Hotels near Sunway College

We are the regular customers in Sunway Clio hotel since our daughter is studying in the college nearby. All the hotels staff here are excellent and providing great service to their customers. Location is great and next to Sunway Pyramid. Breakfasts is good and got lots of varieties. We really enjoyed our stays in this hotel. Only drawback is that we must booked the room early cos it is always fully booked almost every weekend.

We actually booked this hotel as it was the only choice we had to go to sunway lagoon. We were given a free upgrad to the junior suite in the old building, it was rather refreshing to see a very classic old time decor with the normal tv from the 1900 and not LCD TV. The bed was comfortable and everything was nice. We order room service near midnight. Food did take some time to be sent to us but we had the whole waiting bring in the table setting requesting to serve us In the dining table. It was my first experience and I loved it. Would recommend this place to anyone whom wants to be away from all the shopping and bz area in sunway and just relax and have a holiday. We were sad we had to leave early however the hotel was nice to give us check out at 4pm.

Best hotel in sunway. Pleasantly surprised by big, spacious room. It was sooo nice. We had a lake view room from very high floor, beautiful at night. Quiet location just slightly outside town. In my opinion better than subway pyramid (no crowd, fast check in). Food and convenience store available open till late night 5-7min walk away. Overall 10/10!! Thank you Holiday Villa!

Pros - convenient location near sunway lagoon. Walking distance to sunway lagoon Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station, sunway pyramid shopping mall and sunway lagoon water park. -affordable charges. Free food voucher.There is also a voucher given for next visit to the hotel. -friendly staff. Staff explained the hotel charges, tourism tax and check out timing. Important details are clearly communicated to the guests. -clean and neat. Hotels blankets and towels are folded nicely. Towel and floor mat are sparkling white. - amenities. Great shower facilities. Conditioner, shower gel and lotion are provided. There is a personal hair dryer, multiples hangers to hang your clothes. There is even a shared iron at the corridor. For visual entertainment, there are many TV channels for u to tune in. Aircon is working in good condition , you can get a comfortable sleep on the foam mattress. Hotel is eco friendly.plain water stored in glass bottles are always readily available.

This was my second stay at the hotel and fortunately they given me the same room as my last stay (family room on level 1). We had good night sleep here. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay near Sunway Lagoon or Sunway Pyramid mall. Value for money. Issues during stay: the hand bidet and soap dispenser need to be fixed, someone was smoking somewhere and we can smell the smoke in the bathroom, in the next morning we had our neighbour arguing in the hall but hotel didn't give proper explanation or apology when asked about the incident. But I believed the hotel staff quickly acted and ensure the argument was quickly disbursed.

Hotel was about a 05 mins walk from sunway pyramid shopping mall. Very happy with the location. Also there is a very nice Bah Ku Teh shop just a few steps away from the hotel. Easily accessible to sunway lagoon too. Very pleasant 04 days stay there. Check in was also fuss free. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, there's soap and shampoo but no toothbrush. Room is new and clean. Wifi signal was very strong too. Also the front desk lady in the morning shift was a darling and shared with us so much info regarding KL and places to visit. Would definitely return if i visit KL next time.

Location: Conveniently located to the East of Sunway Pyramid, there are multiple food outlets in and around Sunway Pyramid. Transport: - Grab and Uber service - Sunway Shuttle Bus takes you around the Sunway area and operates from Monday to Saturday: 7.00 AM – 10.15 PM and Sunday: 9.00 AM- 10.15 PM. - Alternatively you can access the BRT station at Sunway Lagoon which is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. - From the BRT station, you can take the bus to Setia Jaya KTM Station, and take the train to KL Sentral. The trip from BRT station to KL Sentral takes approximately 40 minutes. Hotel: The rooms are well designed, clean, and convenient. You have to pay MYR10 tourist tax upon check-in, and a deposit of MYR50, which is returned to you without any hassle at the end of your stay. Make sure you get the receipt though. During my stay, I faced no difficulties. Not with the staff, nor with the room. It's a good place to stay, when you want to spend more time outside, than in.

i loved this hotel!! i happened to find the hotel and book it just a day ago at less than 25usd by promotion in agoda. i didnt expect the hotel would be nice bcz of the cheap price, but everything was nice. the room was very clean and well equipped - an attached table on the wall, wardrobe, lcd tv, comfortable bed, and big shower room. the staffs are also nice and kind. the place where the hotel is located just opposite to sunway lagoon, so you can go to the mall by walk in 5mins. and there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. you wouldnt have any problems to get something to eat even in the night as some of them are open for 24hours. i would say the hotel is the best among the hotels in sunway lagoon area except for some resorts inside the theme park.:)

This is the best hotel with all faclities ...good room , nice location , near sunway phyramid , sunway lagoon , serounding with most of race and type of food restaurant , convinence mart 24 hours , friendly associates , what do aspect with the price your paid and value ....the best of this hotel are water heater ...amd aircondition ,AM and kamal n housekeeping team always served with hearth and extramile ...the best hotel in sunway are ...

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to Sunway Lagoon and Pyramid Mall. The room and beddings are clean and drinking water(hot and cold)are supplied through a dispenser. Toiletries are supplied except toothpaste and shampoo. Although a liquid soap is provided in a dispenser and can be use as a multipurpose soap if you are not very choosy. Checking-in and out was very fast and hassle-free. Booking through Agoda is very reliable and worry-free as long as you presented the booking voucher.

We arrived very late in the night due to the bad traffic conditions in KL. Booked this hotel because Sunway Metro is fully booked. It's really value for money because the hotel is clean & basic. However, if you're not driving, it is quite a distance from Sunway Pyramid. The wifi signal was very weak as well. Overall, if you're just looking for a place to sleep & shower, I'd say it's pretty decent.

The stay at this hotel was very satisfying. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is also clean. There are no breakfast package but that is not a problem because there are plenty of food outets nearby the hotel. The walkway is also well lit, making it safe to walk back to hotel at night. The location of the hotel is also near Sunway Pyramid shopping center and Sunway Lagoon. But the best part is that the hotel is quite cheap. The aircon and tv are working. The only downside is that the heater of our room is not quite working. So my girlfriend had to take a shower with cold water in the morning. But overall, this hotel is worth for its price.

We really like this hotel because it is quite comfort although its status is not highly rated & the price is very reasonable.But the most important is their most strategic location whereby all the important location is just walking distance for eg.Sunway Lagoon/Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Resort & also not to forget the easy to access Mamak Restaurant with Big Screen LCD!!!

Was a wonderful stay at New Town Hotel. Definitely A++ for the hotel location. This hotel is located just 2 min walk to Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach entrance and is just opposite Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. Cleanliness of the rooms satisfactory. The room is clean and has what it needs for us to have a good sleep. A good comfortable bed with clean linens and cold aircon. Though the toilet is slightly tight but it was clean and the hot water shower has good water pressure. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again. Very Value for money!

I am always using this hotel when I come back to bandar sunway or subang jaya . This hotel stuffs are very friendly and most trust people any other worlds hotel . They have a restaurant , so we can eat anytime. If you have a questions, they can answer as much as they knew the knowledge . Inside is little bit old, but very convenience places. You don’t need worried about anything about. The bath is clean and the shampoo, and body soap that smelled good were fully equipped.

Stay was nice and comfortable and satisfying The rooms were nice looking bathroom and bedroom good design and really nice to stay in them. The staff was well behaved and really helpful and nice people. But the internet signal was quite bad and got disconnected few times but overall the speed was good and satisfying. I didn't get the reason why most police officers coming to the hotel which made it for us kind of odd and my perception toward the hotel was doubtful. But other then all this The hotel is a best place to stay in for holidays and good value for money good promotions and overall nice hotel. My rating would be 7.5/10.

The hotel is located quite a distance to Sunway Pyramid Mall. However, a walking distance is good enough during the daytime. My room was upgraded from Standard Double Room No Window View to Standard Double Room with Window facing the road. The view is good but is hot during daytime as the aircond. Water pressure during day and night time is excellent but not during morning before checkout. Water pressure during morning is super slow even shower with cold water. Spacious, affordable, comfortable and super clean. Comfy bed with clean sheets. Can find some local food here in short walking distance. This hotel is cheap and has lift. And there is only two power point.
