Pleasant stay in this hotel. Nice location with plenty of parking lot. The room is very clean. Very thanks for receptionist who allow us early check in and let us to have a rest (all of us quite tired for early flight). Nice location easy to get food and shopping. Cenang mall just next to it. We love to shopping there. Bought a lot of chocolate and liquor in cenang mall. Definitely will go back this hotel for my next trip.

The hotel is clean. Very tidy and big room for 2 person. I book the deluxe room and i think it can fit more than 10 people in there. The bed was comfortable. The view is great. You can see the pantai cenang from the room. They provide the complete facilities such as ironing, hair dryer, toiletries, refrigerator etc. I’ve been go through other’s hotel pages in langkawi and it is very hard to find the hotel with complete facilities that are very required by customer. The location was awesome. You can find many shops outside. Even the souvenir shops were placed at the ground floor of the hotel. Besides, you dont have to use cars to go for eat. The restaurants, cenang mall, shops, mcdonald kiosk, seven e, mini mart, pantai cenang were only walking distance. You just need to across the road through sandy beach resort and you’ll arrive at the beach. If you are planning for any activities such as island hopping, snorkelling etc, the tourism agent is just opposite the hotel.

According to the reservation, the checkout time was 15:00, but when we reached at 10:30, they just cleaned a room and allotted to us without any delay. Nevertheless, the booking dis not include breakfast, but the staffs there are so nice, they provided complementary breakfast for all the days we stayed. We are overwhelmingly surprised with their hospitality. And last but not the least, the location of the hotel is the best in Cenang, or even in Langkawi. It is exactly at the opposite to the Cenang Mall, beside the beach and just in the middle of all the bars and restaurants on that main road. So, everything in Cenang/Langkawi is at your doorstep.

Location is the best for this hotel, right in front of Underwater World whereby the restaurants, convenience stores, McDonalds, duty free shops is just opposite of the hotel.. walking distance to Cenang beach and Cenang mall.. basic facilities you can expect from this hotel.. the only cons about this room is it can get very hot during day time as the aircond takes longer time to cool down the entire room.. night time, no problem at all.. best to bring mosquito repellent.. I stayed in the cabin room type so the music noise from the nearby restaurant is tolerable..

It was a perfect getaway for me and my sister. We stayed at the hotel most of the time just enjoying our room and the facilities and we already feel very happy. We even want to extend our stay but sadly we have work to go back to but we do plan to come back as it has been the best hotel experience for us. The hotel is located in Pantai Cenang which is among the popular beach in Langkawi but never once we feel disturbed during our stay. It is located at one end of the beach. Not many publics came to the beach hence it was a peaceful environment for us. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet environment this will be the perfect place/hotel to go with the perfect view. This hotel was mainly occupied by honeymooners/ retired couple as they don't have family rooms. We only saw 2 kids during our stay and they don't even make that much noise. We stayed in the beachfront room which we really recommend as you will have the nicest view to wake up to. The best thing about this hotel was the staffs. The staffs from the reception staffs to the maintainance staffs are super friendly and attentive which made our stay even more wonderful. They were really kind and helpful. The hotel may not be totally perfect as it is a four star hotel but the way the staff treated you just made you feel you are staying in a 5 star hotel. The food and spa were not that fantastic but again the wonderful staffs made us forget this little imperfections. The room service food price was reasonable to us and the best thing they don't have extra 6% gst nor the 10% service charge. Overall it's been a fantastic and unforgettable stay for us. We are definitely coming back next year.

We cannot wait to go back to Langkawi and stay again in White Lodge Chalet. Location - the best. Secluded in a lush surrounding that's around 5 minute walk to Cenang Beach, Duty Free shops, food stalls and restaurants, Cenang Mall, Underwater World Langkawi and 20 minute walk to Tengah Beach. We reached White Lodge Chalet via 20 minute taxi ride from Langkawi International Airport at an affordable cost of 20 ringgit for 3 pax (paid at the airport counter).It's not a beachfront hotel so we preferred it as it's not crowded and neither noisy. Relaxing and tranquil place with its simple garden and green walkway! Service - the warmest! The reception staff are all fluent in English, tourist-friendly, very accomodating to all our queries and concerns. They immediately responded to a small electrical problem in our room; sent a technician in a snap. They even volunteered to phone a taxi cab for us to the airport upon check out. Wonderul people! Value for money - I enjoyed our 4D3N Langkawi getaway with my wife and our 8 year old son via our stay in White Lodge Chalet. Our limited budget was truly maximized and stretched with affordable rate at this chalet. We purchased our stay via online booking at agoda and despite without breakfast, we still believe every cent was worth it!

Stay here 1 night, very nice hotel comfort , cleanliness , friendly staff. Hotel Location is not bad. Airport to Hotel just within 10 min by car, and the hotel to Cenang Mall also by car within 5-8 min only. We go where also call the Grab Car or Uber, very easy and fast to get transport. next time i will booking here to stay for my holiday again. breakfast ok , swimming pool a bit small but the water very clean. saty here i feel very relax. The hotel staff service very good. I check out at 12.30pm , but my flight is 5pm, so hotel staff tell us they can help me to keep our luggage if we need this service. This service is very good, it is very convenient for us

This is an excellently located hotel on the main strip. It about a 3 minute walk to the beach, turn left and cross the road! There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, duty free shops just outside. The Cenang Mall is 2 minutes walk away. The room was very big with separate living room, bedroom and small balcony. The rooms were clean, had good WiFi, friendly helpful staff. There was no safety deposit box in the room. Would recommend staying as location is fab!

Superb location as it locate in the Main Street of Cenang beach, just right in front of Underwater World. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Sara, she even help us to arrange for car booking and follow up at late evening. Hotel is still under renovation but the room are perfect, all utilities are new and room are clean. Just little bit concern as you may easily heard people talking or car passed by since balcony just faced to Main Street. Overall present stay with value money!

It's Great! Me and my fellow uni friend stayed in The Village Langkawi for only three nights. It already made us feel like home and missed it so much while we were leaving. It's very natural (cattle are all around and chicken woke us up every morning) and a good night view (thousands of millions stars can be seen in the sky). The hotel itself is good. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi is strong. And the host of the Hotel allowed us to use the frige. They also helped us to take care of our stuff even though we'd checked out. Five minutes' walk to Pantai Ceneng main road (which all restaurants and shops are around) and Pantai Cenang beach as well. Ten minutes to Airport. All in all, recommend The Village Langkawi to everyone!

I was actually pleasantly surprised upon checking in to the unit last time. Not only they allowed me to check in relatively early, the process was also so easy. The room was quite spacious, very clean and looked new. All the basic needs are provided. Would definitely stay there again. Travellers are advised to have own transportation for easy access as it is slightly on the outskirts of Cenang beach.

Booked the hotel for a superior room with breakfast thru Agoda and went there with 2 other friends for 1 night stay. The hotel location is shown wrong in google maps and also in Waze. I don't know how to correct it though.. But the hotel location shown in Agoda is correct. The breakfast provided is so so. Not very grand nor poor. It was simple and nice. But It can be improved better. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is nicely done and also clean. Only problem is the shower pressure in my room is not very high and water temperature for me is not sufficient. Hotel room may smell different from room to room. My friend said his room has a little odour, but tolerable. Mine was fine. Let me come down to the list of pro's and con's : pros: - Clean and spacious room - Secure. The room is secured by a touch card lock system. - Room comes with a sofa and a flat screen tv. - Very quite at night since there is no pubs or bars around there. - Friendly staffs - Walking distance to Cenang beach and Cenang road. Cons: - Road leading to the hotel is potholed and quite bad especially when it rains. - Quite difficult to locate the hotel without any signboards and directions, plus GPS (google and waze) showing different location than the actual location. - Bathroom shower pressure quite low and shower not hot enough for me. - Breakfast provided is just OK. Not grand and can be improved with more variety of choices. - No lift. Only stairs ( as far as I noticed). So, it may cause problem for anyone who have trouble climbing flight of stairs especially if they got their room on the 3rd floor.

1. Very friendly staff and spacious room. 2. Not really situated near to the beach, need to cross the main road & walk a few hundred metres to Pantai Cenang. 3. Place is peaceful & suitable for family 4. Room has a separated mini kitchen with mini fridge and a sink. 5. The management might consider to add a wardrobe or simple cupboard for hanging clothes. 6. TV couldn't functioning and management informed technician hasn't been able to come and do some repairs. 4 days without tv and thank god the children were not complaining!
