      Had a really bad experience previously with this place. The rooms is in really bad condition and old. The place is not even cleaned properly and there were ants and other insects in the room. Staff attitude was REALLY BAD as well, they accused us of stealing their Super lousy quality towels and tried to make us pay RM 50 for EACH TOWELS THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE US IN THE FIRST PLACE AND REFUSED TO RETURN US THE DEPOSIT OF THE ROOM. AWFUL PLACE AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

      Hotel en ruine!!!, super sale comme j'ai jamais vu de ma vie. Drap taché et déchiré. Les oreillés c'est pire! Le personnel est totalement détaché . Plein de fourmis, de vers et de crotte de souris. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenetre ( par mesure de securité c'est interdit) elle tienne a peine en place... Petit déjeuner c'est du riz et des nouilles. 1 plat de chaque. Je ne comprend pas qu'Agoda puisse proposer cet hotel!? Quand je dis que cet hotel est horrible, c'est gentil croyez moi.

      Cadar kotor minta ditukar tidak ditukar cuma dilap sahaja. Maklumlah kami travel bersama anak kecil, kadang2 muak dan muntah atas cadar katil. Selimut sgt nipis sama spt cadar. Bila minta tambahan selimut .... Dimaklumkan oleh staf hotel bahawa pelangan HJI kena bayar utk selimut tambahan.
