Exceptional”
Booked room for 3. I stayed with 2 elderly people. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially the concierge and also the valet parking. (all guests require the valet) RM10 for entire trip for parking. One time payment when you check out. Just a tiny comment, the room is for 3 ppl but all items were only for 2 pax. I do not know if this is the norm for 3 pax booking because this has happened in the past in other hotel chains. The sofa bed was not set up with bed linen either and no extra pillows or comforter provided. It was a comfy sofa but no comforter was kinda :( for me. We did call and request for bed linen which they brought over quite quickly. They also made the sofa bed for me the next day. Overall good location with many eateries within walking distance. Had a good stay and enjoyed it.

Rome services very good, always fullfill what we need, attitude very good. Reception services very good, very helpful even send pickup food to my room, feel warm for their services Room is clean, toilet space is big enough. Aircond can be adjust. Watching tv on bed before sleep is enjoy, it would be better if movie have subtitle 24hour Gym & swimming pool is one of the reason i choose this hotel, suitable for those who need daily exercise. The pool view is superb, it turn to a Bar at night. Parking Valet is convinient as well their jockey services are great, RM10 per entry. Hotel location is good. Nearby alot of restaurants & cafe, eastern & western plenty of choices. Last but not least, i highly recomeend this hotel is because price worthy. With the quality of the hotel, it is cheaper alot compare to others.

Wonderful and Comfortable Stay”
Hotel was newly renovated with clean rooms, a “well-stocked” gym and a nice pool. Hotel staff were friendly and they helped with our requests. The vintage hotel design was certainly very pleasing. New restaurants are opening just opposite too! Overall a very satisfied stay.

Strategic location”
Many eateries around this area, you can find local delights, cafe food, night bar, and so on within the area. Walking distance to monorail, if you are driving, Bukit Bintang is just 5 to 10 mins drive away depends on the traffic. The parking is RM10 per stay. I stayed here 5 years ago when they newly opened and this was my returned stay, I would say the hotel is quite well maintained. Staffs are friendly and prompt, gym facilities is basic but clean, overall is a decent stay at this price point. Highly recommended because of the strategic location.

Great hotel. Spent our honeymoon in KL.”
Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights: 1. Clean and spacious room. 2. Very thoughtful hotel team. We mentioned in our Agoda booking that we will spend our honeymoon in KL. Upon arrival in our room, they left a note "Happy Honeymoon" and a chocolate cake. 3. Good location. Near several restaurants and bars: Limapulo, Yut Lee and Joloko. Near convenience stores: 7-Eleven and KK Mart. 4. They make up the room daily. 5. Good room facilities: hot shower, bidet, toiletries, coffee machine, etc. 6. Very beautiful roof deck bar and pool. Perfect view of KL Tower. 7. Smooth check-in and check-out. 8. We haven't tried the food and breakfast buffet since we opted to go around the food shops near the hotel. 9. Near the LRT station. Highly recommended hotel when staying in KL. Thank you so much!

Fantastic New Year’s Eve stay”
We stayed here during the New Year’s Eve. Very pleasant experience. Most hotel rooms with carpet have a musty smell but not with this hotel, rooms are very well maintained and very clean. Love the classy and luxury interior design too. Washroom and shower with marble flooring are quite spacious. Pool and the bar at the rooftop have very nice views! Service is great as well! It was a very great stay.

Would definitely come back again! I had a 3D2N staycation at this hotel, everything was amazing. All the staffs are so friendly, thanks for the Valet parking service, hotel were clean, gym room is amazing(they provide sky juice, wipes, towel and facial tissue)we can use it after our workout. The location is GREAT, as there are plenty of cafes, restaurants around the hotel.

We spent 4 nights here as our farewell to living in Malaysia for 4 years. The staff were so friendly and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. We used the gym and pool a lot, both were very well maintained. We also used the car parking service (10rm for our stay). The hotel is an easy walk to the MRT or Monorel station. I would stay here again on our return to KL.

Lovely staycation place to get away from work and other chores. The staff are superbly friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped onto the front entrance. Front desk was courteous and efficient. The room was clean, bathroom was spacious and bed are very comfortable. Pillows soft and fluffy. While the view was nothing much to about but the huge windows gives natural lighting. Overall I am very pleased with the decision to stay within the city centre. There are lots of nice eateries within a short walking distance. Thank you Stripes for the R&R I wanted.

Value for money”
Strategic location with eateries,in walkable distance. Traffic was slightly congested in the neighborhood during weekend (lunch/dinner time). Room was superb : air con strong and adjustable, rainfall showerhead with strong water pressure, good coffee machine with nice coffee capsule. They even facilitate my special request for birthday celebration with nice choc cake. Cheap parking rate of Rm10 per stay, that can in and out multiple times, with help of jockey.

I was asked to try check-in at the Stripes because the hotel that I booked (The Red One) was closed because of a power failure. I was not informed about it earlier and was stranded with no room. Thankfully the receptionist at the Stripes was so helpful and even helped me to call Agoda to rearrange a hotel room for me. So grateful to the male and female staff at the front desk. (can't recall their names). I was there on 24 December 2021. They even upgrade my room to a studio. 5 stars for the Stripes staff. Very satisfied.

Excellent hotel and location!”
Had a wonderful stay at Stripes and enjoyed the little neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for the value. However if you are traveling for business please note that the WiFi was very slow, so would not recommend if you plan on taking video calls from the room.

Nice staycation”
Chose this hotel since it's under YTL & it wasn't fully booked as other hotel. Surprisingly it was a pleasant stay. Simple room with good amenities. Pool view is so nice. Just spare some money for parking and it took quite some time to get to your car.
