    “Comfort stay & Responsive Host”

    Overall experience was great, it's an apartment with private host let's not compare with hotel service. Host was very responsive, friendly and help to settle carpark slot issue when it was deliberately park by someone else. Instructions for destination and self check was simple and easy. But shower heater not installed in one of the toilets - quite a pity, I have to trouble another room to use their toilet in the morning. Pro: - Spacious and clean - No pest observed - No bad odour - Enough Ventilation and Fans - Provide towels - Self Check-in - Kitchen is clean Cons: - Only one carpark slot, but outdoor visitor parking available FOC - Bedsheet has stains - Not enough sofa/chairs for gathering in living room - Hairdryer not working after a few mins (but workable after cool down) - Only 2 bathroom with heater.

    “Need to brush up cleaniness”

    Facilities maintenance and cleaniness really need to brush up. Saw the pillow with black mold, disgusting. Utensils are limited, sufficient for 3-4pax usage only. No water filter. Many light bulbs not working, environment very dim. Water pipe leaking, water heater not really functioning, need to slowly adjust. 3 bathrooms but only 2 water heaters. While eating steamboat, saw little cockroach running on the dining table. 😰

    “Value for money”

    Location, cleanliness: 5/5 Facilities: 3/5 water heaters are without holder, so you have to hold the shower head with your hand throughout your entire shower 🤣 Staff: 1/5 not responsive, and never sent check-in details until I texted him less than 12hrs before check in.

    “HSH level 7”

    Owner contacted me via Agoda prior to my arrival and provided instructions on where to park and collect the key. Instructions are clear. WIFI is good. TV has no interesting program hence no one is watching. While there are 3 bathrooms, 2 out of 3 Water heaters are not working. Apartment is near to lots of food option but no proper walking path up the apartment. You have to walk via the ramp for cars. Oh.. and the ramp up has a really very smelly drain.. you got to hold your breath.
