Overall, i was satisfied and I consider the room rate value for money, although it is a bit on the high side for a 3-star hotel. In terms of comfort and facility, it achieves the kind of standard that should be provided. The only weakness is the small bath/shower room, but ok to me as an averaged size person. The room didn't have the things I feel offensive in many other hotels, even in 5-star hotels, i.e. the air-con can be effectively controlled, hence making the sleep miserable; the showers can make you sick because of abrupt changes of temperature. In many 5-star hotels, the water from the shower room easily spreads to the whole floor of the washroom - this is some thing I don't understand why the designer/architect/builder of the hotel don't see it as a problem that must be prevented because it is really unpleasant to the occupants especially in the cold morning.In this particular hotel room I stayed, I was happy to see that the shower water was well contained in the shower room itself. The free and fast internet access was a pleasant surprise.

We had booked two bedroom room, which it turn out to be great for our new year eve party. Soundproof is not great, you could literally hear noise from the walkaway. But room is big and great with all the amenities that we need. kitchenware & tableware was good for four. View was not great as it does face KL, instead it face the other side of city, however looking from 30th floor was ok. Thanks for fulfilling our request to stay at high floor. Pool was big and fun. I had to compliment about the renovation of this hotel, was quite up to dates, although the TV in the living room is very disappointed (only at 42"?), it's too small for a big living hall like that. Water heater work well with strong amount of water. bed was soft and good. air-conditioning work well in hot weather in MYS! parking was a little bit hard to get (maybe due to new year eve), but it's free, just get your ticket stamp at reception, and straight to the exit point. will come back soon!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable. I came with my husband and son for a 1-night stay to attend my daughter's graduation from a pre-U program at UM. It is very convenient since it is so close to UM, less than 5 minutes away by car. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe King room which provides a large king size bed, a very comfortable one I may add. The only thing is we had to bring a mattress for my son to sleep on since the hotel does not have a family room for 3 people or more and we did not want to pay for an extra bed. A lot of choices for breakfast meal, you should allocate at least one hour so that you can taste everything - the meals I had was good except for the omellete which did not taste like normal, probably the cook had added too much spice on it or there's something not quite right with the ingredient; I couldn't figure it out but I did finish all of it since I like omellete so much. Staff was awesome, couldn't ask for a better treatment. Parking is free as well. I will definitely stay here again the next time I need to visit UM. I hope the hotel will consider upgrading some rooms to become family rooms or triple/quadruple rooms. Overall, BEST, BEST, BEST!!

Location is probably the only concern with no access to public transport but taxi is readily available and cheap in KL. Not quite in Bangsar area as indicated by the Booking Agent but only 10 minutes by car to Mid Valley if you want shopping. There's a modern shopping centre right next door with plenty of food choices and hotel breakfast is very good with reasonable variety to suit most. Room is spacious and clean with basic amenities, while no luxury but excellent value for money – good choice for commercial traveler, particularly if you are not working in the main city area. The best experience is the great hospitality extended by the hotel staff which certainly makes up any down-side of the offering.

Pros: Huge hotel room with free parking for hotel guest. The hotel room was fairly clean. The king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. We were given fresh towels and bottles of water each day after housekeeping. Cons: Electricity didn't work when we check in to the room, despite slotting the card many times inside the slot to activate the power. Had to call the receptionist to bring in their electrician to fix the power failure. The shower gel and shampoo weren't given in small bottles but it was attached to the toilet wall in a compartment. However, we discovered it was leaking all over the floor as the compartment was spoiled. Again we had to call in the receptionist to bring in their housekeepers to clean up the mess. Overall, it was a great place to stay with convenient location as it was nearby to Midvalley Megamall.

The best hotel because provide best facilities such as 1. a good & kindness staff ( Mr Maran-frontline) 2. a comfortable room, 3. Having breakfast with value price of hotel 4. Easy to drink and refill mineral water because having Coway at their pantry, maybe can put at every floor so other customer easy to make a milk for their baby or make a maggie in a room✌🏼 Thanks 🙂

Although the hotel is new, the staffs provides excellent service, they were very helpful and kind during our stay. The hotel's location was also conveniently close to midvalley megamall without the hassle of traffic or parking space. We really love the overall mood and look of the hotel, it feels like a 5 star hotel with an affordable price. Rooms are clean, and the bathroom is above the average (2-3 star-type toilets). The toilet was dry, clean, mold free and feels new. Car parks are easily accessible and available. Also the 24 hr cafe does serve as a nice place to sit and relax with good local food. Overall, it is a worthwhile hotel. With this price, you rarely get a similar hotel in midvalley area.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this supervisor ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel lobby is okay but heading way up to rooms via the lift seems creepy. The hotel actually it is located sorta refurbished old building and the lift going up to the rooms is outside of the lobby and anyone could just take the lift and head up the the room hallway. Entering room with access card. Took Deluxe room with window and I would say the impression/feeling are below average and cleanliness just average. but it is not too bad for the price paid. the mattress and bed sheet dont feel that clean but they are not dirty either, you will be fine if you are not super picky type. toilet are small and wet due to dripping water from the showerhead. They do have rainshower head too. Parking on the street and remember to purchase parking coupon except sunday if you driving, which.. it is troublesome..

Pros: Nice location. 2 restaurants near the hotel, one is just beside the hotel and another one is just about a couple steps away. LRT station is just within walking distance. Room is clean. Wifi connection is good. TV got fox movie channel unlike other budget hotel that usually serve ordinary tv channels. Cons: Some of the rooms are really narrow (difficult for muslim to perform solat). Shower head always fall off the holder when we use maximum water stream regardless of any room we stayed. Staffs should be trained to make guests feel welcomed.

This is our 2nd time there. This time we were allocated to the family room on the 6th floor. Everything was the same, 2 queen sized bed,towels & sheets were clean & new. Location was excellent. Walking distance to eateries and convenient stores. Theres only 1 downside though-parking. We need to drive a few times to find a parking spot. But it is easily available after 6pm. Judging from the price we paid and aside from the parking, everything was surprisingly good and we are happy to say that we will definitely be repeating our stay there when we drop by KL.

Due to the location of the hotel , it took us more than 3 hrs to reach the hotel ( from LCCT) due to the heavy traffic jam around Mid Valley Shopping Mall. Another issue you might find is parking space, I am pretty lucky to able to get a secure parking in front of the hotel restaurant ( only can park one car). But once you step into the hotel you will be greeted by the friendly staffs ( don't be feel scare or offended by the loud speaking manager , he is in fact very friendly and helpful) and very modern design. We stayed @ the Amore Suite which is on the highest floors ( have to take the stairs but the friendly staff more than willing to lend you a hand with your heavy luggage . The Room size is on the small side but it make up by the design , cleanness, facilities ( TV has so many channels ) and good isolation from the traffic noise. Lastly the location is very convenient , there is a 7 eleven just next door and a nice bakery shop few blocks down. Finally it only will took a 2 min walk to Mid Valley Mall ( Shopping heaven ) . Highly recommend !

The room is very good, clean, spacious and nice. Towel provided was clean. Got hot water inside bathroom. Tv channel got many choices. Water dispenser and cloth iron provided at the corridor. Good location, got many restaurant and stores nearby. The check in process took too long. The staff argue with another staff and that makes me feel annoying as i waited 20minutes. They even need deposit rm50 for hairdryer, i just wanna use for 15minutes. And the hairdryer did not function very well (not hot enough, took too long to dry my hair). Sound proof not good, you can hear people walking and talking outside and upstairs. But overall it was a very nice hotel, surely will come back.

Camped at this lovely hotel for 3 nights (extended an extra night because the staff were so friendly!) Had an awesome stay. The staffs were so superbly friendly and pleasant. The 2 girls who works the late shift and the 2 guys who works the morning shift were always carrying a smile on their face and they were so polite and courteous. Location of this hotel is not hard to find. They is a 24 hour coffeeshop, 7-11 and some pubs just 2 minutes away. You don't need to worry about food. Safety looks okay when I was there, though I still wouldn't advise a solo girl to walk along the roads late at night. (in fact I wouldn't advise any girls to walk around alone in any part of Malaysia.) TWO MAJOR setbacks for this tiny heaven is that.. 1: The room is totally NOT soundproof. Anyone standing along the corridors WILL be able to hear what you say (or do) in your room. They don't even need to stand near your door. Yes.. I've tested it. LOL! 2: They don't do housekeeping. So if you're planning to stay a few nights, don't be alarmed if they don't knock on your door to change your sheets. You need to request for new towers and toilet rolls yourself. Water pressure's good. Toilet's clean. All in all, I will be back to Bjorn just for the staff~! Awesome staff, awesome stay!

The hotel is very nice due to the location that near by KL town. Staffs all very friendly and able to help us for most of the request, few nice restaurant around the hotel, a 24 hours hyper market is just under the hotel basement, food and stuffs are very cheap!! We got a clean and comfortable room. Taxi service is also available once we request from the frontdesk, the hotel staff book for us and they also bargain the cheaper taxi price for us! thanks to the staffs so we wont get the expensive taxi, booking with them got no extra charge! so good of them. So far we are very satisfied for the staying, will come again.

based on my web search, i found that this hotel is near universiti hospital, petaling jaya (where my place of interest is located) and it is within my budget. on my initial check in, i realise that this hotel suit my other criterias which are safe location, clean (without any bad smell) and has a study desk (which is quite small). anyway, i have stayed at the hotel 3 times now. in addition, the staffs are helpful and the area is normally quiet except during dinner time (due to the chinese food court nearby). there is ample parking space except (again!) during dinner time. for muslim, finding food may be a problem though.

1st day check in, room house keep in not done. Change to 2nd room, when bath no hot water. Starting actualy check in & out as not confirmed continue stay. 3rd room , consider ok, but, wifi can't connected. Change to 4th room continue few days, no water more than a day, when ask from front desk, feedback was , "I also don't know, what can I do? All is syabas problem..." Ask to contact management, at least give some feedback or solution. Didn't think of get refund to make staff hard, but what's the purpose to pay n check in but do nothing instead of sitting wait fr water. Can't bath, can't wash up, can't even flush after toilet. I did know it wasn't a fault from hotel, but at least give me some feed back or a sincerelity to cool me down, as I can't even make up myself to work. I even give suggestion to them to ask management , maybe half my price, or extend half day for me, at least we consumer get something fair back and get to bath and etc without asking check out faster or charged on late check out... Coincidence the time of water worked back was on 11am, but still in some dirty situation and working not smooth, when nearly normal, should nearly 12. I should check out without wash up or done myself but being charge for late? Counter woman even tell me what to do? If arrange some for u, others how? And out rate already very low... I don't think the rate was a reason or a point, u can take higher rate if u deserved it. Same as higher star hotel charge higher , when refund also refund more and attitude was the heading point as I think... Even asking a pail of water just to keep their toilet clean by manual even no water, also didn't make it after we put the pail front of room... Only the first pail after 3-4 call to reception... Shower in bath room can't get a stand as well. Hope improvement to be done and I will continue support and enjoy the effort of improvement from management team of My Home Hotel.
