"I had a 13 hour layover in Kuala Lumpur on my way to Kathmandu, so I decided to go out the airport and see Petronas Twin Towers and have a decent place to sleep for the night as I arrived around 10 pm from Hongkong. I actually booked at The Bed in advance and I just paid around 800PHP via Agoda for one night! I took the female solo pod which consists of a shoe locker outside, a dental kit, towel, a locker beneath the bed and a bed with cover. That is already great because the accommodation is quite good, cozy, and good for solo traveller like me. LOCATION: It took me around 45 minutes to 1 hour to get to The Bed from the airport giving that the KLIA Expres travel time to KL Sentral is 28 to 30 minutes. From KL Sentral, get a (coin) ticket via RapidKL to Dang Wangi station (if you don't mind walking around 10 minutes to hotel),turn left, take the overpass, walk straight until you saw Bukit Nanas station. Cross the street. The nearest station from the hotel is Bukit Nanas station, which I took from the hotel to KL Sentral that cost me 3.70 MYR. I don't saw in the map that Bukit Nanas station will be passed by using Gombak line from KL Sentral because it is in the Titiwangsa line which you can also take, just walk from KL Sentral to Mid Valley station. The Bed is in the Vortex building, beside 7-11 so you will be able to see it clearly. RECEPTION: I checked in near midnight, and the receptionist is a Filipino and also some other Filipinos are checking in that time. The check in and check out was smooth and incredibly fast. INTERNET CONNECTION: Wi-Fi is reliable and good. I can still do some video calls while at the washroom and any part of the hotel. FOOD: The food was not that good, without variety. Breakfast was only a Malaysian rice (with peanuts, dried fish and half hard boiled egg) and breads. The drinks was water, coffee and tea. I hope they will add more in the future. Other than that, I can say that I can re"

"Perhaps this is one of the most value Backpacker hostel in Kuala Lumpur, I will come back again. They be able to met all the basic criteria for the Backpacker accommodation. in particular cleanliness and comfortability, which I believe it is not easy for a hostel management to achieve this, when there are so many kinds of people around the world staying in the common area. I hope they will continue to maintain the quality."

"I had a meeting at Hospital Ampang and booked Sojourn Guest House becaused its less than 1km away. I came for business, but had a really restful stay. The free green tea and rest area are great. The room is spacious for the price with nice and interesting features. It is also well equipped with iron/ironing board, hair dryer etc which in other hotels would be on special request especially at this price range. The staff were helpful and polite. I was blown away with the complimentary breakfast set voucher which was given to me on check-in. The coffee at the adjoining restaurant is especially mentionable. Parking is along the main street, if you are lucky you can get the reserved parking right in front of the lobby. All in all, I would recommend this hotel as it is very nearby Hospital Ampang and also provides lots of addons which make for a pleasent restful stay. "

"I’ll rate 11/10 if they allow me. First off, let’s start with the location. It is strategically located in the heart of chinatown, where food is abundant, just a stone throw away from petaling street and a short walk to the mrt/ lrt station. Plus you get to ride the free GoKL bus! Next, the facilities of the hostel. The hostel is equipped with A/C that turn on all day long that make your butt freeze like you’re in the Arctic but that’s okay because you’ll have that refreshing feeling when you return from a 36’c weather. When they say ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’, they weren’t kidding. Bread with various spread and healthy oats are provided-FREE! Staff of the hostel? Friendly, helpful, nice and make you feel welcome as you step into the main entrance! What more can I say? Not forgetting the hidden gem above the hostel. A quintessential drinking spot, Attic Bar to enjoy a night-view of Kuala Lumpur while sipping on the cocktail, served by the gorgeously-clad bartenders. I had only wanted to stay for a night or two but I extended my stay up to 3 weeks because this hostel just screams comfort (not a 4 star hotel sort) where travellers come together to connect and explore the beauty of Malaysia. Travelhub is not just a hostel, it is a place that brings people together. "

"there is nothing to complain about - it honestly is the best hostel i'd ever stayed, and i am traveling since one year now. its more a home like a hostel, the staff is everytime very nice and helpful. you can refill your waterbottle, everything is clean, they have free soap in warm showers, locker in your room, good breakfast, nice rooftop to hangout and chill and in the evening it is a bar. many opportunies around to get cheap food, and the food in mingle café is also delicious. i can highly recommend to everyone to stay here - i stayed nearly one month :-) thanks for everything and all the best for you! we will see us again!"

"It locates right in the center of Kuala Lumpur, you can walk to Pavilion, Jalan Alor night market, MRT station, Lot10,... and many restaurants & coffee shops like McDonald, KFC, Starbucks,... Family Mart, KK, Minigood are all around you. This is the best location ever. The toilets are a little small, but it's not really a big problem for us. There is a big kitchen that you can have free coffee, fridge and microwave is available too. The staffs are so nice, friendly and polite, they help us brigging our luggages downstairs without asking. Thanks!"

"The regalia suites itself is an amazing resort but the Staff of the hostel section are shameful. My last day was summed up by me witnessing 2 of the men hostel owners attacking my 2 friends physically, one who was a girl. After the incident had passed they "owners of the hostel" and the security that came up to relieve the situation simply laughed. They saw nothing wrong with physical force against woman and that was a damn shame. Shame on them. Block A 23-27"

"Located inside the Mercu Summer Suite, just beside renaissance hotel and 3minutes walk to Bukit Nanas monorail station. you need to call or whatsapp the hostel when you arrive at the apt lobby so you can get the access to pass the security by showing your booking id to the reception counter. check in is pretty okay but the staff is very friendly named Nisa :), she's also very helpful too! The room is clean, bed is also clean and comfy, and toilet as well. You also can freely use all the utilities at the living room! i like the balcony area although it's small but it's nice space to chill for 1-2 person. there's also 24 hour convenient store at the lobby which is very useful to find food and other necessity. the only down side of the hostel is sometimes there's no one in charge at the reception counter, but i believe they might be busy during that time i need them. but which is okay to me. overall, i will come back again to this hostel to stay in future! thank you amethyst!
