It was my pleasure to stay in Sunway Pyramids suites, I t was really good experience for me and my kids, the staff in the hotel were very friendly, they help us whenever we need them as they are all around; concierge, receptionist, waiters, drivers, etc. The location of the hotel itself was very convenience; I did not have to come out from that area, as everything was available in one building; shopping mall; health Spa, Water Park; Sport activities in the shopping mall. Furthermore, Shopping experience was excellent, all brand products were obtainable with reasonable price. Restaurants and fast food counter at every corner, Ice-skating, balling, and other sport entertainments were available, it is really a mark able place to visit and to stay. Me and my husband we did not have to worry about our kids, the Sunway lagoon Park gave as opportunity for us to relax away from our kids as we enjoy shopping and dining. Overall pricing is reasonable; rooms; food and beverages; water park, etc. Being there was like having full tour package; we don’t have to worry about dining, entertainment, shopping, activities, games, etc. All were just there

The hotel is new and very clean with a nice view to the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park as well as the whole Sunway city. Connected to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon Theme Park making it one of the best choices if the travel itinerary including shopping around Sunway Pyramid and entering Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. Despite being surrounded by the happening Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, it is very quiet at night and good sleep/rest is guaranteed. On top of that, it is also very convenient for travelers who intended to travel around Petaling Jaya/Subang Jaya areas, by driving/taxi/ubers. Staffs are very responsive and helpful to our requests. Facilities wise, there is a swimming pool at level 8. Despite it is an infinity style pool, the view was not one of the stunning one. Thus, we have skipped it. We also noted there is a gym at the same level. Breakfast buffets provides a good variety of food while the taste are good as well. (Try their Nasi Lemak and rendang chicken, they are definitely one of the best) Price wise, it is slightly cheaper than Sunway Pyramid Hotel but definitely not a budget one. Would suggest the management actually further revised down the price in order to attract more travelers. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Sunway Clio Hotel for us. Would recommend to friends who have budget for the accommodations. Travelers who are unable to get a room at Sunway Pyramid Hotel can also consider this.

I stayed here for two nights and was very happy with the experience. The hotel is in the outer area of Kuala Lumpur near Sunway Pyramid shops. They provide a shuttle a few times a day or a meter taxi is about 9RM. I really liked the swimming pool and the gym there. Breakfast has a wide variety of foods which is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are in the Subang area.

Hotel is located close to Sunway lagoon and Sunway Pyramid. Hotel is huge with almost full scale facilities to those of a 5-Star. They have a large full sized swimming pool, tennis court, gym, and even a bowling alley. Generally the rooms are huge and fully equipped. Very spacious and even have a couch sitting area. We booked two rooms and were lucky to be given a connecting room which made our 2 nights stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Subang or around the area. Will be back again!

I think this is the first botique/budget which I did not pick up any cigarette smell. Hats off to them! Things I enjoyed: bed was comfortable, international channels like Fox, Disney and etc available, good internet speed, clean room and toilet. Location is extremely close by to Sunway Pyramid. Cons: Parking is a pain (if you are driving I think you can really consider parking your car in Sunway Pyramid and then walk over to the hotel; you can check out Sunway Pyramid's website for their rate). Check in time (3pm) is a bit late for my liking considering the check out time is 12pm, but they allow latest to check out by 1pm without additional charges so I guess that's sort of a give and take (not a major con). Also the room is not sound proof to the hallway at all; can hear people talking and walking in and out of the hallway clearly, can even hear the sound of sweeping floor (or at least that's what I think was the sound of). All in all, worth the money and worth the stay.

This was my second stay at the hotel and fortunately they given me the same room as my last stay (family room on level 1). We had good night sleep here. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay near Sunway Lagoon or Sunway Pyramid mall. Value for money. Issues during stay: the hand bidet and soap dispenser need to be fixed, someone was smoking somewhere and we can smell the smoke in the bathroom, in the next morning we had our neighbour arguing in the hall but hotel didn't give proper explanation or apology when asked about the incident. But I believed the hotel staff quickly acted and ensure the argument was quickly disbursed.

Hotel was about a 05 mins walk from sunway pyramid shopping mall. Very happy with the location. Also there is a very nice Bah Ku Teh shop just a few steps away from the hotel. Easily accessible to sunway lagoon too. Very pleasant 04 days stay there. Check in was also fuss free. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, there's soap and shampoo but no toothbrush. Room is new and clean. Wifi signal was very strong too. Also the front desk lady in the morning shift was a darling and shared with us so much info regarding KL and places to visit. Would definitely return if i visit KL next time.

Location: Conveniently located to the East of Sunway Pyramid, there are multiple food outlets in and around Sunway Pyramid. Transport: - Grab and Uber service - Sunway Shuttle Bus takes you around the Sunway area and operates from Monday to Saturday: 7.00 AM – 10.15 PM and Sunday: 9.00 AM- 10.15 PM. - Alternatively you can access the BRT station at Sunway Lagoon which is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. - From the BRT station, you can take the bus to Setia Jaya KTM Station, and take the train to KL Sentral. The trip from BRT station to KL Sentral takes approximately 40 minutes. Hotel: The rooms are well designed, clean, and convenient. You have to pay MYR10 tourist tax upon check-in, and a deposit of MYR50, which is returned to you without any hassle at the end of your stay. Make sure you get the receipt though. During my stay, I faced no difficulties. Not with the staff, nor with the room. It's a good place to stay, when you want to spend more time outside, than in.

i loved this hotel!! i happened to find the hotel and book it just a day ago at less than 25usd by promotion in agoda. i didnt expect the hotel would be nice bcz of the cheap price, but everything was nice. the room was very clean and well equipped - an attached table on the wall, wardrobe, lcd tv, comfortable bed, and big shower room. the staffs are also nice and kind. the place where the hotel is located just opposite to sunway lagoon, so you can go to the mall by walk in 5mins. and there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. you wouldnt have any problems to get something to eat even in the night as some of them are open for 24hours. i would say the hotel is the best among the hotels in sunway lagoon area except for some resorts inside the theme park.:)

Value for money budget hotel, only 5-7 mins walking distance to Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Lagoon and Aeroline Coach. And several coffee shops and restaurants, as well as convenience stores all within walking distance from hotel. Very good service from front desk staff both during check in and check out. Complimentary vouchers for 1 cup of Teh Tarik (in nearby coffeeshop) or 1 bottle of Bottled Mineral Water (in nearby convenience store) per day of stay. Relatively clean rooms that comes with Fox Movies, ESPN, etc. Front door of hotel at downstairs lobby area comes with an access card, so it ensures security for hotel guests. Note that the hotel is split into 3 blocks, and some do not come with lift. The front desk staff was thoughtful enough to ask if I needed a room with lift access, as my luggage was quite big, and was provided with a room in Block 2, which had lift access.

The place is near to sunway pyramid, and easy to find. The room is best and good. Parking place is in front of the hotel and easy to park. In the room, they provide television where we can see the cctv camera on certain area. So we can look for our car if we park it around the camera cctv. The condition in the room is good. Really recommended to couple or family traveller. Value for money. 👍😊

The staff at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The condition of the hotel is good, rooms and elevators are new and clean. Although, the size of the room may be a little small (deluxe). Free breakfast was provided so overall it was a worth it trade off. The location is ideal as its only a 2 minute walk away from Sunway pyramid and there are many food shops surrounding it (KFC, some mamaks). It was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again!

First thing that really impressed me about City View Hotel was it's location. It's really just alittle over 100 meters from Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The area around the hotel is safe and occupied with food and pubs(that goes till late night), 7-Eleven, KFC and even a PC LAN Shop. One can rest at ease while walking back to the hotel even till wee hours. The other plus points about City View Hotel was it's friendly staff and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was small but comfortable. Toilet had a rain shower which had awesome pressure. There is really nothing NEGATIVE about the City View Hotel. I'd even recommend this hotel to business travellers. All in all, I will come back to City View for sure if I drop by Sunway area again. The last time I stay here is in 2013, they lift still in progress, but now I can use the lift. Last time I stay at level 1 for double queen room, I like the shower. A big one and really nice. So this time I try to book the same hotel. Have book a double queen room, but during arrival, the room was not available. The staff was quiet responsible, give 2 queen bed rooms. Anyway, not a big problem, I'm happy enough. The hotel near Sunway Pyramid, less than 5 minutes walking distance. Value for money and also clean room. The bathroom also clean, the shower is standard one, not as luxurious as in 2013, but it's still good working condition.

Had a nice and comfortable stay for a short getaway in Sunway. Room is definitely value for money and it is clean. Booked the hotel for the night while we did our shopping conveniently in Sunway Pyramid that's located just opposite. Plenty of parking around the hotel and also many restaurants. Good supper around the corner behind, or some might want to go for Mcdonald, it's just along the same row of the hotel.

The hotel is located quite a distance to Sunway Pyramid Mall. However, a walking distance is good enough during the daytime. My room was upgraded from Standard Double Room No Window View to Standard Double Room with Window facing the road. The view is good but is hot during daytime as the aircond. Water pressure during day and night time is excellent but not during morning before checkout. Water pressure during morning is super slow even shower with cold water. Spacious, affordable, comfortable and super clean. Comfy bed with clean sheets. Can find some local food here in short walking distance. This hotel is cheap and has lift. And there is only two power point.
