Best hotel I stayed for awhile !”
Got to travel after a long time and and overall just excellent! Everything was above and beyond expectations. The staff especially was so friendly and even became friends with them at some point. The rooms where clean and spacious and breakfast was delicious! Will be staying here again every time I'm back in Thailand. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Romantic getaway with my hubby”
Came for my 8th year anniversary and loved it ! The room was clean with very nice amenities, especially the bathrobes. Has a balcony that overlooks the sea. Pool area has many photo taking spots which i love. Bellboy was very helpful and the front staffs were polite and welcoming. Highly recommended and will most likely be back !

very good price for a hotel located in the center of Pattaya City. Easily accessible to all the shopping malls and walking street and beach. The room is clean, slick and nice bath robes. Staff all very friendly and helpful. A great recommendation for friends and solo traveller.

The best value on beach road!”
Great location! Very large lobby, beautiful new hotel; view from the room was spectacular. Glass elevator had breathtaking sea-view. Beach was right out front and everything was near, being just around the corner. The Breakfast was good. Strongly recommend. Thanks to all friendly staff. Will definitely be returning for another great stay!

Fantastic location almost walking distance to walking street , soi bukake, soi LK Easy to reach jomtien via baht bus Bath busses easily available in either direction... .... Fantastic rooms fornthe price and good view even for ordinary rooms above floor 5 ... Great pad tomenkot outdoors ( not a resort , so don't go with a mindset of being inside the property)

Amazing Stay with cheerful staffs!”
The hotel is beautiful and luxurious with parking space. Front receptionists are all very friendly and welcoming. Pool is big and their signature Hermann cocktail is definately a must-try! Definately will be back for Songkran!

The hotel management system is not good.”
Check in at 2 pm, get into the room at 4.30, no advice where to eat breakfast, what time can eat, there are few staff at the counter. The separation of duties is not perfect, including the wifi system can't be connected. I want to improve about the management system for the hotel staff. Other than that it's ok.

Poor operation for new hotel”
Apart from cleanliness the operation was very poor. - Seems impossible to contact the hotel through phone. No one ever picked up the phone. Once they answered the phone and promised me to get back to me about my forgotten necklace in the room, they never called back that I even send them an email and call back time after time. - On a busy weekend, one of the elevators was out of service and we had to wait forever just to get to our room. - breakfast took 45 mins to be ready eventhough they let us to choose a night before hand. - front staff (an elder guy especially) didn't handle the guest in a proper manner in terms of talking and informing about checking in and out. - valet and bell boy couldn't be bothered to offer any help with the bags or assist in anyway.

Uncomfortable and Disappointing Experience - no refund”
My planned 10 night stay at the Hermann Hotel Pattaya lasted 4 nights. I found the room to be uncomfortable. I had one working AC power outlet that supported only a 2 prong US plug. The bathroom and shower were tiny with minimal soap, no conditioner, and small towels. The bed was hard and unbearable to sleep on, even after they softened it with a topper. I woke up each morning with an aching back. The room was very generic and was not a space I wanted to spend any time relaxing. I complained multiple times and decided to move to another hotel, which cost less and was fantastic. To make matters worse, I requested from the Hermann Hotel and Agoda, a refund for the 6 nights I did not stay at the hotel. This was denied by both groups. Very disappointing... :(

We stayed three nights and enjoyed the Hotel as a base to explore Pattaya. Most things we wanted to see were in walking distance. Cleanliness was ok, but you can start to see the black mould build-up in the wet room. When showering, the water went EVERYWHERE because the glass screen is just too short .... or the bathroom too small. First one can be fixed, second one not.

First of all, Staff can't communicate in english, and room that i got is a little dirty, there are a leftover from last customer. The heater is broken in my room so it's hard to take a shower in cold weather. I'm so disappointed in this point. Moreover, the room price is high compared to nearby hotel.
