Budget hotel , worth the money ”

Price is cheap suitable for short stay or overnight , staff is friendly . some room not good maintain . some was water leaking and ceramic fall without repair.Have lot of parking on site.

price is very cheap if booking with agoda. got better discount compare with walk in. Location very near to PLUS Highway and surround with aminities area.

overall its okay, what u paid u get it. Less facilities and small room its a budget hotel. Nice receptionist also the location of hotel is good, very near to high way. its enough to somebody who want take a nap while tired driving on long journey.

Should improve cleanliness. It's really a bit weird with the hotel rules where the customer need to bring out towels and remote tv over the counter upon check-out such unreasonable.

Average hotel, nothing out of the ordinary”

It is an average hotel. You get what you pay for. That being said, there are other hotels in surrounding towns that are better for the same price.

Nice place to stay”

Staff is friendly, helpful, the bathroom is clean eventhough not all the bathrooms, strategy location near the highway bukit beruntung exit, near restaurant and etc. Great place to stay.

Low Budget Hotel”

Not so Comfortable, Requested Clean Bed sheet and Pillow but was not done, Bathroom also not so clean. Found lots of hairs on bed and funny smell in rooms. I was put in a room where I think it is nearby the water pump or something, very noisy at a point and got awake a few times because of the noise of the pump. One thing good about the hotel is the Free WIFI, and plenty uncovered carpark at front of the hotel.

Stayed a few times at this hotel already. Some rooms are clean. Some are smelly. Once I had to buy my own pillow because the pillows in the room were smelly even after I got the staff to replace the pillow cases. The rooms downstairs that face the road are nice and clean. Need to ask the staff for toilet rolls/tissue papers though.

Room a bit smelly. Took Family room with not so good condition. 01 night with cockroach. No coffee/tea facility in the room even for higher category room . overall satisfactory, worth with the price

A place to put up if you don't mind a few flaws..”

Insincere service rendered. Firstly, the hotel do not have the booking form and I need to email my booking form to them on the spot. It took sometime before we can be checked in. Secondly, we were given a different room (3 bedded) as compared to what we have booked (4 bedded). When approached, the staff simply brushed off by saying that the picture posted on Agoda is a wrong picture. The service is simple unaccptable. Though a newly setup hotel, the place is poorly maintained with very dirty floor mat in the room. Seriously, I wouldn't come here again.

I am regular here, on business trip. Once I left my shirt there without realising. They kept it until I come back. There is a night guard to ensure safety.
