"ch is our favorite holiday spot. this is the 5th time in 2 years that my hubby and i went to ch and this is our 3rd stay in casa dela rosa. despite of some reviews here, i must say that this hotel has never fail to impress us. our first stay in this hotel is during our unplanned honeymoon where we 'walk-in' on several other hotels in ch and out of all the highly-recommended hotel that we went to, the best offer was given to us by casa dela rosa who provided not only a great deal but also a friendly welcome and excellent service. now, 2 years later, we’re still greeted with the same friendly and warm smiles once we stepped into the lobby. check-in was fast as usual and we were initially given a beautiful comfy room with a garden-view (as we never like a golf-course view anyway). however, there’s some kind of old plants remains piled up at that side of the garden so we asked to change room. within only few mins they’ve helped us moved to a new room which is the exact same room we stayed in during our first stay. the room was well-maintained, clean and gorgeously decorated with english-style furniture. great improvement by replacing the old box tv with a new lcd tv. we really enjoy watching lots of movies from the movie channel provided. the room was also equipped with an iron and an iron board. at night, our room is filled with the smell of roses from the garden which made the environment so romantic and soothing. the bathtub was great for a refreshing hot water dip during the cold weather. breakfast provided in the morning was good with variety of choices. we made mistake by spending our last night in ch at the equatorial. should’ve spend 3 nights straight in casa dela rosa instead. even so, we’re glad we’ve had our amazing nights in casa dela rosa. booking the room via agoda has made it so much better and easier. will definitely use agoda from now on to book a hotel and will definitely be back to stay in casa dela rosa in future."

"First , DON'T COME HERE DURING A PUBLIC HOLIDAY OR WEEKEND!!! 4 and half hour jam, to move 3 km from the junction into Cameron Highlands to TANAHRATA where the hotel was. It was as if the town and the Municipal council were caught unawares, and did not expect that there would be lots of cars. Be prepared , there won't be toilets by the roadsides. Please, sort this out!
Other than that, this place was really lovely. We arrived at midnight. Check in was smooth, which was so great since we were exhausted. Once at hotel- what an oasis. This was a quiet spot, away from the crowd, facing the hills and the golf course! Decor was very nice indeed, very soothing to the soul, facing the hills and the golf course (well it was green at least). Be warned that there was no lift to the rooms - had to climb a flight of stairs, and a bit of a walk. Room was huge, with a sitting area as well as a 4 poster bed. Iron supplied and all the mod cons you'd expect of a 5 star hotel. Staff were very attentive indeed- nothing was too bothersome for them. Thank you for that. The hotel arranged a tour to the tea plantation with a local guide- we managed to avoid the huge crowd with his guidance. The tea room and the reading rooms were the highlight of the hotel- we spent many hours sipping tea and having scones ! Food was of a high quality. Very good service. Very good quality furnishings. Not seen any wear and tear (well hidden). Menu was limited, spa was closed and the other restaurant was closed too but acceptable in these times of Covid. We only had one gripe and that was that there was no Malaysia flag. Given that it was the 63rd birthday of Malaysia's independence, this was not very respectful. Other than that. we enjoyed our selves and will definitely come again. But perhaps on a Tuesday."

"Staff was very polite and very helpful. Some of the other guests were a bit noisy but I wouldn't consider it the normal given it was a major holiday weekend. Would recommend to others .the night market being LITERALLY right outside the door.. Longer waiting for the lift than to walk from lobby to market."
