Modern room and location ”

We booked an executive room but was upgraded to a suite (thank you Novotel kuala lumpur). The room was modern and we couldn't find any fault with it. At first before arriving I was nervous from Reading some negative reviews but I guess those guest Were placed in rooms that have not been refurbished. Novotel at Kia Peng road is very well located. Less than a minute away is a pedestrian bridge that connects you to the pavilion mall (2 mins)and klcc (10-15 mins). We didn't get to try the restaurants or room service because the pavillion has a wide range of restaurants and a huge food court. I've stayed at various hotels in kl before but find the Novotel to be one The best in terms of location. The room was also much better compared to the overpriced Dorsett hotel. The only drawback was the wifi in the room was only for one.

Great location but Stay at Novotel for easy access to Pavilion the huge shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. You can bascially get everything from here. Nearby shopping centres are KLCC and many more! Remember to claim your tourist discount card from the reception of KLCC shopping mall to enjoy 10% discounts on most shops! The bad about the hotel is the super soft pillows. We certainly don't enjoy our sleep and often feel uncomfortable. Time to change pillows! Overall a pleasant stay!worse pillow ever.

Conveniently located hotel in city centre”

This is a comfortable international hotel located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. I chose this hotel because the price was reasonable, the quality and service is good, it is centrally located in the KLCC area (good for business meetings) and is right next door to the large Pavilion shopping mall. You can walk into the Pavilion mall in 2 minutes from the hotel and it has a wide range of restaurants and in particular and excellent food court in the basement with a wide range of local foods at very reasonable prices. The Pavilion mall also has extensive shopping opportunities if you are so inclined.

Nice hotel in an excellent occasion”

this is a reasonably priced hotel in a very convenient location in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. I suspect the hotel was recently renovated but they did a good job and I only realised from the bathroom (fittings were an older style). My room was excellent with acomfortable but firm bed. The service and the hotel was very good and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, particularly if I got the same price. Another benefit is that it was always relatively easy to get a taxi if you took the hotel taxi - this is the same price as the higher tier of taxes which are driving around KL anyway. However if you want to be obstinate and try to get the cheapest budget taxi then you might have to wait a while (but that's true anywhere in KL).

Beautiful Hotel with warm people”

i arrived in lcct malaysia last december 3 and nice malaysian people at the bus ticketing office help me have a direct trip by bus from lcct to novotel klcc for only mr18. upon the arrival at the novotel around 10pm, the hotel staff greeted me with a warm smile and assisted me with my luggage. then the receptionist directly handed me my room key right after i handed to her the copy of my agoda confirmation voucher. im glad that agoda already prepared everything for my stay at novotel that i encountered no hassles during my happy days in klcc. novotel is at the center of klcc. it is just a walking distance from varied beautiful malls and eco-parks in the area. it is also just a 5 to 10-min walking distance to different hotels and conference sites. the staff are very much willing to assist you in calling a taxi, or for your route to particular destinations, or when you ask for stores where you can buy inexpensive souvenirs and delicious asian delicacies. it made my experince in malaysia a happy, untiring, safe and memorable one. agoda and novotel became one of the reasons why i hope to visit malaysia again. :)

Nice Hotel”

i had arrived at novotel kuala lumpur at 6 am, i thought it too early to get our rooms ( i'm booking 2 rooms ) , yes our rooms are not ready yet, so i request for 1 room first because i have a little daughter ( 3 years old ) , the reception is very care, she borrowed us a suite rooms for take a rest until our rooms are ready, but when i request for late check out, they only gave me until 1 pm, but that fine for me. actually the hotel is very nice, clean room, great location, the pavilion mall is just beside , only take 10 minute walk to get to klcc ( petronas tower ), thanks agoda

Very good location within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre area. Bridge walkway links to KLCC mall. Just acroos the road is the Bukit Bintang area. The hotel has facilities suitable for all members of the family. Breakfast is a good spread both local and English Reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly and courteous to our requests. Will definitely return again

Good Hotel in Town”

Novotel Hotel is a good hotel in town. it located between Bukit Bintang and KLCC. It take 7 minutes walk to Pavillion Mall, 10 minutes walk to Sg. Wamg Plaza and 20 minutes to KLCC. Novotel hotel Kuala Lumpur just renovated. The room size is just fit for 2 persons staying, bed is comfortable, new carpet, hot water is good and water pressure is good. The Centralise aircond is hard to control as sometime we feel cold and sometime feel not cool as temperature set as 13 and fan speed is highest. The room is come with 55 inch LED, but the channel selection is very limited especially no channel for Chinese beside NTV 7 and 8TV. The hotel do not serve buffet breakfast and they only provide simple breakfast and send to the room in the morning. The hotel parking need to pay RM 5.00 per day but can be multiple entry in and out within a day or 24 hours. However, we will recommend this hotel to those who need to stay in Kuala Lumpur City Center.

Great Location”

Whether for shopping or business, Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is located in an ideal location just behind Pavilion KL which is a large and modern mall on Jalan Bukit Bintang. The hotel is simply furnished and clean although it is located in a relatively old building. However, the location makes it ideal and relatively affordable compared to the surrounding hotels in the vicinity.

Excellent Hotel at prime location in Kuala Lampur”

We went for 1 day trip to Kuala Lampur. As the time was very less for us, we had to cover shopping and sight seeing. All the major shopping malls like Pavilion, Times Square, Golden Triange, Umbi Street market are very close to Novotel. Pavilion which is the major shopping complex in Kuala Lampur is just 1 minute walk. KLCC is 10 minute walk and also you can find various attractions across the road. We got a free upgrade to the executive suite and also the view from the Hotel was amazing. The room facilities were very good and WIFI was free. We would highly recommend this hotel for those are going to Kuala lampur for shopping and quick sight seeing.

superb location”

when staying in kuala lumpur for a short while, highly consider novotel hydro majestic. it's location is walking distance to the essential sites in kuala lumpur. RIGHT ACCROSS the hotel is pavilion shopping mall which, for me, is the best shopping mall in KL. it is also a few minutes walk to the petronas towers and klcc suria (another shopping mall), and bintang walk. the rooms were clean and there was a prtial view of the petronas from our room... not bad!!! just beware of the gap-toothed lady in the taxi/limousine desk. i simply asked what is there too see in bintang walk and she said it was a 20 minute walk and if i needed a cab. well it was NOT a 20 minute walk after all... 10 minutes at most!

Good hotel and location”

Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur is under going construction and I am fully aware of it. Although it's a little bit hot when we check-in. I thought it will get cooler but it's not but we managed. The staff are so nice and friendly. Location are very accessible to malls and restaurant. Overall stay was really okay, my family enjoyed it and we will consider coming back.

Enjoy staying one night stay at Novotel Hotel with a very comfortable room. And Novotel Hotel location is a very strategic area which is located in just a few minutes walk to the famous twin tower shopping centre, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and also just a few minutes walk to the executive and exclusive shopping centre Pavillion with a very beautiful Christmas decoration. Great location and great room ”

The Novotel undoubtedly is the best hotel I've stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Room was clean and sufficient for a pleasant 2 nights stay. Right next door are the Hakka Restaurant where the food may not be the best but I have no complaints, and Pavilion is just a short walk away up a set of escalators which leads to KLCC and the busy Bukit Bintang area.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. If you know the way, you can walk to the KLCC where you find trains and busses that take you to Sentral (from there it takes one hour on the airport). Very comfortable beds and great bathroom. The soap smels great! Friendly en helpful staff.

Novotel Norsk Hydro is a four star hotel and deserves that distinction fully. The best feature is the central location (Bukit Bintang and KLCC area) which is great for all kinds of shopping tours. The rooms are standard, clean, the service is very correct; the pool and fitness areas are more than adequate. Altogether, I enjoyed staying there and will probably return to the same hotel on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur !

The Novotel is not for you if you are looking for 5* luxury.However we booked the junior suite and for the price we paid were extremely satisfied. A large living room, sizeable bedroom and large bathroom were above standard. We had little contact with the staff but those we did have contact with were extremely pleasant and friendly. The breakfast on the executive floor was excellent. The best thing was the proximity to both Pavillion and KLCC. We would definitely book Novotel again for a short city break.

Good location,just 5-10 mins walk to KLCC. Nice view,you can see the twin tower from window in some rooms. Spacious and clean room,a little bigger than the room in other Novotels. Value for money. It's really a good choose for staying in Kuala Lumpur,both for business and travel.
