It was so good. The view from the sunset view room washes away the fatigue of travelers. The bedding was so comfortable that I was happy throughout my stay. The staff was very kind, and the facilities were clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious. There weren't many amenities within the accommodation, but it was okay since it was close to the city center.
It truly lives up to its reputation, with the high standards of cleanliness and facilities you’d expect from such a renowned name. The location is convenient, making it easy to navigate the city. The staff are remarkably kind and attentive; despite my lack of Japanese, they were always eager to help. They even brought in English-speaking staff to assist with any of my questions, no matter how small. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
From the atmosphere of the entrance upon arrival, to the journey to the room, and the experience inside the room, it was a wonderful space filled with luxury and the ambiance of Miyako Island. The cleaning was thorough and very sanitary. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and I was very satisfied from the morning.
The customer service is outstanding in every aspect, and everyone is calm, smiling, and kind, making it enjoyable to spend time here. There is also a Times Car Share on the premises, which is very convenient. The cleanliness is also very well maintained. However, the operating hours for room service and the restaurant are short, so if you have a late activity or want to eat after a spa treatment at night, you cannot get food. The prices for drinks are disproportionately high compared to the meal prices. The cakes at the shop are more expensive, but they are not included in the room service menu. The only dessert available for room service is ice cream, and there are no Japanese menu options. This hotel is not suitable for a relaxing trip where you can stay in your room, wake up whenever you like, eat, and not be restricted by time. It was very good that the breakfast buffet could be changed to a lunch set menu. It's convenient to check the availability of the coin laundry on the room TV; however, there are only four coin-operated washers, and the cost for drying is 800 yen, which makes it not cost-effective as you can wash only a small amount, and drying is poor. The pool hours are also short. The overall layout of the hotel is very good. Since there is nothing around and not much is sold at the shop, if you cannot drive, you may become a meal refugee. In mid-December, the rooftop bar is only open during times when you cannot enjoy the sunset. The short business hours meant that I was often stressed as I couldn't stop by the bar after going out before returning to the room. When many facilities have short opening hours, you have to plan everything precisely, which can be busy. The spa treatment, both in terms of facilities and techniques, was good. The shuttle bus is clean, comfortable, and well-driven, and the drivers are polite and it’s free. Access to the beach right in front is good. The pool is lovely and easy to enter, but in winter, only one pool is open, leaving no escape. The pool attendant just stood near the towels, and during the times when there were rambunctious children, even sitting on a deck chair resulted in getting splashed like at a dolphin show, which turned out to be a test of patience. If you ask if I would want to stay again, I would say yes, I would like to stay.

“Indeed, Hilton.”
The price may be a bit high, but there is no shortage of amenities such as concierge, swimming pool, breakfast, and room conditions. I requested a phone reservation in advance, and they happily accommodated it and followed up later. The pool looks beautiful in photos and is quite pleasant. Right in front, there is Sunset Beach, which is great for swimming. My friends and I shared a room for three, and it was spacious enough for all our luggage. The pajamas were also of good quality, so I slept well. I had no issues using the amenities in the shower as well. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the curry and pork were especially delicious. The croissants are served at a specific time, and I was lucky to be having breakfast then, so I got to eat them. The staff walks around to serve the croissants when they come out, so make sure to time it well! It costs about 900-1100 yen by taxi to get to the city center, but it can be hard to find a taxi, so I asked the hotel for help. I managed to catch one on the way back, but this was a little inconvenient. However, the facilities inside were really well done, so I would like to visit again for a longer stay in the future.
