The deluxe family room was very spacious & clean. The sheets, towels & bathroom was well cleaned with no stains. The room has no aircond as Cameron Highlands is already quite cold, they do have 1 wall fan. The room has 1 window & can be opened if you want to let the cold air inside. They have a water dispenser & also iron on the 1st floor. The best thing about this hotel is the location, got many shops (restaurants, convenience store) & also walking distance to Cameron Centrum Mall. If you want to have ikan bakar for dinner can also walk to Nik's Ikan bakar which is near to the mall. Please bear in mind that the parking for this hotel is a public parking area, which means you have to pay for the parking either by using the parking coupon (can buy at the nearby store) or using the PahangGo parking app. Overall it was a nice stay at this hotel👍
Value for money, i just paid RM79 for two King size bed with city view. Cleanliness just fair No lift No aircond only fan but enough because its already cold. Good for short stay. I recommend
Great location, clean rooms, and wonderful staff made our stay unforgettable. The facilities were top-notch, and the walkability to nearby shops and attractions was a big plus. Only downside was limited parking availability. Overall, highly recommend.
The small room is just right for a budget vacation like mine. Solo trip 👍🏻 If you bring older parents, it might be difficult because the hotel doesn't have a lift and you have to climb the stairs even if it's on the third floor 😅 All the amenities are there, they even provide an iron, although outside the room parking is a bit limited hehe. Just the other day, my room had a dead cockroach 😭 Thank goodness it was dead; if it were alive, I would sleep outside hehe but everything else was fine, worth the price of under 100 for one night. The important thing is there are no "GHOSTS" 😝 Recommended! 👍🏻

If you’re on a budget, this might be an option for you. But please expect pillow cases and bedsheets are not cleaned. It smelled and looks like already used from previous guests. I expected a small room but didn’t expected those things. The only good thing is that you will have private bathroom. I couldn’t sleep much that night as i slept in the very corner of the bed where it’s slightly cleaned and good thing i have a jacket with me which i made as blanket. I planned to extend my stay in cameron as i only booked for 1 night. But didn’t extend my stay on that hotel. When i checked out, I transferred to a diff one near the bus station. The price is not much of a difference but the room and bathroom is more spacious, and a cleaned bedsheet.
