Hotels near Cameron Highlands Jungle Trail No. 1

What can I say? Location, Location, Location. The bad things first: no starbucks close by, no shopping centres nearby, unheated swimming pools... The good things: The bus from Singapore (Five-star) comes straight direct to Copthorne Hotel (leaves the hotel too). The hotel is situated in the highest point of Cameron Highlands, giving it a divine view of the sunrise from virtually every room of the hotel. The furnishing was minty new and the toilet (not exactly a Turkish bath) is clean and pristine for my use in this 3d/2n trip. No aircon, but hey, who needs aircon in the highlands? The staff are friendly, I must commend Josephine in particular who was particularly reassuring when, on my way back to Singapore, I was a little antsy when my bus was approximately 10 minutes late (typical city-living neuroticism acting up again). My advice is to get the Titiwangsa tours (605)4911-452 to show you around because Cameron Highlands is a huge sprawling vortex of mountains and tea plantation. My guide Logash was particular nice to drive me out to Tanah Rata to utilize the only Maybank ATM machine in the mountain. Am ever so appreciative. To round it all up, the coffee served every morning for the hotel breakfast (which comes at a pittance of a top-up with the room), is thick and good 'grog' guaranteed to add a dose of 'uumpph' (sorry BOH) to your highland experience. And anyway who comes to the *Highlands* to shop in malls or swim in hotel pools or drink in fancy starbucks. Save that instead for daily living in the lowlands.

The apartment is very clean, new & beautiful! The location is ideal, with shopping mall, groceries stores like 7 -11, convenient store - watson, eateries, small fruit stalls. clothing store, etc. Hey...there is even a bike shop there too....great place!!!! ...and they rent bikes to ride too (up sungai palas BOH & gunung brinchang & beyond....) The place / apartment is quiet, peaceful and not crowded. The area is surrounded with plush green trees & hill. Nice view from the apartment balcony / windows too. The 3 bedroom apartment is located on a new wing building, just adjacent to the mall & mini funfair building. I would definitely choose stay here again. No doubt, I would return here for my next visit to Cameron Highlands. A Wonderful resort.

if i go to cameron highland, i always booking rosa passadena hotel because this hotel at brinchang. i like go to brinchang and i like to stay at this hotel.this hotel make me can release my tension after working everyday.so this hotel make me and my wife happy.if i want go to cameron highland again, this hotel was my choise. night at rosa passadena is very silent and this make me comfortable. however, hotel rosa passadena is my right selection.if my other family want go to cameron highland i will suggest hotel passadena to them.i will thank to staff of rosa passadena because

It is great for anyone who are looking for a place that centrally located in Cameron Highland. You can travel by foot from the hotel to night market to buy various of things. You can find food very easily because the hotel is near with restaurants, KFC and etc. I would suggest to go here on weekdays because on weekend the car park is limited. You also can buy a travel map from the lobby if you are not familiar with Cameron Highland around RM4.

I booked a Family Room for three. The description says it has a Queen Bed + Single Bed and is 14 sq meters. However, the room actually has a King Bed + Single Bed and I think the room is at least 20 or 22 sq meters, excluding a small balcony, so I was definitely not disappointed with what I got. It has good working hot shower, satisfactory amenities, electric kettle (no coffee / tea). It is not the most modern room, nor is it super clean, but it is good enough. For those expecting air conditioning in Cameron Highlands, you don't need it. Property has good parking facilities and is only a five minute walk to the happening part of Brinchang. Only disadvantage is it is near the main road so it is not as peaceful as you'd expect.

Booked 2 double room and they provide interconnect room which can access both room in between (thumb up and common area just opposite our room) 8. Like the design of shower door can be use as toilet door (make the room more spacious) 9. Bean bag provided in the room 10. Small compartment to store Luggage under the bed 11. Small staircase for old folk who are not able to climb up to bed (tho it's not high) 12. The 2nd room I book come with small hook on the ceiling (guess it's for family with children to hang the baby swing bed if needed) 13. Hairdryer provided

we arrived earlier than we were supposed to at noon and were told we could only check in at 3pm. we politely asked for them to arrange for us to have the rooms located closer to each other and they helped us check and got us on the same floor, and while they were at it, they checked us in earlier as the rooms were already available. how about that! the hotel is quite old, so the furnishings/carpets have seen better days but we were there not to stay in the hotel all day long but to walk around and sightsee at cameron highlands, and not complaining about no swimming pool cos it's so cold there who wants to take a dip in a freezing pool? food was okay, standard fare for hotels. dinner was a pleasant surprise as we were totally not expecting dinner to be included. buffet style(only for vege) and a set of meat/seafood and personal steamboat for each table. one table one steamboat. this is cameron highlands so the veges are fresh, and they allow you to refill your vege from the buffet line as much as you like during dinner! love the farms (strawberry, cabbages and many other vege farms) which are within driving distance. will stay here again the price is right.

Snooze Hotel is the best hotel that I ever stay in Cameron Highlands. I had went to cameron highlands for 5 times and this is the best and cheaper hotel that I stayed. The hotel location is at Brinchang, just a few walks from KFC, security is good (need assess card to enter hotel), just it dont have lift and a bit difficult for elder people. However, once u step in, the design and cleanliness will attract u. Room is big and clean, bathroom is big too. Every floor there is a common area for u to watch TV, online, and have brand new water dispenser for you. From the hotel step out, restaurant is available anywhere, night market is nearby. Highly recommended if u go cameron highlands!!

pro : kebersihan ok & memuaskan. berdekatan dgn kedai mkn,atm,pam minyak & tempat menarik di cameron highlands.. kontra: lif kecil hanye muat 2-3 orang sahaja.bila hari weekends ramai check in, internet access jadi slow sangat.kami check in hari jumaat,masa tu internet laju lagi..parking limited sbb hotel area shop lots..sape cepat,dapat la parking..kihkih.. ape pun berbaloi dgn harga bayar.puas hati.

Not many family suite can be found among the hotel in Cameron but Hotel Pop Ash is one of the very few. It's located in a very strategic place, walking distance to the Brinchang Night Market. The receptionist is from KL not local and little knowledge of the Place of Interest in Cameron. Hopefully she will be more knowledgeable after a longer stay and able to recommend places for the tourist.

Cameron Highlands has a new regulation on parking. You would need to get parking coupons and they are to be used every day, from 8-6pm so I suggest you leave a coupon or two for the next day beforehand in your car just to be safe (in case if you don't wake up early to put in a fresh coupon for the day). My friends stayed in Silverstar Hotel across the street and they do not recommend there at all. I would recommend you reading their review. Although I stayed in a dorm, it was very comfortable. There were 4 of us in the room and the shower outside was decent. There's even a microwave, a fridge and some refreshments (coffee/tea packets) which I was told from my friends that Silverstar does not provide. The receptionist are super friendly and helpful and if you are students like me, staying here in a dorm is just perfectly fine! I even got my room deal for RM18 (used AgodaCash redemption). So a hot shower, WIFI, friendly staff and comfy bed for RM18? Thats a big yes!!!

we all was gone to cameron to enjoy the fresh air and cool whether when penang state's holiday. i had tried to make a hotel booking through internet and phone call on few choice but all the reply yo me is fully booked. luckily finally i still can get a apartment through agoda. this apartment's location is quite good. outside the apartment is the cameron night market so we just need to walking to the night market. if you drive to this night market is very traffic jam and difficult to get a car park or you need to pay rm3 for private parking. i think this apartment is operating quite some time because the furniture and the hotel look like quite old already. the hotel's management side quite helpful to help us get a room because we are arrive early than the check in time.

This is a short trip to Cameron Highlands with my family. This hotel is quite nice with the central location in Brinchang. Restaurant and night market are within walking distance. Initially I'm booked a deluxe triple room, while I check-in, hotel staff told me that the room I booked is not available and arranged superior triple room to us. When get entered the hotel room, I can noticed that the room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The problem we are facing is the water heater sometime will be out of function and sometime the shower water is become cold. This really give me a big challenge to help my 4 years old son to complete each shower session. This hotel is not provided any private car park for guest. We need to search for the parking at near by public parking area. The room that we stay is at the highest floor and there is only stair case provided, this is a hard-work for my husband to carry luggage from ground floor to the room we stay. Due to our room is facing main road as well, this is quite noisy during night time. Besides that, the 'soundproof' between corridor and room is not really good. I always can hear people at corridor talking with each other very clearly. Overall, this hotel is recommend to stay with the low room rate and clean room if compare with others hotel that available in Brinchang.

From the hotel, it's very easy to go to many tourist attractions, from Cactus Valley, Big Red Strawberries Farm to the famous temple which is only 15 mins walk. The receptionist was very nice, he could help you arrange a tour-day around Cameron Highlands for you to explore the area by yourself. Free hot tea (self-serve) and drinking water. Definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Located in the town center of Brincang. Simple but comfortable room. I have been here a few times booking the same hotel. The price is Ok for a family room for 5 person. But every year there will be price increase. Parking is a problem but once you get it do not move or it will be taken away by another car. RM0.60 is charged every hour from 0800 am till 1800 hrs daily including Saturdays & Sundays & make sure to get ready your parking tickets as the enforcement team is very efficient in issuing summons. Food is not a problem as there are many restaurants at walking distance. Maybe due to dry spell, during my visit it was not cold at all in the afternoons. Morning and night is ok. Overall a recommended hotel for a short stay in Cameron Highlands.
