The hotel location is right next to the train station, so it's very convenient to walk out and reach the hotel. However, it may be a bit tiring to walk from Chinatown as it is a steep slope. Taking the train for 1 RM is more convenient. The hotel breakfast is very delicious, everything is tasty. There is also a café in the hotel, which is very convenient. All amenities are provided, including a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

No need to buy as long as you have a water bottle. - Free toiletries, free use of kettle, cups - Hot water in the shower is great and has good pressure also - Nice receptionists, very helpful and they speak good English CON: - Bidet is for left-handed people, it is long enough so you can still use it - SmartTV at our room is not as smart, it buffers due to slow internet Overall, it was a great stay. I will definitely think of going back to this place if I ever plan another KL trip.

Despite the low cost, the rooms are surprisingly spacious and provide a comfortable space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The receptionist was approachable and friendly, which added a positive touch to the overall guest experience. However, during my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room on the 4th floor not cooling as efficiently as we would have liked. Despite this, the room was still bearable and did not significantly impact our stay.

(+) - Just need a minute walking to the nearest train station (Merdeka Station) - The room was spacious, clean, hot water work properly too. And full aminities. - They have a water dispenser on the floor near elevator, so we can refill our drink in anytime. - Also the have an iron corner too, so you dont have to worry about your clothes being crumpled. (But you need to see the (-) part about this) (-) - The exhaust fan on my bathroom didnt work. so the floor cant be dry fast, and the bathroom full of steam when you using the hot water. I already complained it to the deskroom, but i didnt get any action about that, they didnt even bother to giving me the explanation about why the exhaust fan didnt work. Oh well.. - The iron on 5th floor, better not using it, especially when your clothes is white. They leave stain, make me piss off about it. I coming on September 2023, hope they already change the iron with a new one. - and you NEED TO CONFIRM, i repeat, NEED TO CONFIRM with the front desk if you want your room getting cleaned up. If u dont say anything about it, they wont touch your room. Because they dont have like "clean the room" or "do not disturb" signage hanging on the door. - The hotel location really near the train railway, so you'll heard about train passing by from 05.00am to 00.00am. Some people might be disturb with this situation. Its inevitable.
