restaurant in front is very important and cheap.

It is nearer to lrt titiwangsa approximately 10- 15 mins of walking..at night parking is mostly available but morning, the place is quite busy and crowded.. I've been staying here for couple of times, at night not so noisy..the hotel security is quite secure as before going up to your room, the reception will open the automatic locked door for you..this hotel has no elevator, suitable and highly recommended for solo or couple travelers.. anyway depends on individual choices of staying..it was really a nice boutique hotel..so far I am satisfied with the room and washroom cleanliness, aircond and privacy..the person at the reception also very helpful and I would say is is worth for you to give it a stay here ..

It is located opposite of the LRT PWTC station. KTM's Putra train station: 15-20 min walk. Definitely Sunway Putra Hotel is the best choice for having connecting bridge to the LRT station and shopping spree at the Sunway Putra Mall. Anum Hotel nevertheless, is an affordable accommodation surrounded by restaurants and shops including 24/7 KFC, 24/7 Mamak, 7-Eleven convenience store, laundry shop...wifi is provided, staffs are friendly.

The best part is bfast was sent to guests' room, ekot time yg kta prefer. So sik payah gago ngesep segal nak bfast semata. Staff and owner very2 friendly and sangat2 mbantu plus very informative. Sebelah hotel ada kedai makan siam 24hours, and ada keday mamak juak. Facilities lengkap, bilit simple tapi selesa, wifi laju. For those yg nait kereta boleh park kereta kat public parking tapi bayar la, tapi nang dekat ngan hotel. Keep up the good service :) Be consistent!
